07/31/24 - placed seed into moistened Happy Frog soil in late evening. 08/02/24 - This morning I could see the bend of the little stem showing in the soil. A few hours later, almost. Slurricane is a highly sought-after strain in the United States, with high-quality features. In House Genetics developed the Slurricane strain by combining a Do-Si-Dos cut from California with the delicious Purple Punch, and it has 60% Indica and 40% Sativa genetics. Slurricane produces relaxing effects that come on slowly. This strain has a sweet flavor profile, with subtle grape and sugary berries. Slurricane is the ideal strain for relaxing after a long day and will likely leave you locked to your sofa. Medical marijuana patients choose this strain to help relieve symptoms associated with insomnia.

08/09/24 One week old today. She made it! Not much to report here yet other than - I think she’s going to be a tall one. She’s with 2 other girls under a grow bulb (I’ve been using to start the babies) and she’s quite a bit taller than them. I will move them to the viparspectra when they are a little further along. She had her first real watering with run off yesterday. No nutrients or anything. Just dechlorinated ph water. I will water again whenever the soil dries and pots light. Oh also, not worried much about it, but one of her leaves seems strange. Hopefully it works itself out.

08/16/24. Going into week 2 She’s 14 days old today. Moved her under the viparspectra yesterday. Dimmed it to 50% at 15 inches distance. Even so she stretched about a half inch. She hadn’t had any water since last update until yesterday. It had 1 ml calmag added and ph to 6.5. My last plants had some calcium deficiencies very early on, so not taking any chances. I think that about covers it for now. Have a good weekend :)

08/23/24. Going into week 3 21 days has arrived We’ve found a drama Queen this week She had her first water since last update, yesterday. Added 2 ml silica and 1 ml calmag. She was topped yesterday as well. She immediately went full droop and looked as if she was dying. Not sure if this was her reaction to being topped or watered lol. Gonna guess the topping. Didn’t see any reaction from either of the other plants. After a couple hours she got over it and went back to normal- mostly. There’s some clawing on her lower leaves. Looks like the nitrogen toxicity claw. She’s fairly dark as well. No grow nutrients or anything given. This happens sometimes and I’ve just assumed the soil must be nitrogen rich. My lights on crack. Lights close af (15) at 75% and still getting stretching. Makes no sense. Eh whatever.. Don’t think I missed anything? Have a good weekend ✌️

08/30/24. Going into week 4 Transplanted into bigger pot and removed some lower growth that didn’t seem like it would accomplish much. Have only been giving water when pots light/ soils dry. That had only included silica and calmag. Today pots light & going to give first light feeding at half the dose recommended and see how we do with that I plan to do some lst sometime this week Copy n pasting this weeks updates across veg plants since all things are the same 08/31/24. Added two lst clips. Shown in picture

09/06/24. Going into week 5 Soooooo.. guys .. I kinda forgot to take a picture before I went crazy adding lst clips. Went in there to take pictures to update here and laid down my phone, pulled her over and apparently just went to town. Then I was like- OH SHIT! So, yeah..sorry about that. I gave the mild vegetative feeding at half recommended amount. I think I forgot to say that last time. I plan to water, water, feed. Doing so when pots light. Updates. Hmm well, as you can see, lst 😅 Really no changes to speak about otherwise. If anything changes I’ll come back and add. Have a great weekend

09/13/24. Going into week 6 Friday the 13th! Nothin but good vibes 🍀 Sooo honestly haven’t changed anything from last week other than removed some lst clips, and everyday I go in and bend branches the way I want them. Haven’t increased feeding yet as slooowww drinking is real here. Pot still isn’t very light and I haven’t watered since last week. This is kinda bizarre to me, but she looks healthy, so whatever right? Training seems to definitely have her opened up and she’s getting new branching. She’s also one who wants to be tall. Everyday when I go to bend branches she’s always grown up, so I bend her back down and out. I want to try and transplant her into her last pot this weekend if possible, as I want her to have plenty time to adjust etc before flower flip, which will probably be in 2 weeks. I’ll be continuing to hand bend to shape her daily in the meantime. Will probably add more lst clips as well as removing some others. That about does it for now. Have a good weekend 😺 09/16/24. 09/20/24. Going into week 7 Transplanted her about 4 days ago into a tote with about 9 gallons of soil/perlite. Added some worm shit underneath her and thoroughly watered with plain water ph 6.5. She didn’t seem phased by the transplant. Added trellis, and she’s already growing into it. It’s been staying a bit warm even with ac going. The humidity has also been hard to raise due to the ac. It’s been around 40% which isn’t ideal, but it is what it is. She’s branching out nicely. Think that’s it for now. Have a great weekend ✌️

09/27/24. Going into week 8 Finally getting near the shape I wanted before flipping to flower. The training has went pretty well. Now I’m just tucking things where I think I want them. Soil had stayed pretty moist until yesterday. Hadn’t watered for like a week. I watered/fed 1 gallon a bit at a time. Surprisingly, there was no run off. Next water I will increase the amount I have made up and see what it takes to get about 10%. Finally got the humidity up some as well, which seems to have made her much perkier and happier looking. 55-60% Light is at about 40% at about 20 inches up. Don’t think I missed anything. Have a good weekend 😺

10/04/24. Uh oh. We got the first into flower week. Light has been changed to 12/12. It’s 50% at about 20inches. This one just stays a bit taller. Watered/fed 2 days ago and this time 10% run off was obtained with a gallon and a half- watered slowly, a bit every 20 minutes or so until the runoff. The watering is only about once a week currently, as the soil is staying moist. I check with my finger. Think I disturbed some roots that were growing right under the top of the soil. Oops. I’m tucking branches and leaves that seem much taller than others. Probably won’t be able to do that for too much longer. That about covers it. Have a good weekend ✌️

10/11/24. Start of week 2 flower Starting to get some action. Little buddies are emerging. I’m no longer tucking branches as I don’t wanna mess with any bud formations. Didn’t quite fill every area but still spread pretty well. Didn’t feed with regular nutrients this past week. I made a tea with worm castings, molasses, and roots organic terp tea bloom. That was 2 days ago. Will do plain ph’d water tomorrow or the next day (when soils dryer). Stretch is happening and I really wanna tuck more to keep more level, and to fill more outer space, but I just can’t. Things are whatever they are. Not chancing messing with developing buds. Thinks that’s it for now. Have a good weekend ✌️

10/18/24. Beginning of week 3 flower It’s Friday which means another update.. and Friday is a good day either way. Really hoping stretch is over for this one. My god.. the stretch here has been ridiculous and the node spacing is ehhhh now. The buds.. there’s no way there’s any good stacking or anything here. There’s just long ass branches with puffs on the top LOL. I’m sad. The other girls coulda taken some of this ones stretch away. She’s gained almost 10 inches JUST this week alone. I cleaned up the bottom growth. There was a lot of branches that just weren’t making it to the light. Plus needed to get some better airflow. Watered with plain water about 4 days ago. Watering again today with plain water, next time will be a feed. Gonna make sure to get her some sulfer as there’s a bit of purple streaking on her base. The tea I gave last should have helped with that some already hopefully. Oh, water amount to get about 10% run off has been 1 1/2 gallons. This one’s been a bit slower than the others on bud development which I’d just assume is because she’s been so busy growing branches to the ceiling .. for what reason .. Anyway, she’s seems to be getting on track now. Thanks for checkin in. See yuh next time & have a good weekend ✌️

10/25/24. Jumping into the start of week 4 flower. Just when I thought the stretch was over last week for this girl.. I was wrong LOL. She grew some more and didn’t care much about bud development. There was a slight growth there but nothing much. Strangely though her hairs are changing colors here and there. Started searching around for balls haha. Didn’t find any, and haven’t been touching them. Hope that doesn’t say much about bud maturities or size. Maybe that’s just her thing. No one’s the same. This one definitely has some frost already with her lil bitty bud puffs. Jeez I hope she’s done stretching now. Fed her about 4 days ago with half of manufacturers flowering and ripening schedule. Will be giving plain ph water today that I ph’d a bit high at about 7 because I’m having slightly low runoffs. The watering amount to about 10% run off is a gallon and a half. That should catch us up. Thanks for stoppin by and have a good weekend ✌️

11/01/24. Reached the end of week 4 and onward to start of week 5 flower. Not a bunch to yap about this update. She’s got a calcium deficiency. Gave her water today with silica and calmag. The calmag I’m using also has other micros in it as well. She currently takes about a gallon and a half with about 10% run off. She’s FINALLY stopped stretching. My god it’s about time. First time seeing stretch go so long. Her buds seem quite small so far, but they are so frosty, sticky, and smell so good. I keep getting whiffs of peaches. New one on me. Nothing else I can think of at the moment. Thanks for lookin & have a good weekend ✌️

11/08/24. Start of week 6 flower. Woah her deficiency is not playin around. Her leaves look like shit. Looks like the ones closest to, and more directly under the lights are the most affected. Gave her a feeding yesterday and it took 2 gallons to get to runoff. Her buds are still pretty small, especially compared to her friends growing along with her. They are so frosty and pretty.. and smell so sweet though. Had a bit of a scare for a few days. It rained and rained for days and the humidity was so high that it was raising it inside. It was into the 70% INSIDE. I opened the tent fully and turned up all the fans. I turned on the ac as well even though it was kinda cold. Did that just to bring humidity down to the 60%. Even that was giving me a heart attack. Now we’re finally at like 58% which is still way higher than it should be. I don’t see any rot happening so far. Maybe the amount of airflow has saved things. I’m sure crossing my fingers and hoping so. There’s more rain forecasted for this weekend. Ugh. Thanks for lookin & have a good weekend ✌️

11/15/24. Welcome to week 7 flower. These freaking buds omg. They smell so. GOOD. Holy shit. I don’t even know WHAT to say they smell like.. other than sweet. It’s not like some sickly overpowering sweet either. It’s perfect. The buds are still rather small, as in lengthwise. They are filling out, however. They are definitely dense af. A couple are starting to hang over a bit. These also appear to be maturing at a faster rate than I expected. It’s noted that they are 9-10 weeks, but most of the pistils are turning orange and receding some, and the trichomes are already getting pretty milky. I’m still feeding her either way, as she had already got some nasty upper leaves from what I assume was ca issues in areas with maybe too much light? Poor thing looks like she has freckles on her top leaves. Can’t fix them, but maybe slow them down. She’s been drinking about every 3-4 days. I gave her a feeding yesterday. Oh and… the fucking humidity keeps coming back. I’ve been able to mostly keep it 60 or under. Obviously I don’t even want it that high, but it’s the best that can be done. The humidity outside is low today..at 77% 😒. Yeah, that’s actually low, as it’s been between 85-92% outside the past days. It’s also cold so that’s even worse. I’ve had to leave the tent open with fans blowing crazy. Trying hard to keep rot from happening. Guess that’s all for now. Thanks for lookin, cross your fingers for me & have a good weekend ✌️

11/22/2024. Start of week 8 flower Feeding hasn’t really helped at all with the leaves. I think they’re pretty much just over with at this point. This goes for the top leaves. The ones lower down weren’t really affected. It’s whatever at this point. Not feeding anymore. Just going to water until the end, which I don’t think is too much longer really. Lots of the trichomes are already milky, so I’ll just keep checking each day. I dimmed the light down to about 50% and the humidity has finally fucked off for a minute now too. Just a waiting game pretty much at this point. Thanks for lookin and have a good weekend ✌️

This freckled lady hung inside a tent for 10 days at 68/60 with the tent slightly unzipped and a fan blowing at a wall in the corner for movement. She definitely had a calcium deficiency, as I suspected and tried to remedy, but failed. Her branches all had holes in them. I’m not sure why the deficiency was there. She always had calmag. I’m thinking it must have been lockout or something, but the ph seemed fine so something else must have been out of balance I guess. Maybe crazy high humidity at times. Still in all she came out great. Smooth, gassy, sweet buds. Tasters loved it. Definitely potent and the high lasts about 3 hours. Banked 126 grams of just buds without counting trim.
