mushrooms generally feed off decaying organic material ("saprotrophic"). So, it shouldn't cause any problem.
i'd still remove them just because they bother me on a personal level that may or may not be relevant, lol. just above ground. i definitely wouldn't go digging and damaging roots of the plant.

Thats fine, they are part of the soil life. If you feed some high P fertilizer it will deter them from producing caps.
Pluck em b4 they open so to avoid spore release and getting in your buds.

The first 24 hours they don't need much light, but the moment they start stretching you should start to amp it up. If you amp up too early you can stunt them.
An easy symptom to notice is if the cotys and first set of real leaves are so tight that it causes the cotys to angle upward in an awkward way.
I just slightly stunted a few seeds that sprouted later than the others as i tried to stop excess stretch on the ones that sprouted first. Observe and react. take notes and follow them next time.

Some dim it, I don't, I give a solid 37DLI from seed to harvest. Cannabis can take it.

They are searching for light. They will get leggy if you do not have the light on. When I germinate I just leave the light on my regular veg schedule to help keep my temps optimal. You do not need to cover the seed to keep the humidity. I have covered mine with the cup a soaked the seeds in before, but that's about critter control me being super paranoid about a mouse coming along to dig up the seed. I have had critters dig my seeds in my garden i soweed the day before for a snack. pretty unliky indoors though. especially with a sealed tent. I'm watching you @m0use 😼
