10/25/24- popped seed into soil
10/27/24- came out to say hi
Didn’t even worry about popping more than one seed cuz Zamnesia seeds have yet to fail for me. Knockin on wood. Don’t wanna jinx myself lol
Update 10/29/24. Popped another seed because the first is acting and looking a bit weird. Jinxed myself for sure. Derp. 🐒
21st-century breeders have achieved some marvels when it comes to flavor and aromas, but they also want to ensure incredible growing performance. Make space for Sundae Driver, a strain that not only delights the senses but will make cultivation a fun and easy process. This harmonious blend of Fruity Pebbles OG and Grape Pie is suited for all types of growers, whether you are just starting out or wish to take a break from arduous genetics.
11/10/24. The second seed I popped because the first sprout looked weird is now 1 week old.
The first one that wouldn’t open its leaves finally did and is trying and growing now, but it’s very small. The second one is flying past it. It’s obviously the keeper.
Will be giving a watering today as her soils bone dry and she is getting a slight droop.
She’s currently under a low wattage grow bulb with her little friends.
Not much else to mention for now.
Thanks for lookin ✌️
11/17/24. She’s 2 weeks old today
Not too much to say really.
She was transplanted 3 today and she’s doing just fine. Gave her a watering afterwards.
This one is a week behind her friend, grease monkey, but you’d almost never know. She’s almost the same size haha. Little monster 😸
She’s moved under the 100w light now and she’s about 26 1/2 inches from it at 100%. Will tweak if anything seems off.
So yeah, that’s about it. Thanks for lookin ✌️
11/24/24. She’s starting week 3today.
Im liking the growth of this one so far. The node spacing is just right to me. Not too close, not too far. She’s about 18 inches away @ 100% from the light.
She was watered and fed 3 days ago and needed water this morning. No set amount, I just slowly water the top and wait about ten minutes and add more. I repeat that until there’s about 10% run off.
I will top her later today at the 5th node.
That should cover it. Thanks for lookin ✌️
12/02/24. She’s a month old.
Still loving the growth of this girl. She’s not lanky like seems to be going on with her friends. Her node spacing is right on. Her leaves are huge for her size. I don’t think it really comes across in the pictures though.
She’s drinking every two days. I water slowly until about 10% run off. She’s been getting food every other watering.
I have her on top of some books to keep her at height with her friends. They’re all on different heights of stacks of books.. other than one thats the tallest.
And my pictures all errored out but 2 so yeah.. so mfing annoying
12/09/24. She’s starting week 5.
Wow this baby has had insane growth after being transplanted 3 days ago. She’s filling out nicely. She’s staying pretty short in comparison to a couple of her beanpole friends, which is nice.
I’ve had to put some pieces of wood underneath her to get her a little closer to her friends level, so that she’s not too far from the light.
She was watered in when she was transplanted and hasn’t been watered since then. Her soils getting dry again though so I’ll be watering her in the morning.
She’s growing more aggressively now so Im increasing her grow and micro amounts, which are listed up top.
Thanks for lookin
12/16/24. Week 1 flower.
This will be the earliest I’ve put a plant into flower.
I was planning on not really training any of the ladies in my grow and also no trellis. Wanted to just let this grow kinda grow more naturally and do its own thing. I also wanted to try less veg time.
There’s been no training at all for this lady, unless you count some leaf tucking. I’ve been really tempted to use lst clips in a couple spots but overall she’s doing alright so I didn’t help out.
Changed her light schedule today 12/12.
She’s currently 25 inches from the light with 50% dim.
She had a watering yesterday- 1 gallon with just a bit of run off this time. Just silica and her calmag that also includes micros.
Thanks for lookin ✌️
12/24/24. Jumpin into week 2 flower.
8 days in and not too much going on. She’s stretched quite a bit and has plenty of little white pistils popping out to say hi.
Switching to “transition” feeding ratio. Just seems more balanced.
Since getting her into a bigger pot she’s not needing watered as often. Don’t really have a day span to give. Just watering when I stick my finger into the soil and it feels dry.
I call her Mohawk because she has branches/bud sites that grow in a strip down the middle. I’ve been just kinda trying to shape them a little by hand, and doing leaf tucking so the ones a little lower get at some light.
Anyhow yeah nothing too exciting currently
Thanks for lookin & Merry Christmas. 🎄
01/07/25. Beginning of week 4 flower/day 21
Not too much to report on this week other than changing of feed ratios from transition to flowering.
Mohawks been going wild. I’m hoping she’s done stretching now. This one hasn’t been trained at all in any way. The only thing I’ve done with her is leaf tucking.
Watering about every 3 days with a little over a gallon now and seems like I may need to increase the amount. When I watered today with the amount that seems to be what she’s been taking to get run off, there wasn’t any. Rip. I’ll prepare more next time around.
Thanks for lookin ✌️
01/14/25. Starting of week 5 flower.
Should have updated last night but got busy. Pictures and information are from yesterday.
Watered with a gallon and a half of water with silica and calmag. She got run off again with increased amount. Her prior watering was with tri part nutes.
No issues to report on. She’s looking happy and healthy currently. Her cotton balls are finally starting to change in size. They have elongated a bit since last update. She also still stretched 5 inches. Let’s stretch them buds now instead lol.
As I have mentioned in past weeks, this lady is wild and untrained. Wanted to see how she’d grow without much manipulation. Shes only been topped and leaves tucked.
Thanks for lookin✌️
01/22/25. Start of week 6 flower
This baby went crazy this past week. Her little cotton balls are.. well not balls anymore lol.
Seems like I didn’t have the light close enough when she was stretching or something, as the buds are spaced a lot. That, or this is just what she wanted to do idk. Anyway, the tops aren’t connecting to the next underneath. Ah well, they’re still doing nicely.
Starting to get some yellowing down bottom and also some here and there rusty weird patches on some leaves. This came on overnight.
She’s drinking almost 2 gallons every 3 days. I’ve been feeding every other water.
Think that covers things for now.
Thanks for lookin.
1/28/25. Start of week 7 flower.
We’re cruising now. Her buds have grown a bunch this past week. Starting to see a few pistils turning color as well.
I increased the ratio of the bloom nutrients. As I mentioned last update, her leaves were getting rusty crusty splotches on them and yellowing. Didn’t look like calcium issues as it’s patchy not spotty. What the hell do I know though. I’m thinking phosphorus.
I also fed back to back instead of skipping on watering. She’s still drinking just shy of 2 gallons every 2 days. She was watered/fed today.
I’ve increased light intensity/dim. It was at about 50% before and it’s now at about 75%. Might as well try to go out with a bang. Also hoping maybe the top buds will fully connect to the ones underneath. As I mentioned last update, I think I maybe had the light too high during stretch and the spacing for a bit much. They’re almost there, but can still see a gap.
Think that does it for this update.
Thanks for lookin.
02/04/25. Start of week 8 flower.
So this lady, according to breeders information, says she’s 9-11 weeks.
Based on that, plus visually, I can see she’s definitely not ready now, or in the next week. She has many white pistils sticking out everywhere, and she’s been fattening still each day.
She had a gallon and a half of water with her food today per ratios up top. I’m thinking even with upping it some, it still wasn’t quite enough. She’s got some of the damn freckles.
She’s still drinking at a pace of every 2-3 days.
She’s doing a really good job of holding herself up. I’d really like to grow this again in the future, but with a bunch of training and a trellis. Not that she needs one, because she’s sturdy, but because I think lots of things are hidden and not spread out well enough to get light.
Kinda just a waiting game now huh
Anyway, thanks for lookin. ✌️✌️
02/12/25 start of week 9 flower
Last water was plain with no nutrients.
Trichs are actually looking on point but there’s still some white pistils so kinda still letting her do her thing.
Her leaves are pretty much shot now at the top. Still have some nice green looking ones through the middle and bottom.
Really just watching and waiting now.
Thanks for lookin. ✌️
02/13/25- found some little jerk nanners poking out of some buds and death became her. Not really a big deal. Just her last attempt at trying to procreate before her death. Didn’t wanna take any chances of other plant getting any pollen tho. Rip.
So gonna miss a little end ripening, but as I said before the trichs were about there anyway. Next update will be harvest then.
