Great setup =) airpots are and will remain a bitch to water. (Such a bitch that I won't use them anymore in flower) A tip, right now your soil is too low in the pots. If you put it all the way to the top the first 2 rows of closed holes "help" the water stay in the pot, (They really don't do so well)
I see barks in your medium so I assume it is a peat mix. This makes aipots trickier to use because those mixes get very hydrophobic when it's dry. To see that in action, fill a transparent cup with peat mix, let it dry out and water it from the top and see what happens. This is why you have to water very slow. The more hydrophobic your dry medium, the more water will run out the sides if it too much is poured on too quick.
Just water when the pots are light and follow a wet dry cycle. Go for 20-40% runoff and you can feed with every watering. That will be every 2-3 days with fully rooted airpots in my experience. YMMV
When the plants are at this stage, i.e. they have not rooted the pots, I don't have to water them for 10-12 days and they grow very vigorously
