- so back to my auto baby's! i was lucky enough that mephisto asked me if i wanted to test their new unreleased strains, ofcourse i could not say no. it's a real honor! For me as a sativa lover i could not be more happier with the strains they send me all sativas or atleast sativa dominant!
- i have updated my setup with some extra light, i bought 4x 3500k COBS from Cobshop.net, they are 60w each i believe so these + the telos should give me some monsters lets see how it goes, also bought a humidifier yesterday sinds i'm really strugeling with extreme low humidity it was only 23% in the tent (and in my house) and you could see the baby's really didn't like it, with the humidifier its around 48% now and they already seem much happyer
- wanted to try 24/24 light but my lights got so hot that i just didn't feel good with that, so to give my lights some rest i'm trying a 22/2 light cycle, not sure if this is done before but hey lets see how it goes
so the setup will be:
– 120x120x200cm garden hypro tent
– 1x Grow Northern Telos 0008 Led 240w
- 4x 3500K Cobs 60w each
– 1 x Phresh Hyper Fan Silent 150mm with controler
– 1x Bull filter 150mm
– 4x garden hypro clip fans ( silent as hell)
– 1x 10 liter Air-Pot
– Biobizz Light mix soil
– biobizz: root juice, bio grow, bio bloom, acti-vera, bio heaven, alga mic, topmax, GHE Calimag
- i just love her! she is such a beautifull compact bush, she gets wider everyday, not really any stretch yet on her main stem, but those branches are shooting up!
- drinking and eating really good
- she is spitting out 9 finger leaves so i guess she is happy
- im so in love with this one, such a beautifull healty bush! she only just started preflowering wich i like, she might become a big girl
- beautifull growth, 9 fingered leaves, i think she is happy
- thinned her out a bit, removed some of those tiny inner branches, she was a real mess, i could removed a little more but i didn't want to overdo it,
- she is starting to put energy in her buds and growth slowed don so lets do this
- already really stinky, super sweet candy and pungent smell
- i had to flush her on day 53, i woke up and she was loosing color fast, she wasnt swelling anymore eather, i think it worked, she is swelling again, but ofcourse the leaf damage is done, lets see how she does this next week, i will slowly go higher with the nutes
- harvest was today on day 81 (22-4-19)
- all pics are from right before harvest
- as usual the harvest report will be up in 10-14 days when everything is dry, now drying in my dry tent
- intense bubbelgum candy smell
* Good comments: extremly big plant, even if you make mistakes she will still get big, very high yield, the best smelling plant i ever smelled i think this might be my new favourite strain, will absolutly grow her again
* bad comments: had some nutrient problems with her but i think i figured out what i did wrong, i was underwatering, with the 4 new cobs in the tent they are drinking so much more and i didn't realize that, better luck next time
* harvest: day 81
* dry bud yield: 117,38gram
* Appearance: like some frosty candy that you want to eat
* Bud density: 7,5/10
* Aroma : exactly the same as the bubbelgum candy, the whole house imediatly reeks of bubbelgum
* Taste : like you are smoking a bubbelgum candy
* Potency : 8/10
* Kind of high: creative and happy, giggly, a true sativa high
* Colour of thrichs at time of harvest: 5% amber 95% milky
* Drying time: the popcorns and lowest branches where dried in a brown paper bag, and the rest was hang dried, i will cure it all in seperate jars to see if there is a difference with hang dry and brown paper bag. The bags where dry in 3 days and the hang dried was trimmed on day 7, so far the brown paper bag buds have a waaay better smell already so lets see
* Length of buzz: 2 -3 hours

edit : u can buy reflectors cup with this cob led light...This may be important if you use it or not 😤

Hey, mine popped pistils about 3 weeks in as well and I am wondering if she gets a massive growth spurt or something because she was just big enough that I was going to begin doing LST and I noticed she had pistils appearing which shocked me.

How strong are your leds ? I see that you have more plants and its hard to calculate, but her bottom branches so strong and main cola so short, makes me wonder ...
I got in panic, when my veging plants where going your plants path and raised my lights ... I know it was mistake, but maybe you just have insane lights and thats the answer ...
Good luck with the grow although I'm sure you won't need it! Lol. Btw could you give some tips to the germination to end of first week seedling watering and potting? Was looking at your earlier grows and saw you put the cut solo cup in your pot and watered in that until it was big enough to slide the cup out. How much water did you give and what was your schedule if I can ask?
