started her in canna terra pro.
soaked the soil before planting seed directly into medium.
just letting her do her thing for now.
don't need to water the first week.
Not much to add here for now.
Just letting her do her thing.
I watered once in the past week ( ph 6.5 approx. 1.2Ltr) as i noticed the top layer of soil was getting pretty dry.
Started off this week by topping her to keep an even canopy with my other plants.
She's looking healthy and growing pretty good.
Only watered her once with 6.5ph'd water no nutrients since i planted her.
Probably gonna soak her again here in a day or so when she's good and dry.
She's was doing pretty nice but for some reason i'm seeing signs of early flowering around day 25.
I have no idea why ... the light schedule hasn't been changed and i can't think of anything that would have caused her to stress.
I am open to opinions if you have one.
So at day 25 i started seeing the first signs of flowering.
Not sure why she's going this early , the light schedule hasn't been switched.
Temp and humidity has been pretty stable and i can't really think of anything that caused her stress.
Now that she is flowering already i will be giving nutrients with the next watering because she is so small i'm gonna start of with a quarter of the recommended dose.
Gave her first feed on day 26 ... I used 1ml/5 ltr and used about 1.5 ltr to water ( 6.5 ph'd )
I used lst to even out the canopy
She's really going fast ... the nutrients did her good this week.
Let's see what this week brings.
* So around day 30 I started noticing purple streaks on the branches... I keep running in to the same issue regardless of strain.
She's looking good just those darn purple branches are getting worse.
Started noticing around day 35 that I'm getting a slight calmag issue ... might add a home remedy this week.
If I do I'll post recipe.
So to try and fix the calmag issue or at least try and get ahead of it , i took 8 eggshells and crushed them.
After cleaning the shells i took a pot filled it with 2 ltr of water and boiled the crushed eggshells for about 20min.
After letting it cool down i mixed the 2 ltr with the rest of my water ( 8ltr ).
I'll be using that to water.
Had to add some N to the feed cause she was starting to look hungry.
Also had a Nanner that I gently tried removing.... gonna keep an eye out for more.
If I find others I'm going to have to switch her into my smaller set up so the chance of pollination is limited to her and not my other plants
She is starting to smell really good ...
I'm guessing I'm about 20 some days out from harvest at this point so I'll be sticking to the feed water feed schedule this week and then I'll switch back to plain

Thx , i'm keeping an eye out but you are right i still have a long way to go....if i do spot more i will be moving her but it would mean rethinking my whole set up right now.
