Second grow, Dinafem Purple Moby Dick

Used soil is Canna Terra professional, before planting flushed it with water adding vita start 0.5ml/l, vita race 2ml/l and power roots 0.5ml/l, pH corrected to 6.3. Little fella popped up on 02.20, first four days 95% humidity, was watered when dry with only water pH 6.3. These deformed leaves makes me a bit sad, but looks like it's not a big deal. Still was expecting flawless genetics from dinafem.

Dimmed the qb288 to 1600 mA and lowered by 20 cm, keeping near the same ppfd. 02.03 - sprayed with vita race 2.5ml/l, vita start 0.5ml/l 03.03 - sprayed with vita race 2.5ml/l, vita start 0.5ml/l 04.03 - watered with alga grow 2ml/l, power roots 0.5ml/l, ph 6.1, 500ml

07.03 First LST. 750ml water, power roots 0.75ml/l, alga grow 2ml/l, vita start 0.5ml/l, pH 6.1 10.03 Second LST. Spayed with vita start 1ml/l, vita race 4ml/l 11.03 Defoliation, LST 12.03 3l water with power roots 1ml/l, pH 6.1, drainage pH 5.9. A little bit more acidic than I expected, will start watering with pH 6.5 next week.

20.03 - 1.5L water, power roots 1ml/l, alga grow 2ml/l, pH 6.7. Turned on 660nm lamps and switched to 12/12. 22.03 - sprayed with vita race 5ml/l, vita start 1ml/l. 23.03 - 1.5L water, power roots 1ml/l, alga grow 4ml/l, sugar royal 2ml/l pH 6.7. 25.03 - Added two lamps each 98x lm301b 3500K powered at ~100mA. 26.03 - 1.5L water, power roots 1ml/l, alga grow 4ml/l, cal-mag 1.5ml/l pH 6.7. Decided to add cal-mag 'cause plant is showing slight signs of nitrogen deficiency despite of alga grow added.

28.03 - 1.5L water, power roots 1ml/l, alga grow 4ml/l, vita start 1ml/l, vita race 2ml/l, pH 6.6. 30.03 - Last components arrived and finally all the designed lights are in there place =) Top : HLG qb288v2 at 2.1A + 20 x Cree XP-E2 Photo Red at 700mA Sides : 2 x 98 x Samsung lm301b 3500K at ~100mA + 2 x (8x Osram Oslon SSL 120 Hyper Red + 2x Osram Oslon SSL 120 Deep Blue 451nm) at 700mA. Total 250w from the wall, mean well and osram drivers are used. 10.04 - 3L water, 3ml/l alga bloom, 0.5ml/l green sensation, pH 6.6 13.04 - 5L water, 3ml/l alga bloom, 2ml/l sugar royal, 0.5ml/l green sensation, pH 6.6 16.04 - 5L water, 2ml/l alga bloom, 0.5ml/l green sensation, pH 6.4 Buds started to get frosty this week =) Though, overall smell is really weak, wonder how it'll end up. Was expecting some monstrous growth and applied too much lst, now after stretch it's barely reaching the middle of side-lamps. Gotta use learned lessons next time =)

24.06 - 5L water, 4ml/l alga bloom, 1ml/l green sensation, pH 6.6 26.06 - Flushed with 10L water, pH 6.8 29.06 - 3L water, pH 6.8 Checked the trichomes under microscope - almost all cloudy, some amber as well. A little bit confused, as by the look the plant isn't ready yet, though trichomes are telling quite the opposite. Anyway, expect it to be ready in a week, which results in awesome 7-weeks flowering!

Expected much more stretch and applied too much lst, got flat plant afterwards so half of my side lamps light was wasted. Anyway, finished in amazing 7 weeks flowering! Very nice buds that smells like jack herrer mixed with some berries, effect is more on sativa side though relaxing on body and moderately painkilling. I'll definitely get back to this one somewhere in the future =)
