Soaked seed for 18 hours in plain water. Used paper towel and Ziploc bag for germinating. After 24 hours tap root was about one inch long. Placed in 3 gallon pot with Coco coir/ perlite mix (70/30)
Day 3....she's about two inches above ground. Looking healthy. Day 5..... she growing, seems like a little too slow, but I'm probably excited lol. Day 7.... She made it so far. Looking good. No complains
Hey there so in my opinion anytime you're using coco as your medium you'll need to consider nutrients much sooner due to the lack of nutrition available. With soil you would usually wait several weeks. But with yours id start giving them the micronutrients in those first 2 weeks at a very low dose, 1/4 even less possibly just to be safe. Then at that 2nd week if you're seeing good strong growth you could probably add in something with a bit more nitrogen...again though very low 1/4 or less. It'll be much easier to correct a deficiency than any accidental toxicity. And go off what your plants tell you, they make their needs known and all strains are different and need different feeding ratios.

Week 2.....kick this week off with a nice pH 6.0 plain water. She's doing fine so far, I'm just too excited to see the outcome of this plant. Day 10..... She's doing well, gave her a feeding today of calmag, voodoo juice, sensizym and b52. Keeping the nutrients at a minimum this grow, her pH runoff was about 6.0 and her ppm was around 180.
Day 12..... she's growing nice. I'll start feeding her some general hydroponics micro and bloom on day 15.
Day 13..... noticed he leaves are looking a little light green. Figured it's the lack of nitrogen, so I decided to feed her some general hydroponics floramicro and florabloom. I will monitor her for the next few days. Day 14..... she's doing well, I can notice growth everyday.
Day 16.... She's doing well, I'll be taking it easy with nutrients, She's reacting well to it. At the end of this week I will give her a flush. No complains here
Day 20.....took out her top today, hope I didn't slow her down. Also gave her a feeding of calmag, sensizym and b52. She's doing well I have no complains, I'll probably do some last next week. Day 21....she don't seem too upset about her topping. I will kick off week 4 with a good flush.
Week 4.....day 22.... she's doing perfectly well in my eyes. I raised the grow light a little higher to make her stretch a bit because I don't think she's tall enough for lst.
Day 23.... trimmed some of her fan leaves, she's showing signs of sex and I also gave her a feeding of calmag, sensizym and voodoo juice today. Day 26...gave her another feeding today she's doing well. Day 28......did I do something bad? I decided to train her a little, chopped some leaves of, I don't mind if she takes a little longer. I'm experimenting guys. Let me know what you think. I'll give her a feeding tonight with some calmagic, sensizym and voodoo juice. See you on week 5
Week 5.....day....29... she's recovering well from that training she got on day 28. I have no complains. Ill give her a real feeding of nutrients on day 30.
Day 32......gave her a feeding today, she's doing well with no complains. Temperature got up to about 82°f when lights are on and drop to 71°f when lights are off.
Day 34.....preflower, looking healthy. I wouldn't mind her stretching up a bit. I Will have to invest in a more powerful inlet fan, temperature is getting up to 85°f and I'm getting worried.
So I changed out my led lights to high bay full spectrum LEDs. I'm getting a lux of 12000 when lights are about 2 feet above canopy. Is that a good thing? These high bay lights are pretty much cob led...how do I convert lex to ppfd? And what is the best lux or ppfd for my plants?
Wow 120K of Lux ar a big NUmber...... And how much Lux depends in the stage of your growth... Young seedlings are totally ok with 15000-20000, Vegetation 35000-70000, and for Flowering55000 -85000... you can see in thsi Numbers that your Lights are very Bright, ......................................Its Like the Sun on a Bright Day in the Desert.......................................... Week 6 😊.....day 36.... she's doing great, gave her a nice nutrient watering today. I did notice there's a deficiency but I didn't quite figure it out yet. I'll give her a good flush in 2 day. Hopefully she don't take it too bad.
Day 39..... didn't feed her since day 36, I also gave her a defoliation on day 37. I'm just testing my limits that's all. I'm also thinking about boosting up her nutrients a bit. It's all experimenting for me at this point.
Day 41.....gave her a nice feeding today. Hopefully she don't get sick
Week 7...day 44. Gave her a heavy feeding in day 43 and also defoliated her a bit. Looks like I will have to defoliate again by week 8. I've been fighting with the temperature, trying to have it stabilize to around 78° but every once in a while it goes up to about 84°. I was expecting her to get a but taller. I'm also trying out different lighting so that could be why she isn't stretching but I still happy with her progress.
Day 46...... defoliated her and gave her a feeding. She's doing great with the defoliations I've been giving her lately. And I've been doing it for the past 3 weeks. I think I'm getting the hand of things now. And for my heat issue, I vented the tent from outside instead of the room, the temperature outside is perfect this time of year so that's in my favor.
Day 47.......came home to a dropping plant. Sad day, she was doing so good but I over did it with the nutrients. Gave her a flush, dropped the ppm to about 150. Hopefully she get over this. Lesson learned, no overfeeding for me anymore
Day 52...... she's coming back around after feeding plain py water for a few day. Gave her half the amount of nutrients than I usually do. Lesson learned..... don't take advice from just anyone.
Day 53..... she's looking a little better than yesterday.
Day 54....took a peek at her today, she's doing better by the looks of it. I know I probably set her back at least a week but I'm fine with that.
Day 55...I think she's back on track. She started smelling like citrus and it's getting stronger. Noticed her bus sites are starting to fatten up a bit. I'll give her a feeding on day 56.
Day 57......I think she's back on track. Gave her a feeding on day 56 and defoliated some of the leaves that we're blocking the bud sites. I really wish I didn't slow her down with that deficiency, but I'm learning.
Day 58.... she's fattening up each day. Her leaves are covered with trichomes.
Day 60..... feeding today, I think this will be the last week of nutrients. Trichomes are looking great, she smells like citrus. Took a few close up pictures, some trichomes looks clear and a few looks a little milky.
Day 62.... Last day if nutrients for this girl, I will only give her pH plain water for the next 2 weeks. She has some nice fat colas, I'm just happy that she's looking tasty
Week 10...day 64....plain pH 6.0 water from here on out. My tap water is about 50ppm. I'll probably give her a flush during this week because her ppm runoff is about 550. She's looking really good, trichomes are starting to turn a little milky.
Day 67.....she's fattening up a lot and I just love that citrus smell she's giving off.
Day 68.....one of my cob light took the shit today. I had a dedicated 100 watt cob just for this girl but now she'll be sharing with 2 other plants. Hope this don't affect her. Ppm is down to 300, so we're looking good.
Day 71....... flushing her with pH plain water. She smells amazing. All her trichomes look milky. This will be her last week. Have her ppm down to 75, which isn't bad because my tap water ppm is about 50.
Day 73.... leaves are starting to yellow a bit. I hop I see other colors. Her stems are purpling. And boy she's frosty.
Day 76..... another feeding of plain water today. Trichomes are starting to get amber. I was planning to chop her down by day 77 but I would like to know what you guys think.
When is the best time to harvest? I'm getting a bunch of different answers, some say trichomes should be 50% amber and 50% milky. Some go by the leaves and some go by the calyx.
Hello! To get a first impression on the maturation of the plant you can look at the buds and see the color of the pistils but be careful because the pistils also change color for other reasons such as stress and you can't trust them very much. The true indicator of maturation is the trichoma based on the coloring and also the shape you can really realize at what point of maturation the plant has reached ... A tip observes the trichomes at various points of the plant even in the parts less illuminated or distant from the light and when a good part of them (about 50%) is amber in color you can also collect the more amber in color the more the sofa effect is recommended for the Indica instead the more they are milk and slightly amber colored the more you will have an energizing effect recommended for the Sativa. Better to wait an extra week to mature even the most internal and least exposed flowers and to have more loaded flowers! I hope I have been of help! Happy Growing!

I would like to see some week 12 shots of trichomes 😁. I would harvest in a few days, 3/6 perhaps.
Best thing ist to go by Trichomes, they tell you exactly what you can expect. Mostly cloudy give you more high, 50% cloudy 50% amber give you a mix of high and stoned.
You can say, the more cloudy the more high you get, the more amber, the more stoned you get.
Some strains develop nearly no ambers, then it´s harvest time when the leaves have turned yellow / brown.
Day 78...….feed her about 1.5 litres every day of plain tap water. I'll let her go until the end of this week. She smells great and is really frosty. I'm thinking about cleaning her up a bit in a few day.
Day 81....... she's ready. Chopping her down in a few hours. She smells good and full of trichomes
She's a short girl but very dense. I got about 8 nice size colas. I did everything to this plant from lst, defoliating multiple times and even a nutrient burn. But I came through very well.
I did better on this grow, just gaining my experience. I did give this girl a nutrient burn but I caught it on time. I've learnt that don't over do it with nutrients for autoflower. Hopefully I can enter this girl on a giveaway. It's unbelievable that in just 81 day I can have marijuana to last for months. I ended up with about 34 grams. It's unbelievable how much a plant can shrink. But I'm still happy with my yield. Thanks to fastbuds for their genetics.
She looks happier this week. Are you checking your runoff ppms? Honestly 250ppm feeding is not that high. You may have had a high pmm build up in your substrate. Possibly because every time you defoliating she isn't using as many nutes as when she's in full leaf. Intresting that your other plants didn't have any issues.
@Frosty_farm,I hear you shit happens looks like you caught it in time. It's difficult because one plant of the same strain can handle more nutes than another one that's a bit sensitive in the same batch. I'm still learning how to read what the plants need. I'm grateful for all the great advice from the growers on this site.
@Philindicus, the ppm was actually 650. I forgot to change it on the diary. I fed her last week with double the amount of nutrients and that's how I got that nutrient burn. I flushed her for a few days with plain pH water. Stupid me listened to a want to be grower

@Mrs_Larimar, well these lights are really high bay led lights for Warehouse. It's 5000k full spectrum LEDs. There's only 100 watts each and pull less than 1amp. Which is actually a good energy saver. I'm was testing 2 in a small tent but it was getting too hot. So I'm using one for now. I'm getting about 12000 lux when it's about 2 feet from the top of my canopy
What cal mag supplement did you give her! I was using AN coco mix but needed more! Leaves got a spotted rust on them! Plants are still green and look great!
I just found out why you got no yield with that strain and a 600 watt led!? You have to water coco perlite 1-2 times a day! Never let it get dry! Ppm should be around 1100 - 1300 and run off 10% . The runoff ppm should not be over 300 more that what you put in. I did the same strain 7.5 oz! Next time 3 oz. suppercrop yes top no !
I expected at least 3ozs but 33 g is not right. I grew the same strain ,have about the same light 340 watts and use some ADvanced Nutrients. ,and coco perlite . The only thing different is I didn't top and I got 7.5 oz. but it did get tall and close to the lights. Now I tried some supercropping and I believe that slows it down the outcome also. But now I'm trying to grow 4 autos in a 2x2" and hope to 8 ozs .

You dont have to flush your Plant, inbetween a grow if there are no problems..
