🍍 Pineapple Dream (DWC) by Kannabia

einamio My second DWC grow, I got hooked after "successful" first try. This time it will be Pineapple Dream by Kannabia, they were nice enough to send me some amazing gifts 💚 I feel this strain is underrepresented on GD with 4 diaries and 1 review 😎 Germinated in 1/4 grodan rockwool cube, at about day 4, no root so far, I add ph5.5 water manually to rocwool as soon as it feels dry. Plan to transfer her to 20L as soon as she grows some roots. Terra Aquatica Tripart will be my main hydro nutrient choice. Day -1 Is it damping off? Helped her take the shell off but she stays crooked... There's a tiny white root poking beneath, I will set a small bubbler to let it grow a bit longer. If this seed won't survive I promise I will use "Sproutly" the smart germinator 😋 Day 0 Hard to tell, she doesn't want to open her cotyledons, looks really yellow, but she is growing a bit and the root is growing... I'm confused if I should start a new one. Day 1 Ok, we figured it out! It was lack of light that was affecting her. Note to self: TURN ON THE LIGHTS RIGHT AFTER GERMINATION. I was wrong thinking they don't need light before they open up but it seems it was crucial for proper development and now she's probably a day behind - but she looks vital again, the paleness is gone and the root keeps growing - so I moved her right into her final 15L res, with tap water 7.5ph 250ppm and added 5ml of each of TriPart and ph minus and now my EC 0.85 and PH 6.3 --- I couldn't keep updating the diary for a few weeks, some information and photos might be missing ---
