GanjaGecko The seed was placed in a glass of water with Seedbooster from Plagron for about 15/16 hours. After that, it went into a seedling pot with a dome to provide a somewhat optimal environment. A heating mat was also used for germination to ensure the highest possible germination rate. It was watered with about 40-50ml of BioEnhancer from GreenHouseFeeding.

GanjaGecko Week 1 For the first few days, they were under a Sanlight Q1W dim. Midway through the first week, they went into 12L fabric pots. The delicate lady was carefully taken out of the seedling pot and placed in her final pot. The roots and the planting hole were sprinkled with some Dynomyco mycorrhiza and Great White mycorrhiza. On the substrate mix of 60% BioBizz Lightmix and 40% coco with perlite, I added 1 teaspoon of Megaworm per liter of substrate. The coco content for the automatics is about 40%. Due to the predetermined life cycle, faster root development is advantageous. For nutrient supply, BioGrow from GreenHouse Feeding is in use. Once it goes into flowering, there will be some BioBloom added, and as a flowering booster, I’ll be adding Bat Guano to the pot. Of course, the ladies also get a few additives. You don’t want to leave everything to nature and chance.

GanjaGecko Week 2 The Guava is doing well. Unfortunately, there were only 4 days of sunshine this week. On the night of Friday, the temperature dropped to 5°C, and on the night of Saturday, it went down to 6°C. Those were the only nights when the Guava was brought back inside and placed in front of the window. The two nights this week with 8°C were well tolerated by the young lady outside. Otherwise, the other nights at 10°C were no problem. During the day, it was 18-20°C except for two days. Otherwise, watering was done only as needed.

GanjaGecko Week 3 The Guava has made a solid jump. Midweek, there was about 500ml. On day 20, the first calyxes and their stigmas can be seen at the nodes. On day 20, the last liter of substrate was added to the pot. For flowering fertilizer, 30g of BioBloom from GreenHouseFeeding was mixed in. For soil improvement, 12 teaspoons of Megaworm were added, and as a bloom booster, 2 teaspoons of BatGuano from Plagron were mixed in. Watering was done with 800ml. To prevent fungus gnats, a teaspoon of nematodes was also added to the watering water. To prevent powdery mildew and other pests, it was sprayed once a week with silica and once a week with neem oil.

GanjaGecko WEEK4/1F The Guava is also stretching quite a bit alongside the flowering. In height, the Guava has increased by about double. To stabilize and protect it from too much wind, the Guava has received a small support on its side. It has adapted super well to the direct sun without the protection of the mini greenhouse. By the end of the week, the weather was quite mixed, and unfortunately, there was a bit less sun and also some rain. However, there is supposed to be plenty of sun on Tuesday/Wednesday of next week 💪🏽 Watering is always done only as needed. With the rain at the end of the week, there obviously wasn't much need for watering.

GanjaGecko WEEK5/2F The Guava is developing splendidly. Unfortunately, the sun only showed up from Wednesday onwards. But when it did, it was really strong. In the meantime, the Guava has developed some decent side shoots and is still stretching a bit. Midweek, the lady got a bag of predatory mites against thrips and a bag of predatory mites against spider mites hung on her shoots. There was also a final application of neem oil with a tree sprayer as a preventive measure against powdery mildew, aphids, thrips, and all the nasty pests that harm the plant. The tip was left out because the flowering was already too advanced there. The neem oil was applied more to the leaves and shoots. On day 12F, two ladybug larvae were distributed among the ladies. To the left of the Guava is a Gelato, and to the right is Lady#1 from the GrorillaCookies in the other report. Even though they are different genetics, all three are developing beautifully and homogeneously. It's nice to see. Watering was done on day 31/10F, day 33/12F, day 34/13F, and day 35/14F. On those days, about 1L was given. Height 73 cm

GanjaGecko WEEK 6/3F // D36/15F - D42/21F The weather this week was a dream. It was 25-30°C during the day, with 10-14 hours of sunshine, hardly any clouds, and no rain. The Guava couldn't have asked for better this week. After last year, when I had to trim some branches off a few ladies because they were affected by powdery mildew or mold due to the wet/misty weather in the later flowering stage, and I ended up throwing away about half of my outdoor grow into the compost bin over the last outdoor season, I'm just really happy with how the outdoor season 2025 is starting and progressing. Watering was done on Day 38/17F, Day 39/18F, Day 40/19F, and Day 42/21F. On those days, there was about 1L. The pH value when watering doesn't go higher than 6.3 due to the high proportion of coco in the substrate (50/50). Height 80 cm

GanjaGecko WEEK 7/4F // D43/22F - D49/28F The main bud is starting to form the three upper buds side by side instead of the usual stacked formation. The Gelato next to it is doing the same. But it’s not a big deal. The GorillaZkittlez did the same last year and still developed and tasted great. The only negative is the increased risk of mold. So far, the Guava looks super healthy. The lower four side branches were secured with tie wire to the pole in the middle to provide some support against strong winds and thickening buds. Two pictures of the Gelato are included as well. It's also developing an abnormal amount of flowers. These are the genetics I worry the least about regarding powdery mildew or mold. Last year, when I lost quite a bit to mold and some had significant powdery mildew issues, the Gelato, Guava, and both GorillaZkittlez and Gorilla came through without any problems. That’s why only these genetics will go on the balcony. I’m not too concerned about the GorillaCookies either. Watering was done on Day 43/22F, Day 44/23F, Day 45/24F, Day 48/27F, and Day 49/28F. On those days, about 1L-1.2L was given. The pot is lifted slightly before watering to gauge how much the lady needs. Temperature Day: 22-28°C Night: 13-19°C Height 84cm

GanjaGecko WEEK 8/5F // D50/29F - D56/35F The Guava is really in a hurry. Among all the ladies standing together, she is the farthest ahead. The calyxes are starting to swell slowly. The smell is also getting sweeter. One or two bumblebees and bees regularly get lost in the flowers💚. Trichome production is also in full swing. The peak of 38°C this week was no problem for her. She only needed 1L in the morning and then another 800ml at noon. I estimate that the time until harvest is about 2-3, at most 4 weeks. So, in the middle of next week, the next ladies will be started, so that when it's time to harvest, the new ladies from the mini-greenhouse can come out and hopefully take the place of the harvested ladies with the onset of flowering, finishing up before the unpleasant temperatures kick in. Watering was done on Day 50/29F, Day 51/30F, Day 52/31F, Day 53/32F, Day 54/33F, Day 55/34F, and on Day 56/35F. On those days, there was about 1L-1.2L each time. Fertilizer was added every second watering. BioEnhancer was given on Day 55/34F. The pot is lifted slightly before watering to gauge how much the lady needs. GanjaGecko WEEK 9/6F // D57/36F - D63/42F This week there wasn't much to do. The Guava is developing beautifully and has stunning frosty buds. On Thursday evening, the lady was brought inside for the weekend and placed in front of the south window. (Which was completely pointless with three days of rain and clouds anyway). However, I didn't want to expose the lady to three days of continuous rain just before harvest 😄 The Guava was watered for the last time today and will not be watered again until next Friday, then it will be hung up to dry in the tent on Saturday morning along with the two Helgas. In case of rain, the Guava will be brought inside so the buds don't get unnecessarily wet before drying. Watering was done on Day 57/36F, Day 59/38F, Day 61/40F, and Day 63/42F. On those days, about 1L-1.2L was given each time. Fertilizer was added every second watering. The pot is lifted slightly before watering to estimate how much the lady needs. Happy Harvest Day!

GanjaGecko WEEK 10/7F // D64/43F - D70/49F The Guava received water for the last time on day 64/43F and was already finished by day 66/45F. However, there was no way to hang the Guava properly for drying. Therefore, the Guava was hung to dry in a box with a fan on day 69/48F. Before that, there was a wet-trim. With the outdoor ladies, I prefer the wet-trim because you can check if there's a little bug stuck somewhere and also see if a bud is moldy. For the Guava, only half of a headbud from the side branch had to be removed because it was moldy. Everything else was in great condition. Considering that the Guava spent most of its time outside, it's a super stable genetic variety. Temperature Day: 22-26°C Night: 13-19°C Height 84cm

@Stony_German, I'm just happy with how things are going so far after last year. I'm also sure that the Silica plays a role in making the ladies more resilient. Three little ladies are already done and came through without any problems. I sent them out a bit too early because I didn't expect the season to start so late🤣 So thanks again for the tip about the Silica🤙🏼
