Watering volume per plant: 1l every 3-5 days
6 of them are 16-18 cm one is 26 cm
Not sure yet if flipping to flowering this or next week, but prolly gonna go for 4 week of vegetation and eventually top the taller phenotype.
Also, in front the 8 weeks old re-vegged Northern Light "bonsaï" clones.
Gonna need to make another carton box if i want to keep them in veg next weeks, as all other box gonna be in 12/12.
Week 3 Day 7:
- experimenting topping with the taller phenotype.
Watering volume per plant: 1l every 2,5 / 3,5 days
Topped the taller phenotype last week.
Gonna flip them in flowering next week prolly.
( may be they could use 5 week of vegetation, so not totally sure yet).
Watering volume per plant: 1l every 2,5 / 3 days
Decided to flip them this week even if one more week of vegetation would have been oki.
This is prolly better to keep the topped plant height homogeneous with the others while flowering.
Watering volume per plant: 1l every 2 / 2,5 days
Very happy with how this session is going on 😃
The stretch is fine and it was really a good idea to top & topping the tallest phenotype in the back right corner, she's now growing with 8 homogenous branch with an ideal height.
Saved each phenotypes last week, and the clones are doing well.
WEEK 6 DAY 7:
Did a fair amount of defoliation in the middle under the bulb with all 7 plants to help many buds location getting much better light exposition.
Watering volume per plant: 2l every 2 /2 ,5 days
Starting active flowering feeding this week
Height between 70 - 80 cm
Flowers do not smell yet, but trunk smell's is sour and a little fruity
Very promising so far i really like how they stretch.
watering volume per plant: 1l every 2 / 2,5 days
weak smell this morning
some of the idea i had when incrementing clone few weeks ago seem mostly correct for now.
1-1 most promising guess // some traits
2-2
3-5
5-3 lesser promising guess // some traits
i had two seeds left, launched them and gonna clones them sooner or later and give this strain an harvest report, dunno exactly when because i actually have tons of seeds to tries …
meanwhile this diary just gonna sleep some time in a corner, but i won't give up with this strain as i really loved how they growed and started to flower , )
[ diary pending for update, no idea when exactly sooner or later that's it & for sure ]
flowering schedule:
critical nirvana - 7-9 weeks
critical zamnesia - 7 weeks
critical + dinafem - 7-8 weeks
flowering schedule:

critical + dinafem - 7-8 weeks
Emergency topped small cup's seedlings i had under the belt in the veg area transplanted to fill tent's empty slots.
Last week: Flushing with PHed water only.
Nirvana critical has the strongest smell, then come Zamnesia and Dinafem ones
Nirvana: strong fruity and sweet smell
Dinafem: normal citronella smell
Zamnesia: weak fruity/flowery smell
Zamnesia calyx are a little brown/purple
Dinafem calyx are a little purple
Nirvana and Dinafem had a very few males flower near the end.
Definitely not my biggest harvest ever per plant, but well as emergency replacement small cup launched in the urge to fill tent's empty slots they performed pretty well.
Great strain, i really like it
Smell is pretty strong once you reach mid-flowering.
Same apply when opening storing jar.
Taste is fruity(nearly tropical with agrume notes), flowery and sweet.
High is perfect for late afternoon, evening and before going to sleep.
As you can see the first 9 weeks (and afterward once relaunched with the two others) they grow evenly.
Well a bit sad i had to abort them on week 9 then restart only one plant as emergency replacement to fill tent's empty slots in unusual and non-optimal conditions ; but well in the end that last one performed honorably regarding the said conditions.
This strain is a very nice surprise as a freebie seed.
Do not smell too much late in flowering.
Smoke is real smooth, fruity(grapefruit notes), earthy and flowery.
High is both energic and uplifted which fit most daily task or some relaxation in the couch.
So well, not my biggest harvest ever per plant, but as emergency replacement small cups launched in the urge to fill tent's empty slots they performed pretty well.
Another nice freebie surprise.
Smell's strength is average while flowering.
Kinda like a citrus creampie when opening the jar.
Smoke is real smooth and fresh, citrus(citronella more than citrus) is clearly dominant, then come cream and flowery hints undertone/aftertaste.
High is really well balanced as described on the store page:
"A balanced high that starts with a very pleasant cerebrally stimulating sensation and turns more relaxing as time passes by." 👌
So well, not my biggest harvest ever per plant, but as emergency replacement small cups launched in the urge to fill tent's empty slots they performed pretty well.
@CRiSPrGrow, thks mate, Nothing bad for now but some neighboor are "refeer madness" thinkers and bring bad vibrations around my grows and appartement … so it's a little complicated.
Will see in the next few month. But sure thing it's hard to grow in france with the mind in peace ...
@Black_Magic, according to Nirvana she supposed to be "short", time will tell always hard to say early on, and always a little bit worried about incoming stretch.
but nirvana classify as "short" on their web site many strain like: "northern light" and "blackberry" and as you can see on my other recent diaries those two grow slighty differently
gonna try 3 weeks of veg with this one and cross fingers things go well ^^
Congratulations on the harvest buddy 👍
By the look of things our Critical+ performed quite well and definitely packed on that weight prior to harvest 👌
Not a bad looking harvest at all, time to sit back and enjoy that dank and frosty end product 🤗
Thanks for the great diary mate 👍
All the best ✌️
Mark..
@DinafemSeeds, Definitely, love her citronella smell, just need to wait a few more weeks to finally enjoy. I have two of them again half the way in flowering same as some sweet deep grapefruit wich look very promising as well 😎
I am always having Male flowers on the Nirvana feminised seeds since 2003 and each time I ordered from them I had an hermies issue.
To be honest Nivana offered great deals back then , when they was a cheap seedbank but no more since they
@OutForReal, Grown a few strains from them here, and no noticeable hermie issue. their pricing is still oki and homogeneous imho in comparaison to many others historical breeder from the 90's 2000's.
Nice to see our Critical+ amongst the other Critical strains your growing 👍
You've got some chunky looking flowers and a crazy crystal coverage 👌
I would say another 10 maybe 14 day's and it will be harvest time 👍
Would you agree my friend?
All the best ✌️
Mark..
@HerbalEdu, but Damn buddy when you go to a gourmet restaurant you look for the quantity you? Vvince you are a killer my friend your weed I smell it from my house! WHAT A NICE WORK! You are the 4⭐⭐⭐⭐ star chef of GD
You have the strength and dexterity of a jedi master 💪
👏👏👏👏👏
hey :)) i just passed week 9 of my critical (zamnesia) it has ambers everywhere i look, the breeder says 7weeks but i think 9 is best, at 7 the taste was really nice but i found it still a bit too much of an energetic high anyway enjoy the buds. so amazing to see the exact same plant grown by someone else
vvince, nice little three distributor comparison. Sort of all the same strain, all the product looks great. So, if you had to choose - which company’s critical was best?
Hey mate!
The CO² cocktail you made is a great idea 👍 thank you for spreading!
The buds turned out very nice 👌 for what i can see on the pics..
If i may ask, wich one of the Criticals was your favorite? Nirvana, Zamnesia or Dinafem?
Would really appreciate your opinion..
The Dinafem is actually the Critical + right?
Good luck 🍀 with your grow, keep it up!
✌️
