🍦🐰 Ice Cream Haze

McBubatz So today the Ice Cream Haze (2nd seed) has been planted in the 11l final pot, so this time the little one is growing too 😄. It's about 1 week behind the others now, but that's not too bad, it will definitely be fine 😁 Regarding the nutrients: as indicated by Bio Tabs, -2 Bio Tabs -50g Startrex mixed into the soil -5g Mycotrex in the hole where it's being planted -1g/l Bactrex and 5ml/l Orgatrex added to the water and soil Additionally, about 2g Great White in the planting hole. Also, for the next few weeks, I'll be adding some Great White to the watering water from time to time.

McBubatz 2 weeks in, Icy is doing well and has settled into the pot, now she can really go for it 😂.

McBubatz 3rd week, Icy is really getting into it now, growing a bit slower than the others but still totally fine. I think by this time next week it will be topped and LST'd. Until then, everyone have nice days 🌞🌻☀️

McBubatz 4th week, Icy is doing well, she's growing a bit more relaxed than the other 3, who were a bit further along a week ago. Still, she looks healthy and is doing her thing, which is why she was topped, defoliated, and given some LST 3 days ago. She's also recovered well from the stress, so I’ll probably be able to switch to flowering around next week.

McBubatz 5th week, switched to 12/12 two days ago and thus initiated the flowering phase. Icy seems to be doing quite well, can't see any problems.

McBubatz 6th week for the Icy, she's growing, a bit slowly but she's growing. I need to rearrange the support a bit again because she's not quite keeping up with the others 😅 but she should still get enough light.

McBubatz Week 7, Icy is growing lively, but I think I discovered a pollen sac, although I'm not sure if it's just a new shoot that's still very small 😅🤷‍♂️. I'll wait and keep a close eye on it; if it hermies, unfortunately, it has to go in the bin, I can't isolate it. Well, just keep your fingers crossed that they really aren't pollen sacs 🙈😄.

McBubatz Week 8, Icy is doing quite well so far, I think she's overcome her identity crisis (if that really was the case and I’m not just seeing things 😅🤣). I removed the suspicious growths and so far everything else looks female, I couldn't spot any pollen sacs anymore. Additionally, she has been properly defoliated and lollipopped now. The yield might be a bit less than the others, but she was a bit behind, and considering she had about a week less of vegetative time, she's doing pretty well. The nutrient program seems to be working for her, and she looks very healthy. A big thank you to Advanced Nutrients for the fantastic nutrient package for placing 2nd in the contest, really great selection and the plants seem to love it. Biotabs is also doing a very good job here, I had to pay for those myself, but I don’t regret it, I think I’ll use this combo in the future as well; the plants (no matter which ones so far) are so well taken care of and look so super healthy that it’s a true joy to grow like this. McBubatz Week 9, Icy is healthy and lively. Nitrogen is now being reduced since the plants all have quite dark leaves and probably have gathered enough N to draw from for a long time. In the coming weeks, more and more N will be cut back and the focus will shift more towards PK.

McBubatz 10th week, Icy is doing well, I couldn't spot any more pollen sacs so far and the buds are getting fatter 😁, I did a little scent check and it smells slightly spicy with a strong floral/plant vibe, I'm curious to see how it will taste.

McBubatz Week 11, Icy is doing well, since she doesn't have too many side branches, no popcorn buds are formed due to lollipopping and defoliation, which is great👍. The main buds are getting nice and big, and the smell is becoming more intense.

McBubatz Week 12, Icy still needs a bit more time, but so far it looks pretty good.

McBubatz Week 13, Icy is almost ready, checked all the buds and couldn't find any bananas or mold, looks good so far 👌.

McBubatz A bit late, but I think it will be harvested on Tuesday. The last few days, she has received less water to prepare her for the end. The leaves are slowly getting crispy 😅. It seems she doesn't have any mold; I checked through and found nothing.

McBubatz So the good Icy has been harvested, 355g wet at a height of about 50cm is okay, not exceptionally high but also not too little. The plant was properly trimmed and is now hanging out in the dark tent. In about 1-2 weeks, there will be another update on the dry yield. Thanks again to Dutch Passion for letting me be a part of this 🙏 All in the jar, when dry it had 73g of buds, unfortunately with seeds, I discovered a few while trimming, unfortunately, I must have missed a few bananas, the Meth that was next to it also has a seed or two in the buds, what a shame, but the result is still good, the taste is very Haze-heavy with a bit of floral/sour/creamy aftertaste, it's quite interesting. The effect is also more on the head side, hardly felt physically but very active mentally, not bad. 1 star is deducted though because it unfortunately hermied.
