MisterZ Hello friends.
Another new indoor diary this time, and I'm happy to share it. It's always very difficult to choose seed varieties. There are a lot of good seeds with very similar characteristics. There are few details on the Sweet Seeds site, but I picked this award-winning strain for its advertised citrus flavors. There are also no growing tips, and the nice video is useless. https://sweetseeds.com/en/outlet/2345-san-fernando-lemon-kush.html It seems quite undergrown.
Always the same technique: rehydrate for a few hours in water and plant directly in soil. The first seed rotted; the soil might have been too wet. The second attempt is the right one. As soon as the seedling appears, I remove the half plastic bottle and off it goes. When I think of Fernande.. M.

MisterZ Hello friends. It's hot even indoors. My closet is at 32°C during the day and 26 at night. The supervision is going crazy, everything is red. This plant is starting to develop but slowly. No problems, I'm not in a hurry unlike the Saint Fernande lemon 😅. When I saw the differentiated leaves appear, I added 2g of trikologic dissolved in a glass of lukewarm water. It helps develop a fungal tissue as long as the soil stays moist. The problem is that these strains don't handle the temperature well, but I'm making the effort. Otherwise, everything is going well for now. See you soon, M.

MisterZ Hello friends. It's been a mixed week. The plant's development is pretty good and fast. I discovered earlier in the week that the leaf tissue was being attacked by an insect. All the leaves show signs. At first, I thought it was a leaf miner, but I rarely open my cabinet and I haven't seen any butterflies on the insect sticker. I looked under the microscope and found what seems to be spider mites. I couldn't manage to take a decent photo. It's a tiny green or transparent mite with 2 black dots.

MisterZ Hello friends. This week, this plant has grown a lot, we can now see 4 nodes and it has produced large leaves. I supported it with the chopsticks from my favorite restaurant. I then discovered that it was leaning from the root. I'm just going to keep it tilted in the same direction and do a simple LST before flowering. I also sprayed a biological product based on pyrethrin underneath the plant, I don't see any new spider mite attacks for now. I started feeding it 11-11-14. See you soon, M.

MisterZ Hello friends. Another good development this week. I leaned the plant in the direction it was going. I'm not going to top it, let's stay at peace with the nobles and the saints. I will only continue with LST. The color is impeccable. The branches are starting to form even though for now it looks like a little salad. See you soon and enjoy, M.

MisterZ Hello friends. This week, more good growth and beautiful colors. I removed two yellowing and soft leaves that seemed a bit moldy. I redirected the fan downwards. I switched this plant to flowering at the beginning of the week. I didn't do any HST, just LST like for an autoflowering. The apex is almost horizontal. I continue with the feeding around 11-11-14. See you soon, M.

MisterZ Hello friends. This week I went a bit overboard with the watering. As a result, the leaves are all droopy and I found 2 lower leaves that have yellowed with gray spots. Otherwise, the flowers are starting to form. 😀. M.

MisterZ Hello friends. With the drop in temperatures, the closet in my garage is colder. The plant stays moist longer and the leaves are curling. But the worst part is the insects attacking the leaves. I invested in a microscope that arrived after I sprayed a pyrethrin-based product. As a result, I only see the small galleries within the thickness of the leaves, the little black droppings but no insects. I think I saw some spider mites with the naked eye. They are almost transparent, a bit greenish, filled with chlorophyll, with two little vicious black eyes. Pyrethrin degrades in a week, so I will renew the treatment from time to time. So the situation is average but not without hope. M.

MisterZ Hello friends. This week the temperatures dropped to 8 or 9 degrees C in the morning. In my closet, it’s 15 or 16 degrees at the lowest in the morning. I think it’s because of this cold that the plant has taken on colors and the leaves remain very thin. The buds are forming but are still quite small. I’m going to try to find a solution. Otherwise, the insects have seemingly disappeared due to the cold. So I haven’t found any pyrethrin spray. Everything is going pretty well. Have a great weekend. M.

MisterZ Hello friends. The colors are quite pretty but they're due to the cold. During 12 hours of night, it’s between 15 and 18 degrees C. There has been very limited stretch and the flowers are small. I’m going to find a solution to bring it inside. M.

MisterZ Hello friends. The leaves have taken on a very dark, almost black color. It's the first time I've gotten this. I think it's sensitive to the temperature of 15°C when the light is off in my garage. I moved it into a small tent to give it better conditions. The stretch has resumed and the flowers are developing. I freed the plant from all its clips. It's going pretty well. The smell is very faint. See you soon, M.

MisterZ Hello friends. Another good week, the smell is a bit more present. I removed some large dark leaves and the plant looks less dark, but that's just relative. The end is near, I just watered for the last time with nutrients. Thanks for stopping by. 😍. M.

MisterZ Hello friends. It's the final stretch for this little plant. It seems to have greened up a bit since I brought it inside to warm up. The flowers are already quite dense and the smell is wonderful 😍. M.

MisterZ Hello friends. It's over. This plant probably suffered from the cold before I brought it inside. First, the leaves darkened and it stayed small; the stretch was limited. I'm still satisfied with this harvest. There are a lot of small leaves to remove. My pruner is getting sticky, which is a good sign 😍. Thank you for following me, enjoy as I will enjoy. 🙏. M
@Natrona, it was on the sweet seeds site. It's not a big deal, it's mainly sativa, so I'll consider that it might have significant stretch, I'll switch it to flowering very early. Thanks 😀
@nonick123, 15°C when lights are off. But I guess this strain is more sensitive to cold. I moved it from the garage to a small tent indoor and added a carbone filter. 😀
