Bluenose have HLG 260 Quantum board 24 inches from plant tops, wattage turned down to 110 watts. Watered today with Big Bloom at 1/2 the recommended dose.
Bluenose plant on right seems to be losing color around edges of some leaves. Am thinking it might soon be time to turn the lights back to 12 hour cycle..
the plant on the right seems to be showing browning around edges of some leaves. Both plants were from seeds that I purchased as GG#4 feminized. Both plants are from same soil batch, both fed on same schedule. only 1 plant shows this color problem, any ideas?
Bluenose Plant on right had issues. new growth looks normal, old growth has different colors. Some leaves are split down middle, green on one half, brown on the other half

Bluenose Grow is going well. Have new exhaust fan coming this week with double the CFM, hoping to get temperatures down a bit. Here in this Canadian province every household is legally allowed to grow 4 plants so I'm not concerned about odour or stealth.
Bluenose humidity seems to be increasing. I live 1 mile from the ocean, and it gets humid here. So far plants seem happy. I now understand how the stain comes by its name. just touching the plant makes my fingers sticky., another couple weeks and I'll have to start flushing with just water. Any thoughts?

Bluenose I have it vented from a 2nd story window. I had bought a carbon filter but never used because it is legal to grow here. The smell outside the house is becoming very skunky, so I guess its time to connect my carbon filter. Happy with things so far, no problems.would like to see fatter buds, but, everything is sticky, and I'm happy.

Bluenose The past week I installed a carbon filter on to the exhaust air. Neighbours were starting to comment about the lingering smell. Smell is gone now. I removed quite a few large fan leaves that were shading lower buds from direct light. It seems to have given the plants a look that their days are numbered. Plants very sticky, Had to start tying up colas as they were starting to fall over. Pistels are mostly brown, but tricomes look clear. I think time to start flushing in a week or so

Bluenose I've decided it's time to start flushing. 7 weeks flowering today. Everything I read says to flower for 8-9 weeks, so 1-2 weeks left. I'm getting impatient, want to sample the couch lock panacea I've been waiting for.any guesses on yiels, 2 plants, scrog, fim, first time geower. I'm hoping between 3 and 8 ounces.

Bluenose today is Day 57 of flowering. Most documentation I read says to harvest between day 58 and 63.
Last weekend I was doing some tidying up and saw some popcorn nugs below the scrog net. I decided to chop them and dry them, just to sample. Oh my, I was impressed. Couch locking delight. If little popcorn nugs are that good, the colas should be impressive. Not happy with the photos. I'm a photographer, but, didn't want to turn the light off, so the photos aren't that good. The plants overall look like they are slowly dying, the buds look good, but the vegetation is dying off. Last watering was pH corrected tap water, as will be the next watering, then I think its time to chop them down.
I have 3 more feminized seeds of the same strain. I think my next photos will be harvest photos.
If you want to confirm this and have good experience with cloning, try cloning her a sick plant won’t clone. I clone mine all the time and have had 100% success rate on her
@Bluenose, tell ya what when I get home what I’ll do is make a video of what I do with high success rate, I’ll take one off one of the big girls. And will upload it to my diary of the 4 Barney’s farms ladies!
Very nice grow and documentation. I can see the growing you have experience so my comment is nice documentation. I just started a journal and I doubt mine will come across this smooth. By the way I've grow some mixed GG#4 stuff and I bet you enjoyed the smoke. I want to breed GG#4 X Girl Scout Cookies to Blueberry for a good nighttime smoke what do you think?
Displaying the Tinyest bit of nutrient burn I'd chalk it up too all out ppm level to high not nitrogen as ur main culprit as above stated as ur not displaying the slightest eagle claw which is the early symptom of high nitrogen levels! Alot of ppl bump there nutes up until seeing slight symptoms as yours to know there giving there girls there max feed! Your looking great as long as u dont raise anything your set for a blessed harvest! U just got her at max intake of mineral levels
I would agree with you, a couple more weeks to go. There are lots of white pistils still and they will still grow more. The best way to determine if they are ready to flush would be to grab a jewellers loupe and look at trichomes. You want to start the flush when they are on the verge of harvest. They look great! Keep it up.
hey there hope i answered your question, that's the magnesium deficiency... hope you take care of that ! anything else you need just drop me a message 👊
Hi @Bluenose! My bet is that you did not gave enough water to your soilless medium, and as a result, you're having salts buildup in your coco, leading to copper/zinc/iron deficiencies and other strange symptoms. Do you water to the runoff? 1L per plant is definitely not enough at this stage, you want to see the runoff at least once a week, it will help you to understand how healthy your rootmass is, and it will prevent salts / old-nutrients from accumulating in your container. Genetics could explain why two plants from the same strain have different behaviour upon this issue, I think you have two phenotypes expressing their differences. Hope this will help, keep us updated, and happy growing! 👊
