Pheno_Minds First Coco run and first run with Athena Pro using converted EC values. Let's see if this works. At the right time, the Autopot Airdome will also be put into operation for the first time. This run is a pure test grow, and I'm trying to get everything out of it.

Pheno_Minds Now the plant is really starting to take off. The Athena Pro nutrients are super easy to handle, even though I calculate the nutrient amounts myself based on the EC and still need to adjust quite a bit. After the grow, I will publish my own Athena Oro schedule for 100% Coco.

Pheno_Minds The smell is breathtaking. Just like typical classic cannabis paired with a freshly opened can of Fanta 🍊🍊 I’ve really rarely smelled something this delicious.

Pheno_Minds 📋 We're heading into the home stretch with the Mimosa x Orange Punch. We're now in week 9 of flowering, and total week 13 is nearing its end. The plants have reached their full structure and are now focusing solely on final ripening. You can clearly tell that the metabolism is switching gears and the reserves are being mobilized for the final push. 💧 For the nutrient solution, I'm currently running an EC of 1.0 mS/cm with a stable pH of 5.7. I'm following the Athena schedule precisely: 9 ml/L Pro Bloom and 5.4 ml/L Pro Core form the base, along with 0.5 ml/L each of Balance and Cleanse for stability and cleanliness in the system. The moderate EC reduction during this phase helps the plant process the remaining nutrients cleanly, without unnecessary stress or over-fertilization. 📸 The look in the tent is massive. The buds are extremely compact and covered in a thick layer of sticky trichomes that extend well onto the sugar leaves. The calyxes are swelling nicely, and the formerly white hairs have almost completely turned into a deep orange-brown. In the macros, you can see that most of the trichomes are milky, while the first heads are already turning amber. The leaves are showing a slight autumnal discoloration at the tips and minor burn on the serrated edges, which is completely normal at this stage of ripeness. 📏 For next week, daily monitoring of resin cloudiness is the top priority. I'm paying close attention to when the ratio of milky to amber is just right for my taste. It won't be long now; the scissors are practically ready. The development of the smell is now so intense that the filter has its work cut out for it.

Pheno_Minds 📋 We have reached the tenth week of flowering, and the run has been going for a total of 14 weeks now. The Mimosa x Orange Punch from Barneys Farm is now showing its full potential and is clearly entering the final phase. The plants look massive, the energy is now going into resin production and the final ripening of the buds. Autumn has fully arrived in the tent. 📏 The technical parameters are running absolutely stable. We are averaging a PPFD of 800 µmol/m²/s, which perfectly solidifies the flower structure at this stage without burning the tips. The VPD is averaging 1.45 kPa, allowing us to keep transpiration under control and maintain high nutrient uptake until the end. Additionally, we are feeding the ladies with an average CO2 level of 1071 ppm. You can clearly see this in the vitality and density of the buds, as the plants are utilizing the light optimally. 📸 The current photos show an excellent state of health. The leaf color has turned to a deep dark green, with the tips and edges of the sugar leaves already taking on noticeable purple and almost black hues. The flower structure is extremely compact, with individual calyxes swollen and stacking up. The frost coverage is enormous, and the entire surface looks like it’s dusted with powdered sugar. Under the magnifying glass, you can almost only see cloudy heads in the trichomes, while the stigmas are almost completely brown and shriveled. This is exactly the picture we want to see in week 10. ✂️ The outlook for the next few days is clear: Harvest is coming up soon. The aromatic development is now at its peak, it smells extremely sweet and like intense Fanta throughout the grow tent. We are now checking the trichomes directly on the buds daily to catch the perfect timing for the cut. As soon as the amber heads start to increase slightly, the scissors will be ready. This will likely be the last full week under lights.

Pheno_Minds 📋 After 16 weeks of total runtime, today is harvest day for the Mimosa x Orange Punch from Barneys Farm. The plants are fully resinous and have reached their biological goal. I'm finishing the run right on time and preparing everything for drying. The genetics have shown impressive stability throughout the entire period and are now delivering exactly the visual image one expects from a top strain. 🌡️ The climatic conditions in the final stretch were stable and spot on. The CO2 level averaged 736 ppm, which helped the plants keep their flower mass compact until the last day. Other than monitoring the values, there were no further measures this week; the plants just consumed their remaining water. 📸 A look at the photos shows the excellent condition of the buds. The flower structure is extremely dense and displays the typical compact shape with slight bulges at the tips. The resin production is massive, with trichomes covering not only the flowers but also the sugar leaves like a thick layer of powdered sugar. In terms of color, the plant has developed a beautiful spectrum from deep violet to almost black in the leaves, creating a strong contrast with the bright, resinous flowers. The pistils are almost completely brown and retracted, marking the end of the ripening process. In close-up, you can see that the trichome heads are perfectly milky with the first amber hues. ✂️ Now it's time to head to the drying room. The buds are extremely sticky when breaking them apart and emit a heavy aroma of citrus and sweet fuel. The density of the flowers is impressive; they don't give at all when lightly squeezed. The next few days they'll spend at cool temperatures and controlled humidity before moving on to curing. I'm very satisfied with the resin content and overall vitality until the last day. The result in the jar is sure to be a delight.
