Luke's Going Down

Grow_for_Happiness So far so good. Have sprouted up at the usual rate and are standing strong without any support. Light breeze with oscillating fan set to 20%. Week started at 300 umol/s and finished at 400 umol/s (60% to 90%). Gave both plants 1 liter of feed through bottom feeding. With plastic pots don't have to water until system is ready but I find with the fabric they dry out faster so need to water once or twice before system on. Let's hope these two stay on track and see some big healthy growth this week.

Grow_for_Happiness The week is over and these girls are doing well. Growing up fast with good colour and nice and thirsty. Finished off the water in the pots by the last day of the week so gave them another bottom feeding of 1.8 liters. Will be moved to the big tent and setup on the Tray2Grow system in next few days, just have to steralize the tent and reset the lights. Speaking of light, these two ended the week at 430 umol/s

Grow_for_Happiness Moved the girls to the 4x8 and onto theTray2Grow and turned on the taps at beginning of the week and they have since shown some good healthy growth. Huge leaves on this strain! I predict these could become tent fillers pretty quickly. 🤞. Lights are 30" @ 90% with lots of airflow and RH locked down thanks to.the T5 humidifier I picked up.

Grow_for_Happiness Holy my God, these plants got big in a hurry! More than doubled in size and bushed out large. Also we have reached the end of veg! Pistils popping last few days, so flower has officially started! At the rate these girls are going I'm glad I've got the light drivers mounted outside, every inch may count! Lights 30"@ 90% 580-620 umol/s.

Grow_for_Happiness These girls are quickly filling up their side of the tent! A decent amount of vertical growth this week, but also the girls really filled in with the lower branches catching up to the main to make a nice canopy. Buds sites galore! Pretty hands off like most weeks, just keeping environment locked in and the reservoir full. Soon as stretch is done these girls will get a good defoliation, but up until now has been zero training or defoliation. Keeping that stress to a minimum to maximize yields. Girls are happy and loving life, let's keep em that way. Light at 90% hitting 630 umol/s

Grow_for_Happiness These two girls have gotten into "that's a big b*tch" territory! Absolutely massive plants just short of four feet tall and taking up half of the 4x8. Got their first haircut mid week, stripping off all of the lower third small branches and a large amount of inner fan leaves. They didn't skip a beat and just kept praying every day and chugging nutrient mix. Bud sites everywhere, hope these girls start lifting weights in preparation for all the buds their about to pack on. Lights 20" @ 90% 675-700 umol/s

Grow_for_Happiness These two girls just continue to impress. They're both looking nice and healthy, great structure with nice wide even canopies, and no work along the way, not one bit of training! On the larger side for autoflower, only 6" shy of my largest. Oddly still no roots penetrating the pots, whereas the last run I did on the Tray2Grow the roots were exploding from the bottoms. Guess it's air pruning better? Who knows, but pretty happy looking plants for only a 3 gallon fabric pot. Dehumidifier is running in the lung room again due to the warmer outside temps our heat isn't running as much as it normally does, bringing up the indoor humidity to 48%. Soon as I turned it on the fans dropped from 90% to 50% speed, and humidity has locked in at 58% (VPD 1.0). Lights were turned down to 80% power and are giving 650-700 umol/s across the canopy.

Grow_for_Happiness Wow these girls are big and beautiful! Just under four feet tall and about as wide, with nice even canopies packed full of developing buds. No work this week, just keeping the reservoir full . When I opened the tent to take pictures today I was inspired to make this song parody hahaha. 🎶I like big plants and I can not lie You other growers can't deny When you open up your tent And you see a big plant That's full of fat ol' buds You get sprung🎶 Anyways that's a glimpse into my mind after a long day of work and a puff of Slimer, until next week!

Grow_for_Happiness Every time I open the tent I'm amazed at the size of these two. They're easily dominating half the 4x8 and have really spread out as the bud weight has set in. Tent is giving her some support around the edges haha. This week the buds have noticable swollen and are becoming more dense and trichome packed. Still lots of white pistils so would say it's still on track to be a week or so behind the other plants. That's ok, at this rate I'll need the dry space haha. Gave the girls a light defoliation this week, mainly just removing dying leaves from deep inside the canopy. Nothing major, no branches or offshoots, and will most likely be her last one. Otherwise just keeping the environment and nutes dialed in the get these two smoothly to the finish line.

Grow_for_Happiness The end is near! These girls are maturing pretty quick, with the front plant looking ready for harvest tomorrow and the back plant less than a week after. Front is 95% cloudy with just a few reds here and there, while back is 70/30 cloudy/clear with no reds. Front buds are more elongated and thinner, while back buds are thicker and more compact looking. Both plants have nice solid buds already. Hardest part about this week has been watching them finish and NOT harvesting too early! Lowered the light by 10% just to help with heat management more than anything. With a few plants out of the tent the light is reflecting more off the walls and building a bit more heat. All good though, the end is in sight just gonna keep on doing my thing and let these girls cruise to the finish line.

Grow_for_Happiness And then there was one! Here we are on day 84 and there is only this beast left standing. She's only got a few days to go with most of her trichomes a nice cloudy with just a few clear here and there, and a handful of amber throughout the pics I took. Buds are nice and swollen and very dense, with some beauty colours throughout. This plant got to quite the respectable size for an auto, once the front plant was removed she spread out to cover 80% of a 4x4 area. Harvested the front plant on day 82 as she was showing amber/cloudy without a sign of clears. Buds were nice and dark coloured, dense, and smelled so lemon. Really enjoyed harvesting it even with the mask on could get a good sniff and smelled delicious. I can't wait to dry, cure, and try her out!

Grow_for_Happiness Wow this plant has got the be the best smelling plant I've grown yet. She smells like candy. It's the only way I can think to describe it. Sweet, and strong AF. Trimming off the fan leaves left my trimmers caked in resin. Sticky as all hell and a great yeilder. Most plants I get 3-4 coat hangers worth for drying, these two gave me 4 and 7! Top 2/3 of the plants were nice large dense buds while bottom third had crystal packed smaller buds which will be great for hash. Stay tuned for final weight and taste review in a few weeks or so
