The Special (Gassy) One - F027- Contest

GrowerBaal Day 1 She appeared after 4 days on march 2nd. So her growth and our journey starts here. Day 2 Gave 10 ml of tap water to keep the surface humid. She has 1 cm and looks normal. Day 3 She had 3 cm today. Did not water her. Day 4 She is doing fine and has 4 cm height. Gave her 50 ml of hand warm tab water. Will erase the plastic dome tomorrow. Day 5 She has 4,5 height and is doing fine. The dome has gone. Day 6 She stayed at 4,5 cm. Over all she looks good, but the leaves are a bit yellowish. Gave her 50 ml of tab water. Day 7 Last day of her first week. She had 5 cm today and i gave her 50 ml of tab water from the top.

GrowerBaal Day 8 She stayed at 5 cm. Her colour looks a bit weird, will watch her the next days, if she doesnt develop properly, i will start a second seed. No watering. Day 9 She still had 5 cm. Today i gave her 85 ml of tab water with 23 degrees and adjusted to 6.4 ph. Day 10 Still at 5 cm. Did not get water today. Day 11 Today she had 5.5 cm. I gave her 100 ml of to 21 degrees and 6,3 ph adjusted tab water from the bottom and 100 ml from the top. Day 12 She still has 5,5 cm. Did not water her today. Day 13 She had 6 cm today. Day 14 She still has 6 cm, but at least she is growing even so quite slowly. She got 110 ml of tab water with 6,4 ph and 23,3 degrees.

GrowerBaal Day 15 Her third week begun and she had 6,5 cm. I did not water her. Day 16 Today she got 180 ml of tab water adjusted to 21,4 degrees and 6,2 ph from the bottom and additional 100 ml from the top. She had 7 cm height. Day 17 She still has 7 cm. But what causes the yellow is still a riddle, it does not look like to much nutrition. But it kinda starts to look nice. Day 18 Today she had 8 cm. I did not water her. Day19 Today she had 9 cm. She will get transplanted tomorrow, so i did not water her today. Day 20 Today she got transplanted. I filled a 20l textile pot with Plagron light Mix, added Perlite, 100g limestone, some Trichoderma nd Mycorrhiza. Later i gave her 1000 ml of tab water adjusted to 22,7 degrees and 6,4 ph from the top. Day 21 Looks like she has taken the transplantation fine. No big issues to see. She has 9 cm height as in the old pot.

GrowerBaal Day 22 The fourth week starts. I think what i have here is a case of a variegated plant and it looks nice for me. I know that this might cause smaller size and slower growth as she has not the full amount of cloroplasts. With 10 cm height she is quite small for her age, but i like her camouflage style. No watering today. Day 23 She looked a bit thirsty and the surface of the soil was also very dry, so i gave her her first feeding. Wanted to give her Alga Grow, unfortunately i made a mistake and took Alga Bloom. Only 500ml with only 50% of the normal amount, but still a big mistake. Later i gave her 1100 ml of a solution with 50% Alga Grow adjusted to 6,3 ph, 23,1 degrees, 645 ppm from the bottom and 900 ml from the top. She still had 10 cm. Day 24 Today she had 10,5 cm height. I did not water her. Day 25 She had 11 cm today. I did not give her water. Day 26 Today she had 12 cm. I noticed that over time the leaves develop more chloroplasts and get greener. If you look at the older leaves there is not that much yellow anymore. Very interesting to watch her. Day 27 She reached 12 cm height today. I gave her 1000 ml of a solution with Plagron Alga Grow and some additives from the top. It was adjusted to 24,9 degrees, 6,4 ph and 670 ppm. She also had to move into another tent. Now she has a Mars Hydro FC 1500 as growing Light. It is set to 75%. Temperatur will probably be lower in this tent, but she is old enough to handle that. Day 28 She had 13 cm today. I did not water her.

GrowerBaal Day 29 The fifth week started and i have slowly to decide, if i top her and when to switch her to 12/12. She had 14 cm today and got no water. Day 30 Today she had 14,5 cm. Did not water her today, will probably tomorrow. Day 31 She had 15 cm. I gave her 2500 ml of a solution with 6,3 ph, 22,1 degrees, 885 ppm from the bottom and 2000 ml from the top. Day 32 She had 16,5 cm today. Probably i will switch her tomorrow to 12/12. Day 33 She had 17 cm today. The switch to 12/12 is delayed to tomorrow. Day 34 Today she moved into the 12/12-tent. She had 18 cm today. The light is at 100% but the distance at 80 cm. Day 35 After the first night on 12/12 she had risen her leave so i increased the distance to the light, as i cant reduce the light. She had 19 cm.

GrowerBaal Day 36 She had 20 cm today and she looked good. I did not water her. Day 37 She had 21 cm today. No watering. Day 38 Today she had 22 cm. I changed the Alga Grow to Alga Bloom and gave her 1800 ml of a solution with 6,8 ph, 22,3 degrees, 930 ppm from the bottom and 2200 ml from the top. I reduced the distance to the light to 80 cm. Day 39 Today she had 24 cm height. Day 40 She had 25 cm today. I did not water her. Day 41 She had 26 cm today. No watering. Day 42 Today she had 27 cm. She is doing her thing is looks fine. She is a bit slower and her side branches are very short.

GrowerBaal Day 43 The first full week on 12/12 is over and i guess that we will see first signs of flowering this coming week. She had 29 cm height and i gave her 200 ml of tab water from the top as the surface of the soil was very dry. Probably i will feed her tomorrow. Day 44 Today she had 31 cm today. I delayed the watering. Day 45 Her height was 33 cm today. She was watered with 2000 ml of a solution with 24,3 degrees, 6,6 ph, 895 ppm from the bottom and 2000 ml from the top. Day 46 She had 36 cm today. No watering. Day 47 She had 39 cm today. I reduced the distance to the light over the last week, it is now 50 cm. Day 48 Today she had 42 cm height. She stretched quite a bit over the last days. Day 49 Today she had 45 cm.

GrowerBaal Day 50 (Day 16 on 12/12) More than two weeks of flowering are over and she had 47 cm height today. I did not water her today, but will probably tomorrow. Day 51 She had 52 cm today. I gave her 3000 ml of a solution with 6,9 ph, 22,3 degrees, 890 ppm from the bottom and 2000 ml from the top. Day 52 She had 56 cm height today. I noticed some days ago, but did not write it here, that she also has additional fingers on some leaves, she is very special.😊 Day 53 Today she had 60 cm height. Day 54 She had 63 cm today. She gets even more odd additional fingers. Day 55 Today she was at 68 cm height. No watering. Day 56 She had 72 cm today. No watering.

GrowerBaal Day 57 A new week stats and she had 74 cm height. I gave her 2700 ml of a solution with 7,0 ph, 23,7 degrees, 1160 ppm from the bottom and 2000 ml from the top. Today i lollipopped her and erased some fan leaves. Day 58 Today she had 77 cm. She looked good. Day 59 Today she had 80 cm. Day 60 She had 81 cm today. Tomorrow i will water her. Day 61 Today she had 82 cm. I gave her 2000 ml of a solution with 25,1 degrees. 6,6 ph, 1180 ppm from the bottom and 2000 ml from the top. Day 62 She had 82 cm today. No watering. Day 63 The temperature increased up to 28 degrees. She had 83 cm today. No watering.

GrowerBaal Day 64 A new week started and she is doing fine. She stayed at 83 cm. Today no watering. Day 65 She stayed at 83 cm height. Today i gave her 3000 ml with 6,9 ph, 22,6 degrees, 1180 ppm from the bottom and 2000 ml from the top. I also erased some lower branches. Day 66 I took 84 cm height today. Her buds are getting frosty and look very indica like. The trichomes develop as usual at the variegated parts of the leaves as you can see on the pictures. What i cant say is if the overall development reduced. Day 67 As the Tropical Ice Cream hermed, i took a closer look at her and found one banana. As it was only one yet, i erased it and will let her grow as long no other appear. Today she had 84 cm. Day 68 Did not handle her today. Had no time. Day 69 Today i had proper time to check her and i found that she got pollinated a while ago and already had seeds. So i terminated her also. I liked her a lot as i was a nervous time in the beginning, a real shame. The good thing is, i found maybe the reason for this. The data wire was not plugged properly and might has caused male functions in the light, at least i hope this was the reason.
