Growing this one was a really challenge. She's an EXTREMELY bushy plant. I kid you not. I was able to defoliate her 3 times in one week and she still bounced back as if she hadn't been touched. I think this is why she took a bit longer than what was reported. She smells like a dream. Berries and sweetness pour off the buds and fills up the entire room with dankness. Towards the end of flowering her Calyxes have taken a beautiful shade of pink and is more prominent in the up skirt shots of her buds. Such a pretty plant to grow but I highly recommend indoors for this one as outdoor would most likely give you mould problems. The buds were stacked so close together that the entire plant was dripping with frost. This is the frostiest plant I've grown to date. Beats the Gorilla Glue by a mile! I've trimmed her the best that I could and I've popped her in the MyHerbsNow dryer for 96 hours. She should be done by then for curing. I'll give a report on the taster buds when they're ready. Overall a very hard plant to trim and grow but we'll worth it in terms of smell so far. Update 1: After about 92 hours in the MyHerbsNow the buds were dried and the stems were breaking quite nicely. Ended up with 44.4g of dried bud which is a little low but I'm happy with the results. The buds are still extremely frosty and have a lovely smell to it even if it's just finished drying. After smoking the first sample I must say I really like this one. Very fruity/berry taste to it with a nice earthy and sweet note to it. Hoping the cure will bring the flavours out a bit more. Popped the buds in the Cvault with Boveda packs and I'll update in 2 weeks. Update 2: Love smoking this strain. She has a nice balance of earthy and sweetness. The only change I would make is to pull the buds out of the dryer about a day before as there wasn't really any smell coming from the jars once opened but she immediately stinks up the place once you chop it up. Love chopping up the buds as you end up with flecks of pink everywhere in the mix. Definitely will grow this one again but without training her.

Highly hydrophobic but it's a really good dry soil amendment for cal and mag. Might end up putting twice as much for next grow so I don't end up having to add it to the feeds as much

Fuck me this plant was both easy and a pain to grow. It was great because it bounced back from every defoliation really really quickly. It's a bitch because it bounces back so quickly. It's a super bushy plant and you'll have a pain in the ass trying to trim it if you let the veg get out of hand. That being said all the defoliation will stunt the growth a bit and you'll have to wait a bit longer for harvest. She's a super frosty plant towards the end of her cycle and she'll easily overpower anything else you have in your grow tent. She puts on a lovely display of colors towards the end and you'll be well surprised to see the colors penetrate all the way down to the center of the buds once harvesting. Be prepared to have a super sticky trimming scissors when done and you'll even get a decent ball of hash to taste once done. I'll update once dried and cured. Update 1: After 94 hours in the MyHerbsNow the buds were pretty much dried and the stems were breaking quite nicely. Might've been able to pull it out sooner but I decided to stick with the recommended times. No hay smell, the buds are frosty as hell and it was a pretty quick turnaround. Sampling the first smoke before it goes in for a proper cure in the Cvaults with some Boveda packs. Tastes really nice to be honest. Very fruity/berry taste with a nice earthiness and sweet note to it. Hoping the cure will bring out more flavors. I'll update again in two weeks. So far pretty impressed with the MyHerbsNow. Will definitely use it again. Update 2: the only change I'd make is to pull the buds out of the dryer a day earlier than recommended as the end result was a little too dry for my liking. That said once you chop up the buds the smell instantly fills up the room and you get a nice display of pink within the chopped buds. Nice balance of earthiness and sweet berries to the smoke and will be growing again in the future but without training her as she stays fairly small.

Got some plants (random seeds) just like this (though I doubt they're autos or whatever you got there, since they've been growing for quite a bit longer) that grew through winter/bad conditions. I don't even bother with them. They really don't like low light conditions. Probably suited for like the desert. Semi-random info for future reference. These are the sort of plants you might want to consider biasing your nutrients with. Consider that they have very thick leaves and small size (likely for water storage, minimizing exposed surface area, like succulents, as these sort of plants are often found in very hot/dry areas) and short node spacing and lots of overall density, so you might want to lower potassium and node related stuff a bit. Also, you could look at certain growth hormones, I think it was gibberillin (assuming you don't increase auxins too) which causes plants to stretch a bit (could be useful). Dunno if it'll be useful, but that's some of the sort of stuff I'm considering when I plant their offspring. If not, hybridize them further since they're super inefficient in most conditions here.

@Gr33nFi3ld, Ah sorry, no specific links about the info, thousands of documents, articles, forum posts, etc. It's generally pretty obscure research. I wouldn't necessarily say that I know what I'm talking about (some things, sure), but I've read a lot and have at least a little experience growing these plants.

@@Ssomeguy, coconut water?? Shit! I've got that in abundance here. I'll do some research to see how much I should add to my feeds to get a bit stretchier. Could be my lights were too low before and since then I've raised them significantly cuz of a big sativa dominant taking up all the vertical space. Definitely sounds like you know what you're talking about. I'm weak when it comes to the knowledge behind all the botany knowledge. Mind if I ask where you got the info from so I can start reading up? Thanks again for the help man. I'll definitely follow med in tropic.

@Gr33nFi3ld, Uh, I'm not sure hey, since I haven't actually specifically used it. And there are quite a few growth hormones and regulators. But a guy I know (med_in_tropic) used some coconut water/milk (far too much, by his own admission) and he got very stretchy plants. "Coconut milk (coconut water) is widely used in tissue culture because it contains (A) Auxin (B) Cytokinin (C) Ethylene (D) Gibberellin. " All 4 of those are growth hormones/regulators. Unfortunately I can't actually recommend dosages or anything like that and I don't know relative amounts of those things in the coconut water, but for the purpose of stretching a bit of extra gibberellin is probably the interesting stuff. Those growth regulators are usually the sort of thing you use very little of and try to be careful with. About the potassium, I'm kinda guessing about it, based on my understanding of how it's used in the plant (as in, it's constantly reused and not a building block like nitrogen or carbon) and reading about node count/spacing related to it. Since those are small plants (relative to say a typical sativa) it might end up with too much potassium. It's not like 100% sure info, a bit of guesswork that might be relevant to those sort of plants.
