GanjaGecko Welcome to the Outdoor Run 2026.
Two tester seeds marked 2602 from FastBuds are at the starting line.
Here, we’ll focus a bit less on nutrient amounts and watering habits. Those interested can find that information in other diaries. This is more about observing the plant. What is the growth behavior like, later bud structure, terpenes, etc.
I can test the resistance to powdery mildew well here. Since about 80% of the deciduous trees in the area have powdery mildew and it’s unavoidable that a leaf blows onto the plants, plus there’s a moor/nature reserve nearby that leads to a certain base humidity, it’s easy to control how resistant the new cross is. I’m also very curious about the direction the terpene profile will take. It will be an interesting journey with a cross from which we have no idea what will come out.
The seeds were germinated for the first time with CannaKan. A little souvenir from the fair, as the shop is usually sold out.
I can only recommend this little wonder! Almost all seeds have germinated and after being planted in the soil, they saw daylight 1-2 days earlier. So, a clear recommendation.
FBA2602 #1 was alive 2 days after being planted in the soil, and FBA2602 #2 saw the light of day a day later.

GanjaGecko Week 1 //D1-D7
Midway through the first week, she was carefully placed into the final 12L fabric pot. The delicate lady was gently removed from the seedling pot and set into her final pot. The roots and planting hole were sprinkled with some Dynomyco mycorrhiza and Great White mycorrhiza.
On top of the substrate mix of 70% BioBizz Lightmix and 30% coco with perlite, I added 1 teaspoon of Megaworm per liter of substrate.
The coco content for the automatics is about 30%. Due to the predetermined life cycle, faster root development is advantageous.
For nutrient supply, BioGrow from GreenHouse Feeding is in use. Once it goes into flowering, I’ll add some BioBloom and as a flowering booster, I’ll include Bat Guano in the pot.

GanjaGecko In week 2, not much has happened yet. The two young ladies show even and healthy growth. The consideration is whether one of the two ladies might get a topping next week to see how differently, or not, each one develops.
Watering was done this week as always with the outdoor ladies based on feel. With outdoor growing, you don't need a fixed routine for watering. Since it rains every now and then or the sun shines for a few days in a row, you should tilt or lift the pot slightly every day to check whether the plant needs water or not.

GanjaGecko This week, the weather has been quite good. The only issue was that at the beginning and end of the week, there was a little caterpillar trying to satisfy its appetite. The caterpillars were removed, and the young ladies were properly sprayed with neem oil at the start and end of the week.
The growth for both is completely acceptable for week 3. I think that in the coming week, we will notice the first signs of flowering and the first signs of stretch. With Fastbuds, it’s usually around week 4 for the outdoor ladies in the 12L fabric pot that they start to slowly enter flowering. Lady#1 has slightly more vigorous side branches than Lady#2, but she also has a node advantage. Unfortunately, the coming week won’t be very sunny. This won’t be too beneficial for growth. Just before flowering, a week of sunshine would have been nice. The ladies will make the best of the 3 out of 4 days of sunshine 💪🏽

GanjaGecko Both ladies have started stretching this week, which indicates that they want to flower. Therefore, each lady received about 40g of BioBloom. Together with 12 teaspoons of Megaworm, they should be ready for flowering. In week 2 of flowering, there will be an additional 2 teaspoons of Batguano per lady in the pot as a flowering booster.
The pre-flowers are already visible at the nodes. Next week will be the first week in which the buds start to form.

GanjaGecko This week the stretch has been incredible. The flower sites are also showing up clearly this week. Both have very strong growth. #1 is growing evenly in height and width. #2 has more of a tendency to grow taller and has slightly shorter side branches than #1.

GanjaGecko WEEK 6/2F
In week 2 of flowering, both ladies have gained quite a bit of height. The main stretch should be about done now.
The flower formation is clearly visible.
Each lady received 1½ teaspoons of BatGuano as a little bloom booster in the pot.
#1 - 85cm
#2 - 95cm

Watering this week was, as always, done by feel for the outdoor ladies. You don't need a strict routine for watering outdoors. Since it rains from time to time or the sun shines for a few days in a row, you should tilt or lift the pot slightly every day to check if the plant needs water/additives or not.
