put a big cloth covering your complete tent after 11-12 hours of light, 10 hours is ok too. it will encourage flowering faster as you wanted, costs a little time. if you cannot do that, don't worry some pheno's dont start flowering at 14 hours, sometimes they need 11-12 hours of darkness
