The plants have been reacting nicely to the minimum dosage indicated on the feeding chart for coco (Coco A+B with Bloomsbastic) at every watering.
Just topped them and are now almost ready to be put into flowering.
Obs: I don't use Distilled or R.O. water, just regular tap water left on the sun for a day or two. My tap water isn't heavy water and is about 120 ppm.
And the flowering begins! Changed the timer today to 12/12.
The plant stems don't seem perfect to me but the clones didn't come as good as they should have been. They were the only ones i had though.
The temperature is too high but i can't lower it anymore it's too hot were i live. Can't wait for the colder days! :/
Usually i opt for Scrog but this time i'm going with LST instead because since the grow space is small, its easier for me in case i want to flush or move the plants around.
Gonna start the bloom boosters next week. Yay!
Couldnt' update last week's photos but they had a bit of a calcium deficiency, i gave them calcium supplement 3 days ago, are looking much better now.
Its still very hot and the day temp keeps on 33º celsius. ;/
Bud production seems to go well. Its day 15 since i change the clock.
4th week flower, looking fine and i'm starting to feel the pungent smell ! Love it.
The plants are doing well but are starving for calmag, but i'm still waiting for it to arrive. Should be tomorrow.
EDIT: Already gave them cal max from Grotek let's see how she does until the end of the week.
Just added a new girl to the gang! She was behind and since i am a month into flowering ill harvest her a month after the other ones, and that's kind of a good thing.
Had to lower the nutes, and i think maybe ill have to lower even more. The salt is building up in the coco, still no real signs of nutrient burn so i wont lower it that much and will wait to see.
After a week of cal-max the stems are turning back green. :)
Runoff TDS: 1500 +/-.
Runoff PH: 6.1.
The humidity is too low atm but i think it won't be a major issue. Everything seems to go fine im still getting used to feeding coco.
Runoff TDS: 1500 +/-.
Runoff PH: 6.2
Just another week, nothing to point out. All going well, the taller one is a bit behind, but no major issues.
I'm guessing 2 more weeks max and ill chop the shorter ones.
Runoff PPM: 1400 +/-.
Runoff PH: 6,5.
Beginning of 8th week of flower, gonna start flushing the 2 plants that are shorter and gonna let the bigger one another week. The shorter ones have pretty much all the trichomes white and the bigger one has around 75%.
The smell on this ones is not really intense and pretty discrete.
Runoff TDS: 1200
Runoff PH: 6.2
Tomorrow i will cut one of the shorter two, she is already getting yellow and i don't want to wait anymore... :p And maybe in 4 or 5 days will chop the other one. To let her flush a bit more.
And in the next days i will flush the taller one also.
The ppm of the runoff of the two shorter plants is 140 and my water is 135.
I notice in the last week the smell has become more intense. So kind of good news.
I'm really looking forward to see the yield. :)
So it comes to an end! The three plants are already harvested, just cut the last one today. The taller one.
I recon i got about 120g from all the three of them. It was not much but wasn't bad either, since i have a small tent and cant afford to have bigger bushes.
So the pros to this strain are:
1: A fast flowering time of 8 weeks, even a bit less.
2: Its good for toping and lst.
3: Gives a decent prodution and some dense buds
4: Doesn't have a strong smell while in flowering. (Which may be a con to some, but if you want to be discreet its nice, which is my case.)
Cons:
1: In my opinion it doesn't have strong genetics. (Seems a bit unstable somehow although i only got 1 seed and may have caught a weaker pheno.)
2: Its pretty sensitive to nutrient deficiencies. Mainly in soil. Since i started using coco i didn't have any big problems.
The buds itself are very good looking buds and have a nice sweety and pungent smell. And the high it gives is not too strong which i like because i'm not keen on couch locking. Although sometimes it really hits me hard! Lol
Overall it was not hard and it was a pleasant plant to have and grow.
For me it was a 7.5/10.
This was my first diary and it was a joy, not only did i manage to get a better track of the grow for myself, but i also got opinions and questions that made everything even more enjoyable!
@@Tryhard, Yeah me too bro! I really wanna see if these days will make a difference. This one i cut today is already a bit flushed but i wanna see if it is worth waiting a few more days..
@1timer, Thank you my friend they were not as dense as they seem, only the third one was really dense, it's like rock! lol but was pretty good very good smoke! ^^
Looking absolutely fantastic right before and at harvest buddy. You managed a great grow here and you should have immense pride in what you've accomplished. @@@Tryhard_grower, hi my friend first of all thank you for your comment.
Let me begin by saying that this is not big bud from sensi seeds. Its from vision seeds. (In case you didnt notice. :p). And i already had 2 crops of this strain before in soil. I think this strain is faster than the one from sensi seeds.
