It was a nice plant to experiment with. I tryed every technique possible, from light LST to early defoliation (which increase resin production a LOT), from topping to fimming, and so on. The nicest plant is probably the Nana, but the nicest is definitely the Geometry Teacher: both will be reveg for future clones! The fimmed girl (DecaBull) was disappointing, it didn’t grew as I expected - probably because of the orientation of the lights. The Manda Rossa grew very well and developed nice big colas. I’m expecting no more than 60gs in total, due the low temperature which slowed the plant’s growth.

Reviews. Nutrient
What a wonderful line of nutrients. I just prepared the soil with all the mix and the tabs and then I proceed to water them with only tap water!
I added a bit just to increase yield but it didn’t had much effect..
Reviews. Lamp
Nice lights, expecially for the veg/flower switch. It doesn’t consume so much but maybe 2 were too much for only 4 plants

After some different approach I can definitely say that if you don’t mess with the hormones - meaning to not cut any part of the plants- it preserves and shows his genetic phenotype. During the last two weeks every plants developed some dark purple colour on the lower part. Defoliation should be made at least 3-4 days before harvest and - if possible - use low temperature and 1-2 days of full darkness to increase resin production. Low temperature slows growth but helps to obtaine stickness on the buds. The BioTabs should be used in his wholness! Don’t buy only the starter pack, use all the products they offer, it helps during the last phase! I hoped for a good crop but in the end I harvest only some juicy buds..

I can't decide myself, so I need the help of the community... which name should I give to the plants? They're four in total!

So now it’s the 2nd week of flowering period, and I would try to experiment with some LST, did anybody recommend me how and on which plant? The average height is 32-33cm now (tuesday 8th).

You need to lst all of them to get most out of grow. To do so just pull each branch down away from center to open her up. You can tie branches to side of container to make a star pattern. Also lst training can be done up till week 3 of flowering. Try to keep canopy even in these weeks. When they are even flat like a table plants energy is spread out evenly. So it's not just focusing on one branch.

DEFOLIATION: when should I do it? I start by removing some yellow leafs and I'm at 2 week from harvest. Should I remove the other biggest leaf, even if they didn't shadow the flower and are healthy and green? Also, what means if the stem is reddish?

Hello Your plant is splendid removed the most yellow leaves leaves the others because your plant attacks its senescence and it draws its last strength and nutrients in its leaves for me so it is good to leave them. After a good rinse and a check of your trichomes you can harvest your plant. May the force be with you

@Sweet_Seeds so, what do you think about the outcome?

@AlpineGoat, A low temperature, slows the growth. But it also has its positive side. 😋 As for defoliation, as a grower, I personally recommend doing it little by little. The objective is to stress the minimum to the plant, and especially now, that it is in full flowering. Sweet smokes! -Apolo

@OutForReal, yeah I think is because of the blue light of the leds! Now I add some red light and they're reacting very good!

@Sweet_Seeds, it's a truly delicacy! This strain is really something I never tryed before, the taste is unique and very citrus! If I can manage the reveg of those plants I'll grow a beautiful Mommy Mandarine <3 Thank YOU for your great work in selecting this strain! Superior as always!

I am growing the Red mandarine right now. I think I'm going to FIM it judging from your experiment here. Way more tops on Decabull!
AlpineGoat
AlpineGoat
@Sativa4life, I think the main colas of the Decabull (FIMed) are way more valuable than all the flowers that appears on the Nana (uncutted), but only the harvest can reveal the real deal! Good luck with your plants, hope to see strong stems on them! Are you going to post a diary anytime?

@Mrs_Larimar, thank you for answering me here, so I can reply! Thanks again for the others diary, I’m gonna give a look at them!

@Witty420, this was an experimentation run. I managed to try different techniques on each plant, I also used organic stuff (and not chemical like advance nutrience). Also, take a look at the temperature: keep growing with low temperature like mine (12-14°) is a guinness world record!

Takes a while to reveg but they'll be even bigger than before. Because of less work on the root I think. Great work. I would just start another diary for the re-veg.
