Hello everyone,
This is gonna be my second run.First time with autoflowering plants. This seed was a freebie.I'm pretty happy actually because all my auto freebies germinated well except one.
This girl is doing really great.I will not feed for first week.I will feed her with Root Juice on next week.
She's doing really good. She had 30W led above her.I changed it with 72W Flourescent. We will see how she reacts.
She will be fed with Root Juice at the end of this week.
** UPDATE **
Day 10 - I fed the plants with 0.5ml/L Root Juice. 500ml to each pot.I want to play it safe and not overwater.
Day 13- She's growing tremendously and took the lead.I fed her with biobizz nutrients today.I will top her within next week.
Day 15 - Topped her at 4th node.I wanted to try topping autos and this girl was a good candidate.
Day 16 - She's doing alright after topping. No stunt or anything.Lower nodes keeps growing.Fed her with phed water and root juice.
Day 17 - I pruned the first set of leaves. They will not be getting enough light to produce buds.I removed the leaves day by day.
Day 19 - Switched to 400W MH lamp.
Day 20 - She's doing great with the new lamp. Her growth was slower compared to my other CBD girl after topping. She's fine now and growing great.Started LST on her today.
Day 22 - Bad start for preflower week.I broke one of her topped stems while trying to LST.I wrapped it up and crossed fingers for her to heal up but she didn't.So i took out the broken stem.Other than that, she's doing fine. She's indica dominant as it states in Autoseeds website.Big and bulky leaves and short in height.
Shoutout to @B4RNS for this great trellis idea.I only have 1 door in my tent so i can't set a scrog net in there. This idea solved my problem pretty good.I'm thinking about doing it
again for my photoperiods.
Feeding her 1/2L every other day until end of week 4.
Day 24 - This night when i was working on girls,i had a smell coming to my noise. It was a smell that i know but i couldn't really recognize it. It was like a plastic melting but i couldn't find anything in tent. Then i realized the ballast i'm using is melting inside. So i borrowed a 600W light kit from a friend until i replace my own ballast.
Day 25 - I will be leaving town today. They will be alone for 3 days. It's quite hard to keep humidity at where i want with 600W HID.It barely reaches 45%.I will be back with my own 600w set in 3 days.Peace!
Day 28 - Ever since i got this tent,i was eager to upgrade my lights to 600W.So i did.I bought a cooltube with 600W hid light kit.Light penetration is much better now.I just got back home.I was out of city for 3 days.I gave plain water before i leave.
She didn't grow that much this week.Something is wrong with her, might be overwatering.I defoliated her a little.I will let her dry until i water again. She showed sex around day 25.
Day 34 - She has grown a lot this week.I spread her below trellis and she's still not flowering fully so i believe this stretch is gonna take a little bit more. She seems to be over her deformation issue.Expecting her to get in flowering this week.
Day 36 - Leaf deformation issue is not gonna wear off by itself,it seems.I fed her with some supplements with no real feeding.Just Sensyzm,Rhino Skin,Alg-a Mic,Acti Vera with lower pH than usual,6.
Runoff TDS was 1100 and pH was 6.2.I don't really know what is causing this problem.I thought it was pH but it doesn't look like it.
Still not really flowering so i consider it is still vegging.
Day 40 - I'm taking photos with a smartphone so i can't really show off the issues properly. Her leaves are getting light green.Mostly because of no feeding this week. She made some progress about deformation.Tomorrow she will be fed with half dose nutes so she can start flowering without problem. She's also stretching a lot this weekend.Besides being a indica dominant strain, she's the tallest amongst others.
Day 43 - I'm happy with the progress she made. She's well over the defoliation issue. After last feeding, she got her color back aswell.Only the cal-mag deficiency is left. She is shooting pistils everywhere.Despite being and indica dominant strain, she's the tallest in the tent.I LST'd her today a little to keep the canopy even.
Day 49 - She's doing great. She's the latest one to enter flowering yet has almost the biggest flowers.Really excited about her.She started to smell, can't really define yet.
Day 53 - She's loving life.Really big nugs already.I'm surprised with how she grows.Today i went on her with some light LST to keep the canopy even. Her smell is really sweet.I can't wait to smoke this.I'm hungry for some good stuff.
Day 58 - She is a BEAUTY !!😋 She's growing some big chunky nugs.Smell is amazing.I doubt she will complete her cycle in time(breeder says 65 days).I guess she has at least 2 more weeks to go flush.Anyway,i'm still learning about autos. She might just finish next week aswell. Her bigger fan leaves has been removed due to yellowing. She's getting slight colors on small leaves aswell.
Day 65 - She's bulking up pretty nice.Really nice trichome production this week.Trichomes are still clear.Preflushing with overdrive+blackstrap molasses. She's getting some colors on her leaves and new growth. Most of the pistils are still white means she still has few weeks before going dark.
** Almost forgot.I tried to pollinate few lower buds with the nanner i found on Original Amnesia.I'm not sure if i will achieve something with this.If it works,me goes breeding mode.😎
Day 72 - Beautiful colors.Spectacular smell.Very well sized buds. What more to ask? A good high 😎 I smoked an early cut small bud few days ago and even with that i got stoned for an hour.I can't wait to give a try to proper bud.
She has been flushing for almost a week now.Trichomes looked mostly cloudy and some ambers appearing here and there.I think she will be ready in few days. She had her fan leaves mostly yellowed in last few days.
Finally we are at harvest week. She has been cut at day 76.Her trichomes were mostly cloudy with few ambers here and there so i took her to 48hour darkness period. She was flushed for almost 2 weeks.I am happy with the result in the end. I will end up with around 70gr dry sticky and smelly buds.
I also tried to pollinate few lower budsites with the nanner i found on my original amnesia.Surprisingly it worked.I also have some seeds on 2 of my popcorn buds which i am really happy with.
I will update with details and photos of dry buds later when i'm done with drying.
@Eurus, hmmmwell ... it’s hard to tell with Autoflowering, and I’m not used to Auto’s either .
I usually set the net a few centimeters after the 4th node . I let them grow after topping at the 4th node, then I set my net and supercropp my plants to fit then under the net.
@Eurus,most people will say it's a waste of time due to hermephrodism but I disagree look at how gorilla glue was created it was the same thing hope they germinate for u good luck
@biggreens420,That's what i am hoping for but seeds are not fully developed so i'm not counting on it.It feels nice breed new strains to be honest. It was just hopeless attempt at the beginning because i read that nanners doesn't always contain pollen. But hey, they did 😁
nice job all the way through...awesome finish and fade...good work here fellow grower...I think a few of us made @Auto Seeds proud this month for sure...what was your freebie pick for winning their DOTM and what are you running from them next?
I have some of them beans too...I just ran the auto pounder...it was a smaller stature plant...my plan is to run the auto pounder and juicy lucy (aka Auto pounder with cheese) in my next run and to treat them as one auto...they seem to be a very fast finisher and I got right at 2 ounces off the one I grew...she didn't like being topped but the quality of bud from the auto pounder was INSANE my friend...good choice and if you win again I would say that Sucker Punch for sure is a winner winner chicken dinner!!! I will tag along on the Juicy Lucy diary when you get her going and look forward to it..Happy growing and happy holidays!!!
@Sillyasswhitedude,appreciated dude 👊.I picked Juicy Lucy for winning DOTM.I always wanted to try a strain with cheese in it and i didn't want to miss the chance to have one when i have the opportunity. For my next run,i will most likely give Juicy Lucy a go.I really want to try their Sucker Punch aswell.
@Eurus, sometimes they wear it off by the time they are flowering but this one doesn't look good. i'd say up the nutrient solution strength and feed them well. problem seems to be with only new growth, is it right?
@Kvothe,It seems like the problem is wearing off.The problem was most likely to be nutrient lockout.I.I flushed her with plain water and waited for her to dry out.She got her leaves praying right after the feed with nutes.💪Now she's flourishing everywhere.
@growmcnoob,Well,problem was all over the plant.Yesterday i fed her with plain water with some supplements. No real feeding.Kept the pH a little lower than usual,6.0.Runoff TDS was 1100 and pH was around 6.3.Anyhow,she lift her leaves up this morning so,things going in the right direction. She's also starting to stretch a lot now.Thank you for checking out.
@CaliGrown,I definitely recommend this strain to any grower.Really fast maturing, dense and huge buds.Smell is so sweet. Some beautiful purple colors coming in at last weeks.Better get yourself a pack of these 👍
First i gotta say amazing plant bro !! :P
It is curious that, my CK has a broken stem too like yours hahah, was just checking your diary, and was like ohhh how is this possible, even same strain ?? Funny coincidence hahahaha
Hi mate. Your plants are looking so great, well done. I want to ask you something, believibg on your experiences. I'm growing plants for the first time. My plants are at 4th week of flowering. But I'm feeling that the buds are so small. Is that normal or do they have to grow up more. I will be so thankfull if you look at my diary and leave me a coment. Have a good harvest.
