On Day 18, she has continued to explode with growth and she seemed vigorous enough that she was ready to handle the manifolding process. I've learned how to care for plants in my little bucket rig over the least few grows but she is probably the biggest, healthiest 18 day old plant I've ever had. Her leaves are curling a little because of how close I have the little LED light bulb. I have learned that I prefer to flirt with having the light too close rather than be too far away and make the plant stretch. I want to keep her short and squat for my manifold. I have topped too early in the past and didn't want to repeat that mistake and I don't think I did. She had around 6 or 7 growth nodes before I topper her and looked strong and healthy. I topped her down to her 4th node and left the 3rd and the 4th. I removed the first and the second. I really like this little 2 gallon bucket with a little LED bulb for the first few weeks of seedling and veg phase. My plant in the big tent under the big light will get harvested this weekend. This plant will move into the big tent under the big light when she is 19 days old so she'll have at least a couple weeks under the bigger light and in the bigger reservoir before the switch. I'm really happy with her growth.
On Day 19, I harvested my plant in flower so I moved her into the tent with the big light and big reservoir. She looks happy. Her newest growth is light green and appears to be growing fast after the manifolding chopping process yesterday. For anyone with limited space in their tent who does hydroponic, this little seedling / veg rig with a cheap little 12w LED bulk is awesome. Also, now that she is nearly 3 weeks old, she is going to experience her first dark soon and go from 24 hours to 18 hours with the lights on.
