Hey there growmie ! you have symptoms linked to K aka potassium, thats because you have colorful splotches and yellowing with leafs falling off, text book K issues, i see you're already adding PK so it's probably a lock out, and of course lock outs are harder than deficiencies. Next time avoid adding the PK until the flowers are at least the size of your thumbs (week 4 of flower usually!) for now cut out the PK and add micro nutrients like cal mag (oh yeah, forgot to say the small brown dots are calcium deficiency!) and a chelation agent like enzyme or humic acid to break down the feed for the plant.
