This is a vigorous plant, great for beginners, pleasantly surprised on the yield despite their small stature. The purple coloring towards the end of flower was a cool and unexpected surprise. The trichomes seem to be on point.
I really wanted to be impressed by the potency, but I just need to call it like I see it--this is a mild sativa. It is, however, a decent "functional stone".
I harvested (indoor grow) on Day 88 (with Day 1 being day the seed broke ground).
I may grow it again as an outdoor stealth garden, particularly due to the strain's hardiness and cold resistance, but I probably would not invest the effort/care of an indoor grow on this strain again in future.
Note--this strain is no longer sold under the Seedsman brand, but is currently sold by "Doctor's Choice" as Lowryder #2 (as of 1/27/2020).
I did not discover this stuff until later in the grow. Started listening to dude grows show podcast and picked some of this up to try it. Seems legit and I did notice some legitimate improvement to water retention of my soil and stress resistance of plants.
This strain was perfect for my first indoor grow op---it was resilient and tough as I worked out some kinks with my lighting and air circulation and feeding scheduling and attempted low stress training. Plus at harvest it also gave me the opportunity to work out a drying and curing area. So I am grateful for the experience and knowledge I picked up along the way.
Looking forward to the Auto Lemon Skunk harvest in a few weeks!
Male flowers sprouting on lower foliage of my 2 more developed lady (Hermie) plants - in week 10 with autoflowers.
The buds unaffected but these new male flowers in lower foliage shocked/concerned me. Do I need to worry / harvest immediately? What should I do?
Those, to me anyway, look like calyxes. If you keep an eye on them they'll get covered in trichomes and sprout a pistil. That's what they look like to me
Some fat and frosty buds on that lady. Fantastic work. I have a pack of these and this diary has me itching to try them out now. Keep it up. Best of luck with the rest of the journey growmie.
Looking good!
I wish I got to start my first grow from seed but ended up with clones, have my first seed grows going now 🙌
Good growing and best of luck! 💪
