All my pics are at the end of the displayed week.
I planted 2 of each strain after they popped in paper towel (2 days)
This photo 1 week after planting the sprouted seeds.
This is the Glueberry OG Auto Fem.
- Using a 3000W KingPlus LED,
- My light currently sits about 4 inches from the plants.
- Week 1 was Veg Switch only. Week 2, Both Switches
- They are planted in Miracle Grow Potting Soil
- The 10 gallon buckets have a raised bottom that sits approx 3 inches up from the bottom, which allows extra water to pool. I just cut a small hole just below this spot, so I can drain any extra water to keep it from getting stagnant. Anyone who thinks that 10gallon is too much because "the root system won't fill it" YOU ARE MISSING SOMETHING" The root system SHOULD easily fill that bucket. I will send pics of the root system and 90' LST structure at harvest.
- I Defoliate hard. Always have, Always will.
- I have 1 EXHALE XL bag sitting in the room as well.
- Advanced Nutrients used.
Not too much defoliation this week, just a little to allow light to the branches I wanna keep.
LST adjustments every day.
Now have my Personal Production Grow Certification through Health Canada, which allows me to grow over 4 plants.
Started my next 4 (Zkittles x2, Glueberry x1, Amnesia Haze Auto x1)
1st 4 Girls:
- I have continued with daily adjustments to the my tie downs.
General feeding cycle is:
- Twice a week I Give them a high blast of Nutrients
- 1 day of nothing
- 2 days of regular strength
- 1 day of nothing
- 1 day of regular, ph'd water.
- Amnesia Haze - DEAD😢 - Put it in the soil at the same time as the others, but root died. So threw some root powder on some cutoffs of the Glueberry and jammed them in the Amnesia pot, watering every day with PH6 water and every 3rd day add some rooting powder to the surface and water. Their still alive......we'll see what happens.
Alright so I've topped 1 of each strain and 90° LST 1 of each, and this is my verdict. I will never top my girls again.
90° LST is the way to go. much less stress to them with more growth. you do this by starting to bend and stake them at their 3rd node and then continuously moving your stakes and weights until they are in full bloom.
The result is essentially the same as a ScrOG setup. but you don't have to deal with a grid in your way.
Ok, so the orange tips on some of the pistils, on the buds of Zkittles #1, Could be caused by one of 3 things, so here they are, and what I did,
#1 - My light strength - Although there is barely any heat from it, and I am running C02 in the room, It is a 3000w, and the recommended distance is 24 inches. - So I raised the height of the LED to 24".
#2 - My Nutrient Strength - Although I did cut my Nutrients in half, except for my Cal Mag, I did add Massive Bloom to the feedings. I have now adjusted them even lower. I am going to be adding some new supplements in the next few weeks when they arrive as well. Started with the Fox Farms on Sat before these pics were taken.
#3 - My PH - I am running at a consistent 5.95 - 6.05ph - have adjusted to 6.20 - 6,30ph
Something new I've learned:
I created 2 reservoirs 1 for the girls vegging and one for the ones flowering.
The reason I did this is because I gave my 3 new girls, that are not near ready, a splash of the blooming nutrients for a few days, (didn't think anything of it. )and sure as shit, the tops started to bunch up hard like they were getting ready to flower.......whooooooaaaaa girls, Flushed them and got them back on a hard does of vegging nutes with no bloom, and 1 switched back to vegging. But now, 4 days later, I see some white hairs on the 2 Zkittlez. REALLY???? 2weeks earlier then the first 4 girls. 2 weeks of lost growing may end up being a lot of loss in the end, We'll have to see how things turn out.
Good to know that the bloom nutes may influence the trigger time of Autos.
It's cold as fuck outside, -35'C, and i'm constantly dealing with my door freezing due to the warm room temps turning the room into a vacuum and the cold air the gets sucked in immediately freezes the humidity forming Ice around my door.
Pics to come later today.
So this week:
- Re-arranged the location of the girls, Heavy Bloomers directly under the light.
- Zkittlez #1 is in HARD bloom. Colors and smell are CRAZY.
- Monday Trichomes were clear, Friday they were 50% Cloudy, So I'm monitoring them very closely,
-Switched its Nutrients to distilled water with Fox farm and Blackstrap at 15ml per liter on Saturday.
MIGHT add overdrive today when i get a good look at the maturity.
Nutrients:
Glueberry OG #1, 2, 3
- 6.10 - 6.30 PH
(Not yet in Flower)
- Nutrients doses haven't changed that much. Same as Week #5
- Added FoxFarm and Blackstrap Molasses every second watering.
Zkittlez #1
- 6.3PH Water
(FULL BLOOM)
- Then add 15ml per liter, each of:
- Massive Bloom
- FoxFarm Big Bloom
- BlackStrap Molasses
Zkittlez #2, #3, #4
-
Nutrient dose as documented on this page
Glueberry OG #3 went into flower this week, 😀 BEFORE #1 & 2 that are a month older😮. Now I'm convinced it was the bloom nutrients given a few weeks back that are sending it into early flower. Good to Know.
Glueberry OG #1 & #2 are still Growing like crazy. Should end up Ginormus.
Zkittles #1 - Flush time, Hit it Saturday with it's last feeding.
Said fuck it and performed an old timers trick I learned about years ago growing outdoor.
I snipped 1-2mm into the top of each branch base SEVERAL times as well as the main stalk to send the plant into shock.
The theory behind this is the same as if an animal were eating at it in the wild. The damage to the plant makes it create MORE Trichomes in self defence.
Today is Flawless Finish Flush time. 3ml/l in 6.3ph water and run 3 liters per day covering all of the medium, wait half an hour and dump all the runoff out.
Zkittlez #2 - Coming along as well, looks like more trichomes, waiting to see how the buds swell.
Zkittlez #3 - Getting a wicked stretch, keeping it 90 flat different looking leaves then the 1st 2. Lots of bud sites
Zkittlez #4 - Looks alot like #2, We'll see as they go into flower.
Started the process for feminized seeds today. Hopefully see some male flowers in the next couple weeks,
Running my drying area, testing it out for consistency. Will be running 22°C @ 50% - 55% Humidity. Will have pics of it next week.
OK fun week. 😀 PICS to Come
Started process for feminized pollen for reproduction on Zkittlez #1, 2, 3, & 4 as well as Glueberry OG#3 😎
Tomorrow is CHOP CHOP day for Zkittlez #1
- Trichomes are 10%-20% Amber 80%-90% Cloudy
- Have been flushing it with Flawless Finish (5ml/l) every other day for the last week, Straight 6.3 ph'd water in-between.
- Last Flushed with 6.3 ph'd water 2 days ago, pour'd runoff out yesterday.
- Performed HIGH SHOCK cutting treatment last Monday, 1 week before harvest to increase Trichome Production, RE-CUT EVERYTHING DEEP Today,
Zkittlez #2 is rushing right along, hasn't started budswell yet but it's coming in the next week or so. I will be looking to start flush on this one probably in the next 2-3 weeks.
Zkittlez #3 has HUGE HAIRY BUDS ALREADY, when this baby goes through budswell it will be epic.
Zkittlez #4 is crazy looking,

This is #1 of 4 Zkittlez.
It was easy for me to grow, but it's not my first grow.
It did not get any diseases, but my room runs very clean.

GlueBerry OG #1 & #2 - These Big Bitches are STILL GROWING, This is approaching 20 weeks!
They're approx. 3feet across and are stacking up bud sites.
This is NOT normal for an Auto flower, but I think it's just a result of the Auto flowering Blueberry genetics not being very dominant, but i can see a few hairs here and there, so I know they are female.
Switched the Blue off of my LED and threw my room on 12/12 to get these monsters finished so i have room for my next round. 😀
