I faced the problem of high temperatures in the tent due to the warm weather outside. I'm getting thermal burns and light burns because of the low-hanging SP250 lamp at a distance of 45 cm. I raised the lamp and lowered the temperature. The problem isn't with the nutrients since I'm only watering with water at PH6.7 PPM 175.

As a result, water absorption from the soil stops, nutrients cease to flow, and water movement halts. The plant's temperature regulation system stops working, increasing the risk of burns and nutrient deficiencies.
