This week i transplanted her into a 1 gallon bucket, and started some LST. I’ll be flowering her in a tent that is 36 in tall, so it’s important I keep her low to the ground to prepare her for skrog.
This girl is so slow, but she seems happy so she it is what it is, I’ve just never seen a plant grow and Veg so slow. It I think I’m gonna put her in flower next week.
I did a lot of LST to her connecting her to the screen, she responded really well, I’ve been feeding her twice a week right now, she’s eating a ton at the moment. I did a bunch of trimming and defoliation the past few days, and you can see just in two days she’s blown up in the screen, excited to see her be done stretching soon and see some beautiful flowers. I have a little exhaust hose blowing from an ac vent in my house, that will get the temps nice and low at night hours so I can get her to push out some nice colors.
She’s off and running now, I think she’s done stretching and she’s starting to push out a lot of trichomes. Not much to report on, she seems like a slower plant, so I wouldn’t be surprised if I go 10 or so weeks of flowering. Guess we will see, she’s starting to look really pretty though, I’m excited to see her start packing on weight now.
This week has been great, she’s starting to produce a ton of trichomes, even the fan leaves I haven’t trimmed are a little dusty with white goodness 😎her flowers are starting to put on some weight, she’s really coming along nicely and has nearly filled in the entire screen.
Things have been absolutely perfect through the first 12 weeks, no deficiencies, she responds insanely fast to any training I give her, only thing that’s gone bad (if you can say it’s bad) I snapped one of her branches training her about two weeks ago, and it’s fully healed up and seems stronger than the rest of the branches.
Her smell is so incredibly potent and she still has at least a month left of flower. I get a very pleasant smell whenever I come home, most of it gets cleared up by my carbon filter, but I still have a lingering smell from her in the house and it’s really lovely smell.
Her flowers are caked with trichomes and her flowers get fatter by the day. She’s shaping up to be a really nice lady, I’ve been dropping her temps down lower during dark time to hopefully bring out some other colors in her.
This week has been perfect per usual, just slowly fattening up, absolutely covered in trichomes, she smells so fruity, absolutely loving what she is pushing out. Trichomes still are all milky so we got a ways to go still. She’s starting to push out a lot of purple, loving this plant.
She’s doing really well this week, she’s started taking on almost a black purple, very very dark. Super pretty plant, she looks like she’s ripening up and I don’t anticipate her going much longer than 2 weeks. Her flowers are rock hard, definitely some very heavy dense nugs, they look small, but I think they pack some tight weight on them.
This week has been so much change it’s crazy! She’s literally turned this black purple color in the last week, it’s blown my mind. If you look at last week she was for the most part green, now she’s majority black/purple, with a few leaves having some yellow and orange to them, she’s turning into quite the eye candy. Whenever I smell my fingers after touching her it’s like I’m sticking my nose in a bowl of fruit. Going off the thrichomes, I feel she has about two weeks left, I could be wrong though so I’ll play it week by week now. I’m gonna back off the nutes, I don’t think she needs full strength anymore, as she’s coming to her final weeks, I’ll go about half dose now and see how she does this week.
That’s all she wrote for this girl, will be giving her a proper flush with flawless finish this week. This plant has been one I’ll remember for quite some time. I’ve never experienced a plant change so many colors like I have her, was truly a beautiful thing to experience. I can not only tell by her trichomes she’s done, but she’s also just becoming more frosty and her fan leaves are starting to die, so excited she’s in her last week and almost in jars, can’t remember the last time I’ve been this excited to smoke and eat a plant haha. I call her Darkness, causes she’s just black now slightly turning orange, couldn’t recommend this strain enough.
This plant was unique, it was one of the prettiest plants I’ve grown, overall appearance of the plant was absolutely beautiful. Some very dark purple flowers came out on her, the smoke of this plant is extremely smooth, very fruity and earthy. Long lasting high, that’s very mellow and chill, but not to the point of couch lock high. The one thing I must say I didn’t like about this plant, the only trimmable nugs were what was on the very top, everything else was just really fluffy and caked with resin, so I’d highly recommend this plant if you were wanting to just strictly turn the plant into hash or edibles, it’s be great for that with the amount of trichomes that was everywhere on this plant, it was on fan leaves and stems, literally caked. What little nugs I could trim turned out really nice dense. Pretty small but very frosty and purple. Having purple keef and flower is always appealing in my jars.
Overall I don’t see myself growing this particular strain again anytime soon. It’s was very small and compact, hard to train and maneuver with what I wanna do with my skrog grows. I turned almost 75% of the plant into shake and will make a bunch of coconut oil cause I wanna make some gummy bears and other things of sorts for me to munch on and experiment with oil and cooking. The flowers I did get was very limited but very very good. I’ll definitely hold onto this jar for a bit and savor this because I don’t have a lot and wanna grow other strains and genetics.
