D42: everytime I go over to check on these plants they look so much bigger!
Got some nice nuts on the three chosen males, one is a little slower so I didn't take a pic of it. They're growing so fast.
You can see the differences in sativa and indica traits in the tent.
D45: STRETCH CITY. In one day those two sativas grew an inch and a half to touch the light. Look at the differences between d44 and d45. Pollen sacks should open very soon. Very happy with the male. Lots of flowers, nice and big flowers with a good leaf to flower ratio, nice stretch, very good sativa traits.
The second male has very tiny flowers but lots of them. And the final male is a short heavily bushing plant with a high leaf to flower ratio. Some of the females don't look happy anymore, I think it's the ones with limited root space.
D46: the first balls open! Still need to get paper bags so I guess I'll have to grab some after work today. Gonna wrap this whole plant up.
D48: the sativa male is taller then the light again, but I'm not moving the light just for it lol.
The indica male looks like it's almost ready to open up some flowers.
Cut the third male I was keeping. It was a straight monoecieous plant. Got balls first, thought he'd be a nice bushy pheno of a male, but yesterday showed lots of hairs. Boy then girls, reverse of the usual Herms.
Great diary! I liked to read. Tell me, are you going to keep crossing? How about the smell on plants who were pollinated?
Remember that you can always cross female with female with colloidal silver or sts. For 99% female. But I believe that's a final step after choosing many specials male plant.
