3/21: I soaked a seed for 5 minutes in some bacto and endoboost solution and planted it into a spongepot soaked in the same solution. If it takes off, it will be transplanted into a starter pot with FoxFarms Light Warrior mix and a pinch of cooked soil for 10 days or so, then I'll transplant it into a 3-gallon pot. I won't have the space to go straight into her final pot. I'll be growing it indoors under LED lights for a couple of weeks, along with some photos before I take it outdoors. This is an experimental grow in that the site where she will be grown only gets about 4-5 hours of direct sunlight per day. I had scrawny plants last time I tried it growing in this place, but this time,I'm gonna be running a some 150w waterproof outdoor grow lights (3200k) all during the day to increase their average PAR values. I can't run the lights past dusk or risk detection, but I'm optimistic that she'll produce well enough..🙏 3/30: The first one didn't pop, so I've got 4 more soaking overnight in a kelp, humic acid, endoboost, and bacto concoction. 3/31: I planted them into rooters today and put them in under a dome. I sprinkled a little extra endoboost in the holes...fingers crossed.. 4/2: Two of the most recently planted seeds sprouted today! 4/4: I planted the two seedlings into 3 gallon pots and watered them in with a week solution of big bloom and kelp. 4/9: They are growing very vigorously.

4/12: They are both coming along nicely. I had originally intended to grow them both outdoors, but since I accidently overplanted my space things changed. It will now be a competition...only the best 12 plants (of 14) will get to stay indoors for their whole lives. Once the available closet-garden space is depleted, the shittiest two plants, of whatever variety will be relegated to finish outdoors.. The AK seedlings are both vigorously growing, so they definitely have a shot at staying indoors. 4/14: I fed them today and sprayed them with big bloom and fulvic acid. 4/17: I watered them today and added some silica and humic acid, plus i foliar fed them with big bloom and fulvic acid.

4/18: I foliar fed them and gave them a little drink of water with humic acid, molasses, and endoboost 4/19: Foliar fed 4/20: Fed them with their first full-strength batch of nutes today...stand by for ignition.... 4/22: I FIM'd both of them today and gave them about 20oz of water with cal-mag, humic acid, and boomerang and foliar fed with big bloom and fulvic acid. Later, I rinsed off the plants with a stiff stream of filtered water in preparation for tomorrow. 4/23: Today was BoomBoom Spray day! I just love how visible the growth is the day after a BoomBoom Spray day!😲 Tomorrow I'll spray them down with Axiom Harpin a|b proteins..they'll start flowering soon and I want them hitting their stretch with major vigor.👈 4/24: I did a foliar application of Harpin proteins today and I fed them with about 1/4-gallon each. I observed that they are both popping pistils already. I'll start increasing P and K with the next feeding. I bent over the main shoot on the taller one and tied it down. The other one wasn't ready yet. I turned on the 3rd pair of QB's and bud boosters today and removed all the blues and cool whites from the garden....the chains are off...reach for the stars my little lovelies! 4/25: Was busy with life, but checked on them a couple of times and they are both flowering.👍 Last day of week 3-

4/26: I top-dressed their pots with about a tablespoon of Happy Frog Cavern Culture and watered it in really slowly with about 1/4 gallon of water each. I added cal-mag, humic acid, liquid molasses, silica. I started them on open sesame, too. Increased Ph to 6.40 to ensure that they can utilize the increased calcium and the P and K I'm giving them now. 4/27: I did a little bit more training on the big one, but I like the way the small one is growing. I may end up spreading her branches a little bit, but she's fine for now. 4/29: They are both stretching pretty well, but the bigger one looks like she's gonna spread out and try to take over the closet. 5/1: I gave them a little water with cal-mag, boomerang, humic acid, and silica. 5/2: I sprayed them with boomboom spray this morning...grow bitches, grow! 5/3: I did a slow-soak feeding today. Backed off the nitrogen a little more, increased silica, and started adding sweet & sticky and signal.

5/4: They are stretching more than anybody else so far. I top-dressed their pots with a tablespoon of happy frog cavern culture and watered it in with a little bit with endoboost, humic acid, cal-mag, sweet & sticky, and signal. 5/5: I'm seeing calcium deficiencies on almost all my plants, so I suspect that my cal-mag has expired and lost it's efficacy?? 5/6: I fed them well today with a bunch of cal-mag(new bottle), silica, humic acid, big bloom, tiger bloom, open sesame, signal, sweet & sticky, and boomerang, then I foliar fed with some grow big, big bloom, fulvic acid, silica, cal-mag and tiger bloom. 5/7: I foliar fed with big bloom, grow big, silica, fulvic acid, and molasses. 5/8: I did a foliar application of Axiom harpin proteins. I realized later today that the timer for my UVB light had gotten into the always-on position...pretty sure that's the cause of my ugly foliage...damnit, scorched... I've dimmed my lights a little bit and turned off the UVB for now... 5/9: I did a foliar application of boom boom spray and gave them a little water with cal-mag, silica, and big bloom. 5/10: UVB damage to foliage continues to worsen on these two plants... Rotated them. I'll water and spray them with a little aloe vera juice and yucca tomorrow- That's it for week 5-

5/11 - 5/17: I did a little training on the baby. Both of the bigger ones look like shit unfortunately...the UVB damage is still getting worse...😩 I watered once really well at the start of the week with endoboost, humic acid, silica, cal-mag, molasses, and big bloom...and a little bit of boomerang. I foliar fed with boom boom spray one day, and a solution of aloe vera, fulvic acid, cal-mag, big bloom, sweet & sticky, and silica a few days in a row. I fed them on the 16th.

5/18: These plants have a wonderful stank coming from them.😋 But, they've got a terrible magnesium deficiency on top of the UVB damage...hope they continue swelling up for a while...🙏 5/19: I fed them about a half-gallon each. 5/20 - 5/24: Did a little LST on the little one and rotated the big girls. I've reduced my average daily temperature in the closet to about 75f. That's 83f for 8 hours, 68f for 8 hours, and 62f for 4 hours of darkness. RH is steady at 50-55%. I watered them on the 23rd and included some beastie bloomz, signal, sweet & sticky, armor si, humic acid. That's it for week 7-

5/25: I did a little more LST on the small one today. I'll probably feed them tomorrow for the last time and add a heavy dose of cha ching. After that, I'll water with sweet & sticky, TPS signal, and TPS liquidsoil only so as to begin remediating my soil for an instant turnaround. I'll need this soil ready for the new batch of seedlings I'm starting this week. 5/26 - 5/31: I fed the two bigger ones for the last time early in the week, then flushed them for the first time on the 31st using TPS liquidsoil, signal, and sweet and sticky. Next flush I will just use liquidsoil. I fed the small one again on the 31st, along with the other stragglers. That's it for week 8-

6/1: I increased the timer on the UVB for an additional half-hour for their last few days.😎 6/2: Dehumidifier is working hard and pulling a couple gallons out of the air a day...around 55-60% RH. I've got all fans on highest setting and pumping the a/c into the closet about 16 hours a day, keeping the temp around 68f. It's only 83f for about 4 hours now. I think they'll be dry enough to flush again for the last time on Thursday. If so, I'll harvest on Sunday. 6/3: I only have one pair of QB's running over the slowpoke plants and have two 60w 6500k floodlights and two MiracleLED blue lights over all the plants scheduled for harvest on Sunday...and the UV and UVB lights. 6/4: Flushed them with 5 gallons each using TPS LiquidSoil 6/5: Special thanks to "Jessica Rabbit " for taking some lovely pre-harvest photos of the girls! 👈😁👍

6/5: The two that I harvested so far grew very similarly, as is the 3rd one that's still flowering. This strain is very true to the varietal traits in the photo version of old-school AK47. Same bud structure, leaf shapes, and aromas...very cool. It might also be the frostiest variety in my garden this go-round...hopefully as potent as they are stinky! 6/12: Weighed and jarred up the first two today. Plant A: 68g Plant B: 63g Their little sister is at least a week away from done at this point..maybe 10 days. I'm not crazy about the flavor of the bud. Kinda reminds me of Gorilla Glue. But, it gives a very uplifting sativa buzz. I pressed a 4 gram bud and the pinene terps really shine through. A few of us vaped dabs and tried to watch a movie, but crazy/giggly conversation ensued and the movie was totally ignored. Final thoughts: This strain was easy as hell to grow. I had some Mg deficiency in one of them late into flower, and that same plant was also more adversely affected by the UVB overexposure incident...as a result of it?? Can't really say, but the other plant didn't really show signs of UVB damage as much. Potency: 8/10 Yield: 6/10 Bud Density: 7/10 Flavor: 9/10 Aroma: 9/10 Bag-appeal: 7/10 Tolerance to maltreatment: 8/10 Thanks to Spliff Seeds for allowing me to sample some of their auto strains...and I'm looking forward to trying some of those killer photos this Fall! 6/30: Plant C: 55g This plant smells and tastes better than the others.... FINAL Final thoughts: After a few weeks of curing, I really do like the flavor much better. So much so that Ill be smoking it all as opposed to pressing it for the rosin. It mellows quite a bit after curing and leaves a great taste in your mouth...like a spearmint chewing gum...
