This girl grew well both indoors and outdoors. Gonna need a little more time to harvest and cure before we can weigh in on taste. The outdoor version was immensely fatter than indoor version of this strain.
Not quite clear to me why the indoor girls finished up faster than the outdoor girls... but it might have something to do with the number of hours of light. Indoor girls got more hours and finished faster - outdoor girls get better quality light from differing angles and grow fatter - need a little more time.
June 8 >> Trimmed this baby today. Ended with more shake than buds in this batch - 19 grams of buds and 42 grams of trim. The trim on this stuff is covered with resin in a lotta cases. Was difficult keeping my scissors clean. Not gonna bother trying to taste this stuff until it cures at least a month.
Hi i'm not crazy there really is a purple cbd 20: 1 pheno right? I saw a photo on the Internet, but not anymore. None of my last 4 was purple. Now I have 6 pieces and I'm curious if I can also find the purple pheno.
@Bud_Spencer, Hey there... you are correct... there IS a purple 20:1 CBD variety. In my case it's technically identified as FastBuds Tester #37. Both of those are now outside and the younger one is showing more purple than the older one... at least on TOP of the leaves. I have an indoor & outdoor version of tester #36... which is identified as a 2:1 CBD:THC pheno -> those babies are a bit weird - the indoor version is my largest plant - the outdoor version is my smallest plant - and she shows a bit of purple herself - except on the BOTTOM of the leaf. Something weird maybe going on in CBD farmland. 😳
@Fast_Buds, Hey now... I guess I should ask a question about your 20:1 CBD varietals, or CBD in general... of which I'm growing a few different ones in this diary. When looking at trichomes on these plants - should I be thinking the same as a non-CBD plant? That is... the sequence of clear to cloudy to amber colored trichomes? Not exactly sure when I should be pulling the plug on these 20:1 girls.
