Barney’s Farm - Gorilla Zkittlez

Heyo! Got a new one starting off here, this time around it’s Barney’s Farm - Gorilla Zkittlez 🦍. Really excited to give these guys a try, I picked up a few of there genetics and this one looked the most appealing to grow first, apparently a very high yielder and high THC percentage. Can’t wait to get her rockin! 🤙🏼

This week she went into her final 5 gallon pot, I’ll start some LST here the next few days, and train her and get her proper the next few weeks before going under the skrog net.

She’s been doing really well, when I started LST, I was adjusting her a little bit yesterday and went a bit to far and snapped her top right off, ended up topping her. Not the end of the world, she’s going under skrog so it’ll actually help me train her a little easier, I’ve just never been a fan of topping a plant but it’s not the end of the world. I feel I have some very good genetics on my hand with this plant, and I’m in for a real treat when she’s all said and done.

Started LST in her this week and things seem to be going nicely. Very slow veg growth week, nothing to much to update on, you can see in the pictures she’s been fine have LST done to her.

Very productive week for her, she’s about doubled inside and is growing perfectly bushy for a skrog set up. 😎 My blueberry headband is done next week and so that means this beast of a lady is heading into the flower tent next week. So so excited to get her into flower and pushing out some fat fast flowers.

She’s growing crazy fast now, I’ll be throwing her in 12/12 light cycle in the next few days here, really excited to get her flowering, I feel like she will by my biggest plant to date.

This week has been really good, I’ll throw her into flower the next few days here, she is a monster and I can’t wait to see her flowering spots and see how big she gets.

She is officially done with her first week of flower and she took the transition well, I started her under the skrog screen and she has filled in up a ton just in the first week of stretching, I’m gonna have one full ass tent with this lady. I’m really excited to see her progress these next couple months.

Small update this week on this lady, nothing to exciting to report or view, just a lot of adjusting and retying and readjusting her in the net, I don’t think she will stretch much more so I anticipate her to start bulking up some flowers now.

A whole lots of adjusting this week, constantly untying and retying branches down, just kinda moving things around as she stretches, nice green canopy is coming along, starting to get some really big flowering points and she’s only week 3 of flower, really excited to see this one go free and fatten up.

Hey all, this week has been very good and productive. Lots of flower points and looking like I’ll have some very mixed size flowers in this lady, she very big and starting to slightly show yellow in places, so I might give her a little extra in her feeding this week. She’s off and running now, nice sea of green and will have a nice flat canopy of flowers in the coming weeks.

Hey all, this week has been nothing short of good. She’s really starting to thicken up and a lot of trichomes coming in fast too. Things are looking good and she’s definitely turning into a 🦍 😂

Very productive week, she’s put on a lot of weight. Very smooth week, nothing bad, she’s happy and kickin, I’d say about a month or so to go. 👌🏻

Another great week in the books, she’s thriving and happy. Gave her some defoliation for the last time to open up a lot of flowers that were covered up and now she’s ready to roll these last few weeks, flowers are really starting to fatten up, this plant has been a cake walk to grow, I got pretty lazy with the net and just let her go and it turned out a lot better than I hoped, I just need a new net, the one I have currently has taken a beating from other grows. Final week for this lady! I’ll be flushing her this next week and will give her the chop, buds have really ripened up, tons of resin production the last week and half, I think she will be covered even more by next week with some lovely flawless finish. This plant has been damn near perfect. I don’t know if the tips of her leaves are from over feed or if it’s just part of her fade. Either way, I’m done feeding her so I’m not to concerned about it. She’s started fading a little purple, and is becoming quite the eye candy. Excited for her to be in her final days.

Hey all, so this lady is on her final days, I started flushing her and she will be ready to chop this coming Sunday, she’s covered in trichs, started fading and she is definitely on par for a proper harvest. Really excited for her to finish up and another successful grow in the books!

This plant was one of my favorites to date, it was a perfect grow. She was so easy, she never showed any bad signs on her leaves, always was super happy. I accidentally topped her at about her 4th week or so when I was inducing LST on her. Didn’t even phase her whatsoever, she just branches off and did her own thing, I got her under a screen and the magic started happening, she bubbles up and came out with an crazy amount of flowering points. The amount of flowers she showed and then the color she showed during her fade weeks was unreal, her colors reminded me of something you’d see during fall season when leaves are changing outside. Super colorful and extremely sticky. I had to change my gloves and clean my scissors every few branches, a problem I never mind having. This is one of my top plants I’ve grown today, with the color and the size of the nugs it was a flawless grow. I tooted my own horn on this one to myself. 5 ounces is a stellar result and I’ll take that on any grow. I couldn’t recommend this strain enough and will definitely be in future grows for sure.
