Week 7, and so far so good.
Waiting and π for the buds to fatten up.
Still watering every third day with the same nute formula as above, adding 1 ml/l of CalMag every other feeding.
Started seeing new leaves turning yellow at the edges on this BCN Critical Auto. I think it's a calcium deficiency based on my research. Would love to get a second opinion and some tips, if possible. Many thanks.
hey there, that's a textbook magnesium deficiency, you can tell by the serrated edges yellowing . It's due to the heavy light schedule and the perfect environmental conditions meaning the plant goes into overdrive and needs more magnesium for photosynthesis. the problem will get worse for sure, unless you reduce the light stress but cutting down the light schedule and keep adding cal mag, also as a spray twice a week just before lights on 1ml/L . Hope this helps ! π
Do these buds look okay for their age? I see a lot of bushiness and was more leaves. Sorry for the noob question I'm just curious as to why the buds seem so short and bushy. Is it something that I messed up at? Thanks in advance for your help. Stay safe!
Ur bud structure is not loose and airy so that's a plus. You just have a high leaf to flower ratio, and ur buds haven't swelled up yet. Once the flower bracts swell you will gain some of that fatter chunky appeal. Happy growing and stay lit fam.
BCN is starting to show some form of deficiency. Given that it's in its 9th week, we are debating whether we should finish with a flush and harvest or try to fix this. Can someone please give their advice and opinion. Have attached a picture of the trichomes, not perfect though.
Kind of normal for Bio-Bizz see all kinds of weirdness as the grows end so prob no worries BUT...
Man looks like nuet burn and BB will do that as well as Phosphorus issues, again "normal" with Bio-Bizz
Know you guys like that stuff but pay attention to the people asking questions about problems and you see a lot of bio-bizz grows.
You want max thc and head high? Theyre ready, trichs are milky white.
Want more CBN (stoney head lies on the couch)? Let 20% of trichomes turn to amber.
Happy harvest!
@Growingkitten, thanks π yeah I like the airpots, I find that they give more peace of mind against over watering as i immediately see run off from the sides if there's too much. Will see how the results are and then update my opinion π€

@Fast_Buds, thanks guys I'm quite excited to be doing this. Although not an expert I'm having some trouble with two of my seeds they're taking a long time (germination started on 17th) to sprout both have taproots so are viable just not coming out. I'm not giving up though π
@weedman, sorry I didn't do any wet weights because they're (in my experience) not very reliable. Will start curing today and will put the jarred weights in.
