Def the strongest Cannabis I've ever smoked! I've planted two plants and due to my bad HST early on one recovered so much that it outgrew the other plant! Read more about it in the harvest comment section. It also smells great.

"High" ya'll :P It's the season finale!!!! I can't wait to tell you about this grow so let's start right away ^^ I'll divide the harvest review into a few parts: Grow . Harvest - Strain - Overall . Smoke - Curing - Smoke effects ------------------------------------------------- Grow: This is the other Mimosa Evo I grew on this run. Because of her huge sister to her side, this plant didn't get enough room for its root system and the plant itself. I think I'll have to reduce the total amount of plants to a max of 4 I run on the second season ;) Harvest: Mimosa Evo I & II - Wet: 859g - Dry: 190g All other strains this season: Purple Punch - Wet: 262g - Dry: 55g Laughing Buddha I & II - Wet: 717g - Dry: 157g Tropicanna Banana - Wet: 342g - Dry: 72g Altogether: - Wet: 2181g - Dry: 474g I've also got 89g of dry Trichomeladen parts of trimmed leaves! I'll extract keef out of it with dry ice and a bubble bag. - Smoke I've tried it a few times and it is by far the strongest weed I've ever smoked. I can't tell much about the aromas and tastes yet because I'm still early in the curing process. But I'll update it in a few weeks for sure. Seems like it's a hell of a Cannabis - Curing It's been 4 or 5 days drying. Now it's in the middle of week 2 of curing in the jars. I open 'em 2-3 times a day. Will reduce later. [NOTE:] I might edit the shit out of this review in the future because I'm high as a motherfucker right now! Looking at those pix ya gotta know THAT! :D PROTIP: If you're also growing Mimosa Evo, feel free to download and print out the jar sticker I made :)

Hi guys. I think I'm having a small issue with my plants. Yesterday night some leaves started to twist or bend lightly and it's across almost all plants. I transplanted all plants into my dwc 3 days ago and added basic nuts according to description. Thx in advance.

Check pH of reservoir. Adjust, if neccessary. transplanted from same type of medium or? if not, could be a little shock as it adjusts to a DWC environment. Otherwise, if all that is good or irrelevant, lower feed a bit - re-check pH with new concentration. don't do both without thinking about your own recent behaviours and such... broad suggestions to look into but not certain by any means. If you plan on cloning anything, take note of what you feed them over time and what works best. Each strain may be a bit different and this will avoid all problems the second grow that you encountered the first grow.

Yes you can top them now ; you can either go for mainlining or more internode tops than a single big mid top. Make sure to LST those inernodes after topping to attain higher yield and dense nugs.

Hi peeps, here's the thing. The "bottom" of my leaves started to look kind of like they're dry. The PH is perfect 5.6 for hydro, I worry that the super low humidity of around 30 has something to do with it. The temp doesn't get hotter than 27C, at night around 18.Water temp is 21C

Hey man, just from looking at this picture and the other pictures from your diary, that's as healthy as the leaf can look in my eyes. I also don't really understand what you mean by bottom? The point where the leaf-fingers connect is called rachis as far as I know (Just dropping some nerdy knowledge here, please don't kill me if I'm wrong :D) But in all honesty, the plants look extremely happy man, don't worry too much. Oh and btw, like @FREE_HONGKONG mentioned, definitely top them, it'll work wonders. BTW I know from past experience that the older the leaves get, the more of a "papery" and fairly rough feel they get. Thats apparently completely normal ;) Love and peace :)

I did a mainline grow with cinderella 99. If you check out my diary, you will see when I topped. I wanted 8 colas, so I 1st topped at the 3rd node, cleaned everything up. 2nd topping came at the first nodes but didn't top until I started to see the second nodes, then the 3rd and final topping I did at the first nodes again... but only when I seen the second starting again. Hope that helps. My Cinderella 99 diary is under First Photo-period grow...๐Ÿ˜ Happy growing

Hi there! If those photos are after pics I think you did not take nearly enough to even call it defoliation. You did not mess up anything but I suggest that you remove whole lotta more of those leafs and try to focus on "lollipopping" (Remove lower 3rd) and the leafs that shades the growing tops ๐Ÿ‘Œ

2cents -- don't choose this if thining that at end, as i'm ineligible for the 'contest' related to these solutions... Is it growing a ton of new stigma (or pistils as some call them)? If so, you may end up with an entire layer of new bracts and immature trichomes on top of them. Was it ripe, and then started growing stigma? rhetorical questions - devil's advocate type thing. If it's the first, then i'd wait and see a bit. If it's the second, it may have been "done" and now it's freaking out throwing new stigma growth as last ditch effort to get knocked up. Another behaviour you can consider is how much water is it drinking? if it stopped drinking water, it's nearing death, i think. Anyway, how this all came about over time may help you lean toward one answer or another. if it ends up being a bit more ripe than normal, it's good learning experience about another part of the harvest window.. never know until you try. I try to avoid couchlock ripeness too, but i have dobuts about anything based upon people's volatile perceptions. Unless you are running extractions and analyzing with gc machine etc etc we have no idea what the contents are beyond a wild guess. Could only be based on correlation too. Such a lack of research exists on the subject.

@Cremo The curing stage takes a little time The Grass taste you are getting is from the excess chlorophyl still in the buds this will disapear once cured and the Nice smells will return To cure it you will need to place the Fully dried buds into glass jars and seal . then once a day for 3 weeks you need to open jar for 5 minutes then the next 3 weeks open for a minute or so then after that just open occasionly like once a week or two

All depends what's your dry ice State? Is it small granular or is it large chunks. It seems like you've got a lot of dry ice and I used just the 90 Micron bag with busted up flower from a electric coffee grinder. Make sure that you don't over grind it. Put cute it three times the amount of flower of dry ice close the top. Give it about 2 minutes and then shake it over a clean surface. You will see the kief and the dry ice vapour fall from the bag onto your surface. Do not scrape it right away allow it sometime to evaporate the moisture Left Behind from the dry ice.

Hi , I see a couple of things , 1) if you defoliate ,top or do anything destructive it will add time to the grow , 2) 90% of the time , days flowering is strain dependent , expect 63-70 days , incredible bulk by dr krippling seeds is done in 8 , try that and see , 3) you have a bit of nutrient burn from overdoing the nutrients, 4) to gain size you need to find a booster , I use shogun so mine is active sumo boost, hope that helps DM me if you need specifics ๐Ÿ™

Cremocommented4 years ago
@BigDaddyK, wooooow. I really appreciate your comment! It's super dense in winsdom, love the sharpness :) BTW. You've answered some serious questions I've had in the past weeks and you assured me that I was right when it comes to heavy defoliation in "late" flower. I did it and it looked like it needed some time to recover because the plants exploded today. There is a serious gain in size compared to the last 24-48h before. Didn't think it's possible but wow, it really looks bigger now. I'll get some fresh pics on sunday and I already know that there will be a very visible change between the start and end of the week. I'm happy that you also confirm the nutrient burn on the leaves. I was experimenting with different amounts but I've already lowered a lot the nutrients, lowered ppm from 2000-2200 to around 1600 ppm and adjusted PH to 5.5 and 5.6 in the second res. I also bought Overdrive that I will add first to the Laughing Buddhas and Mimosa Evo with Tropicanna Banana because I want to learn as much as I can from the first grow. Thanks again for your time! :)

@Beangineer, wow! Thank you very much O_O Since it's my first grow and it all was a very loose idea at the beginning, I had a lot of time contemplating what I really want to cultivate. Each of the 4 strains were selected very carefully, taking into consideration the flowering time, height, genetics, effects, flavour and smell&taste (I have more strains than I could try out on the first grow. Some were not compatible with the others imo). You are 100% correct. It takes 4 months and I wanted to selfishly get as many strains as possible in my small tent :D In the meanwhile I learned about other great seed banks and def want to try out new stuff. In fact I already got contacted by one big seed bank and I'll make a grow with their strains in near future ;) I'm really happy about the fact that a bit of effort comes a long way :) I have no idea if any of my descriptions can help anyone because I have no fucking clue. Every week is a new week. In a sense, this diary is a collection of fuckups made straight :P so maybe one or two can really benefit from my failures. :) Btw. Looking at what happens this week, new pictures will be awesome, I can guarantee that! ;) ๐Ÿค™๐Ÿค™

@Cremo, that is good to hear! It has always been hard for me to pick which strains to grow next since each try takes 4 months of care. Diaries and feedback like yours create a baseline for expectations and make caring for particular strains so much easier. Thanks for taking the time to detail out your experiences! Now that I cannot keep staring at the photos I will have to dust of my DSLR and 90mm macro lens and see what I can come up with.

Love the mason jar labels! I will be growing Laughing Buddha and Mimosa EVO next grow, so I saved them :) Can I ask you how you made them? I would love to make them for my other strains too!

@Plant_Scientist, I really appreciate the fact that you like these stickers. I did 'em in Photoshop. I don't know if I still have them around but if I do, I'd be more than happy to share the PSD with you so you could change it to anything you want :). I just need to make sure, I still have them around on my computer :) XOXO Cremo

Nice!!! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ˜ Good harvest on your Mimosa! My single plant doesnโ€™t look like it will deliver that much... My next grow will for sure be 100% indoors. Other than the fact the temps wonโ€™t be down to the 40โ€™s and 50โ€™s at night (which I think has *really* slowed the growth down) - I wonโ€™t have to deal with all of the mystery bugs. Anyway - bravo - looks really good! ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ™

@frogDUDE, one of my Mimosa got hurt too much early in the process and recovered like a motherfucker. It got around 1/3 bigger than the other Mimosa plant and the buds were big as ..... (you'll have to read it for yourself in the Mimosa harvest diary ;) )
