I’m still uncertain about this practice. When a living creature thrives, I don’t believe there is a shortage of energy, and tiny sprouts on a massive tree are a sign of health. I think we potheads love fussing over our plants, but we don’t really need to. You said they turned out fine.

There is no ideal time. Each strain, each pheno, and even each plant will respond in its singular way. Cannabis adapts swiftly and effectively to whatever torture you submit her to unwittingly.
