She is going into flower and is shooting up like mushrooms. Hard rain/scorching sun seems right up her alley. Circle LST some more but need to bind the leaves as well. CBA atm, maybe next week. Gave some more nutes since the rain did a number on flushing the ground. I made a greenhouse from electrical tubing and some wood I had laying around, going to get some plastic foil to make a rain shelter when she gets into full flower. The rain however has been good for the pests which have been decimated. Speaking of. I saw 1 ladybug larva scurrying around on the stem and found some more ladybug eggs which I have placed near the stem. Lets hope they hatch and exterminate any remaining aphids.
The sun has been unrelentless and i think it caused some heatstress because pistils were starting to form again. A bit over a week later i can clearly see more bud forming. Sun has calmed down but weather is getting bad. What do? Chop or leave a bit more? Leaning to chop.
Hi,
Bring your light up, check your temperature and continue with your harvest schedule. This can happen if your plants are too close to the light and heat problems. Foxtailing
Try to fix this problems so there isnt further damage.
Happy harvest!!
This is why the common recommendation is too observe trichomes. If she show deficiencies like she appears to be.. I would chopping sooner rather then later.. Starving plants and allowing them to process all available resources can lend itself to product that doesn't finish nicely or well at all. You will get very different information from different growers Like some folks aim for Amber that is 30% because it provides for a cough/couch lock experience... This will not fly very well in my area.. People prefer and know product should be and can be smooth.. Some people associate the coughing and the heavy feeling with "good" weed.. Experienced smokers/connoisseurs know the difference. Find your own preference..
