Looks like I missed something early in flower. Today I found 2 seeds developing on 1 of the plants..i could only find 1 branch effected but I'm sure its hit al the plants as some hairs have turned brown almost overnight with suggests to me that they have been pollinated.. 🤒
22nd August
Confirmed all 4 have been affected. I can't find many developing seeds on them but I've decided to pull the pin on this grow as the plants will probably focus on seed production now rather than flower production.
23rd August
Plants are chopped and hung. Pretty dirty on myself that i didn't pick this up earlier and also in these genetics. Even if I did notice this earlier it still would have been the same outcome, I know that its not my lack of indoor growing knowledge that caused this as its happened way to many times with other more experienced growers on GD with this strain. Clearly its unstable genetics, the seeds I had left were destroyed and I'll be steering clear of GHSC in the future. Seems to be just money grabbing on their behalf to release crap like this onto the market. I may have got the seeds for free but this experience has cost me time, money and a loss of product that I could have got if I used quality genetics...Obviously these guys are more about quantity to line their pockets and not the average punters and patient's....harvest report to come.
Looking good mate. Nice to see some Down Under grows.
Might be a bit late because you're well in to flower, but jump on the Neem powder bandwagon - it solved all of my bug issues.
@Ryder,
Nice...I'd be keen to see how it goes for you. I dissolved the neem powder in water and used it as a foliar and that got rid of my thrips problem. With my latest plant which is still just a seedling, I mixed the powder straight in to the medium before planting, so we'll see how that goes long term.
@mrgold10, thanks for the advice mate, I'll look into the powder.I do give them a folair of neem before flip but didnt treat the medium. I ordered some diatomaceous earth straight away and I'll use that when top is dry and reapply after watering when it's dry again see what happens...🤞
Another one? I haven’t noticed any pollen sacs yet, but sheesh. It’s too bad cuz it’s a nice looking strain. I’ll keep looking for hermie but I’m mostly curious to see if this can finish flowering near the end of September. Better luck next one. 😎
