San Fernando Lemon Kush - Strain Test

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Trying out a new strain from a seed bank that I really enjoy!! Big shout out to @Sweet_Seeds for hooking me up with these strains. 👏 👏 🙌 🙌 😍 First starting off with this San Fernando Lemon Kush, been wanting to try this one for a while... When I clear some space I'll start with Red Pure Auto CBD and Sweet Zkittlez Alright so I dropped one seed because I only have space for one more girl in the tent. I left town for a few days and totally forgot about the seed 🤦‍♂️🏻 checked on it 3 days later and the paper was super dry!! 😭 😭 😭 I added water but there was nothing I could do. Dropped another seed, that one sprouted fast and AMAZINGLY long! Planted and sprouted fast as well. All out good growth so far. Amazing overall growth noticed this week in all the strains, this one included. New growth sites are coming out, she looks to be a fast grower. Stay posted to find out. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 This is one is living it up! Transplanted to final pot, an 11L fabric pot like all the other strains. Great root system going on.. I added 5 grams of Micro Vita from TopCrop to the soil. I took the pictures with my phone so you can't really appreciate the details but the roots are thick and strong. It sucks this one won't get as much veg time as the others so I'll definitely be growing this one again and with a full veg cycle. Looks to be a very promising strain! One Love!

Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Settled great after last week's transplant. Start giving her grow nutrients this week and she got a nice stretch. I also topped her at the beginning of the week. These photos are from when I topped I couldn't get any pictures done at the end of the week. She took the topping nice and is growing fast. Unfortunately this is her last week in veg, next week I flip to 12/12 because all the other ladies are ready. Stay tuned for updates on this little one. Hello growers and tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 I'm pretty bummed I couldn't grow this one a bit more in veg.. She's got a nice even canopy has grown a lot since last week. Let's hope in the flower stretch she grows a bit more and fills in with new bud sites. I'm still watering every other day, I watered with only Enzymes 2ml/L to clean the roots a bit then started with the nutrientes again. I dropped the amount of grow nutrients from 3ml/L to 1ml/L and started adding bloom nutrientes 2ml/L for now. I'll slowly be upping the bloom nutrientes and after week 2 I'll no longer add grow nutrients. That's it for this week. Stay tuned to see how she flowers. Stay safe!

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Pretty good week. She's grown a full 10cm this week, new growth is coming up. She's mainly still filling in space but still stretching. I'm impressed how fat her stalk is getting and her stems are quite strong, no need for support yet. 💪 I noticed that she is drinking really fast and was a bit limp some days. So I increased the amount of water a lot this week total of 600ml. So far I'm constantly adding a little bit more every feed. Currently feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. No particular smell yet. Buds are just starting to form. Stay tuned for next week's update. Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Another week in flower, except for the height there isn't much progress with her. True sativa plant, thin leaves, big internodals spacing and she won't stop stretching.. 😪 I'm sure that if she keeps that up, she'll be towering over the other ladies. i'll have to raise the lights and raise my other ladies so that they're not too far from the lights. I've already moved her to the back where the tallest girls are, that way i want incline the lights a bit for better light distribution. Pictures taken on day 20, I did a light defoliation on the bottom, taking out all that growth that won't receive enough light penetration. Watering every other day like always.. Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Nice bit of progress from last week. Bud sites are starting to grow out, buds starting to form. She's way behind the other ladies in forming buds but then again she was planted 6 weeks after so she doesn't have the same veg time. She's also a Sativa, which has a longer flowering period that also might have a lot to do with it. It seems as if she stopped stretching. I sure hope so, because what i've mentioned last week about raising the other ladies has already been done. I used whatever I had laying around, shoe boxes, PlayStation box, old ballast boxes and any other box I found sturdy and useful.. 😂😂 Branches are spreading apart so most likely add a little support around them. That way in flower hopefully they won't fall over. Picture were taken on day 27 of flower. That's pretty much it, still watering every other day. I think that's something I don't even need to mention anymore. As it's just the way I water.. Have a great one! One love!

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Alright so... she's still growing! 😂 I sure hope this week she'll stop and she can actually start to grow out those bud sites.. Good thing about this final stretch is that the bud sites are growing along with the stretch. Glad I stopped giving her grow nutes or else she could be stretching even more. Every 10 days or so I feed them with only water and enzymes to help out with the roots. Funky smell is starting to come out. Isn't that strong yet but it's nice. OG Kush type of smell. Hey! Another week in flower and closer to harvest. The smell in this strain is pure lemon, it's like a lemon tree up in here. Buds aren't getting as dense as I'd want but that because she grew past my expectation and she's too close to the light.. No more nutrients from now on, only Enzyme once and then Phed water. Hey! This was the last week of flower, I harvested on day 70 of flower. Things could have gone better with this one, I've got a couple seeds left so next run they're going in and we're going to do things better.. Pretty happy with the results still, some terpy lemony stuff!! Can't wait to see what this strain can really do. Take care out there! One love Growers & tokers!

Hey! So once again start off thanking the guys from Sweet Seeds for the hook up! Really enjoyed growing this strain, she's a beast. I didn't do much, only topped and let her do her thing. Adjusted the colas here and there. I ran into some problems from because she grew taller than I expected, almost ran herself into the light a few times.. That stressed her out and couldn't giver out her full potential but even though she was stressed, she put out some high quality buds! Full of trichomes, smelling great, tasting even better! I'll for sure be running this strain again next go and to things better. Recommend this strain 100% Growing info... I harvested on day 70 of flower. I didn't wet weight.. Hung them to dry for 12 days at 18C and 60% RH.. After drying I trimmed them, SAVE THE TRIM!* After that I placed them in mason jars to cure at 62%RH, burping them twice a day for a week, then once a day.. third whenever I took a peek.. After a month of curing... I was smoking lemons. *With the trim I made some bubble hash. Tasty stuff. More grower info for the curious minds. 120cmx120cm tent, 320W LED.. Between all the strains I had in the tent I got a total of 504 grams. That's 1,57g/W. or 63g/plant.. Hope you enjoyed the diary. Take care out there!
