hey Jbuv1, this is from pests as you can see from the "sharp" markings on the leafs. the best you can do is follow a strict wet dry cycle because these bugs are attracted to humidity and their eggs crack a die during the dry part of the cycle. so try to keep the soil a bit more dry by not over watering, try the pot lifting method to never over water again www.youtube.com/watch . if you follow a strict wet dry cycle eventually the bugs sir if disappear.
