Critical Super Cropping

MrJoint I’ve never even planted beans 😁 It’s my first grow, so my first diary 😬 I welcome positive vibes and good tips. Comparing Genetics: CRITICAL vs CRITICAL ORANGE PUNCH DAY 3 The Critical seeds germinated more easily than the COP seed. DAY 4 The COP seed hasn’t made any progress. The Critical seeds are growing very well, they will be planted tomorrow. DAY 5 C1 and C2 are already planted in the soil. Substrate 50/50 SOILMIX and PERLITE. The COP seed still hasn’t germinated. DAY 6 C1 and C2 are doing very well, Good girls! The COP seed still hasn’t progressed in germination, I’m going to put it in the soil and see how it behaves, let’s cross our fingers. Relative humidity and temperature controlled, everyone’s happy. CHECK 1 RH 43% T 25.9° CHECK 2 RH 70% T 24.4° DAY 7 C1 and C2 are doing great! The COP seed has fallen behind and still hasn’t germinated. I’ll keep it in the soil and continue monitoring. Just to be sure, I put 2 more Critical seeds in germination.

MrJoint Hello growers! Week 2 is starting with a lot of study and learning. DAY 8 Everything is normal in the grow, except for the COP seed that still hasn't germinated. DAY 9 The leaves are growing really well 🌱 "Da babies" are full of health. I put the COP seed out for a sunbath at 27º, providing heat and humidity. The result was as expected: the COP germinated! Nothing like nature itself ☀️ DAY 10 The family has grown... now there are 5 girls in the grow box. NOTES 📝 ✅ The Critical seed germinated very easily. ⚠️ The COP seed had a lot of difficulty germinating. DAY 11 Everyone is healthy. C1 and C2 are growing really well. COP, C3, and C4 are sprouting the seedlings. 💡25%☀️18h🌑6h 🌡️min 21º max 25º 💧min 70% max 80% DAY 12 C1 and C2, at 7 days old, will be transplanted today, before bedtime, into 3-liter pots. COP, C3, and C4 are entering their 2nd day of seedlings. DAY 13 C1 and C2 reacted very well to the transplant into the larger pot (3L). The transplant was done close to the time to turn off the light, so the plants could recover better. DAY 14 Wrapping up the 2nd week of cultivation. Today I turned on the fan to strengthen the girls' stems, and the temperature is 2°C higher.

Good girl! 💡I set the light to 50% power and liked the result. 💦I watered C1 and C2 (250ml each) with BACTOHEMP bacilli and bacteria + Acophyllum seaweed extract. They seem happy :) DAY 16 Support stakes for C3 and C4 until transplant. COP is doing very well. The transplant will be done before the girls sleep (less stress for the roots) and they will be watered with 💦1L of water + 🥄1 teaspoon of BACTOHEMP. DAY 17 C1 and C2 are full of vigor. COP and C4 reacted very well to the transplant. C3 a bit sad with the process. DAY 18 All the girls are beautifully well! C3 is already healthier and happy, 24 hours after the transplant. 📝NOTE: 💡I increased the LED dimmer to 75% ⚠️Temperature increased by 3°C in the growbox. DAY 19 🚫🐜Before the girls sleep, I will spray neem oil (250ml) to prevent pests and insects. DAY 20 Today was a day for drinking water! Watering day, the girls are all healthy. DAY 21 C1 and C2 are very thirsty! I was watering 125ml/day, today I increased it to 250ml/day. After the difficult germination, COP is growing very well. 🎃Thanks for checking out my grow.

DAY 22 I've studied a lot to see if I can learn something about PLANT NUTRITION and make a good schedule. In 3 days, I'll start feeding them with mineral nutrients. Unfortunately, I need to wait for the pH and TDS/EC meters to arrive. The worst part is that I think they're asking for food. Good thing it's only 3 days until the meters arrive. DAY 23 Tomorrow the EC and pH meters arrive! My girls will finally be fed; they're definitely starving. They've grown a lot and have eaten the "almost nothing" that was in the substrate. The Nitrogen (N) deficiency can already be seen in the leaves curling at 90°. DAY 24 😃 The pH and EC meters have finally arrived!! We can start feeding the girls. Everyone is very happy. DAY 25 All the girls have been properly fed. I'm really looking forward to knowing if they liked the nutrients. They're growing well, even while hungry (up to 1cm/day). DAY 26 😍My girls are growing wonderfully! Today I only watered with water, but tomorrow I'll give them more food again. I chose to feed them 2 times a week. COP is getting more beautiful every day. C4 was removed from the growbox and is now on the balcony enjoying natural light. Now there are 4 plants; the 2 strongest will go into flowering in the tent. DAY 27 The girls received their second feeding of the week and were very happy. I increased the watering to 500ml/plant. DAY 28 ✂️ To learn and understand a little better how they work and behave, I did some topping and defoliation on plants C1 and C3 today. On C1, I left 4 fan leaves; on C3, I left 2 fan leaves. Thanks to @LaBossanova @Mr_Weeds_Autos for the overwater tip. The diagnosis helped a lot! DAY 30 Since this is my first grow, I'm doing some practical experiments to understand more about PHENOTYPIC PLASTICITY and PLANT PHYSIOLOGY in practice. Out of the 5 seeds: ✂️C1 and C3 seem to be happy with the pruning and LST. ☀️C4 is also very happy living on the balcony, with the morning sun, it helps me observe the plant's behavior in natural light. COP and C2 will start their pruning this week... or not😁 I'm trying to build intimacy. DAY 31 Third day without watering the girls. Fixing the overwater issue. Good news: The heat is gone and it's back to 26°C in the grow. DAY 32 After a brief dry period, the girls received a bit of hydrogen peroxide to help the roots affected by the overwater. DAY 33 My girls were thirsty, they were happy... I was too! I hope this time I don't mess up the amount of water. DAY 34 I increased the interval between waterings. I think I'm getting it right. DAY 35 The pruning turned out really well. Looking forward to next week. 🎃Thanks for checking out my grow.

I'm satisfied with the progress. DAY 37 Today was the day to check the pruning and watering with nutrients. Everything is going very well. DAY 38 The girls are happy. DAY 39 Tomorrow the transplant to the final pot will be done. DAY 40 Transplant completed to the 7L pot. DAY 41 Girls recovering from the transplant. 🎃Thanks for checking out my grow.

MrJoint 🎃Thanks for checking out my grow. Sorry for the absence, a lot going on. So much work, had to travel... ⚠️The problem with plant stress was AIR CIRCULATION. The tents from @marshydro don't have lower air intakes, only upper ones. I bought an accessory from @secretgarden called DUCTING FLANGE that solved my life and the girls'. 😢Bad news: we lost four girls. 😃Good news: the C4 that was living on the balcony has returned to the grow and is now being trained to be a monster and live alone in the tent after the three Purple Punch Autoflowers are harvested. 🤓Still learning.

MrJoint Very resistant and stable strain, very easy to grow without problems, diseases or deficiencies. Great genetic for HST and LST. Characteristic citrus flavor.
