Royal cheese auto from RQS, this is my first diary here.
Seed is from Royal Queen Seeds give away, many thanks to them. 👍
1/1 Seed => Germinated in cotton with water, just needed 2 days to come out.
I like to my plants to grow outside as much as possible.
September 9th, we still have good sun so the Royal cheese will be put under the sun as much as possible.
I put her under my custon led by the night.
You may notice some cat hairs here and there, sorry about that but cloth pot are like a magnet to them and the cats love to sleep close to the pots....
I'll start nutrients when I'll put her in the 11 liters cloth pot. Edit : As its a contest I may consider boost her a bit with Terra grow when she'll be thirsty.
No stress will be applied unless she gets really big.
Transplanted in her final pot on day 5 so this should not slow her too much.
Cupboard is 50cmX50cm 😅 for 3 to 4 plants

Ok now week 2.
The Royal cheese is growing gently.
Sun is still good not great but seems like next week is gonna be hot.
I keep her under sunlight all day and put her under custom lights from 18h00 to 00h30.
I'm starting to feed her with Terra Grow and Pure Zym.
Day 13 was big heatwave no sun today just leds.
I am changing my mind about training.
This one seed seems normal not big enough to place in a contest imo.
After a succesfull toping on an NL auto I am considering to apply this training on the Cheese too.
It should be done in a week so it will give her one week to recover before theorical flowering. The stretch should do the rest.
Week 3 :
The plant looks good and healthy.
As it an automatic I want to maximise her size before flowering.
I plan to top her by the end of this week 3 so the trunk will go larger and the branch will develop a bit faster in order to have, lets hope, a bigger harvest.
I dont have a very large experience with automatics but this proved to be succesfull with a Northern Light not so long ago so I want to see if it can be reproduced with another strain.
This is one being not extra quick to flower, it should work.
We'll see how it goes.
Day 17 today I foliated/sprayed her with neem oil as a prevention.
Day 18 topping, now lets recover and see if she gets bigger. Note that I didnt topped her really short on purpose. I let a little of the trunk above so the plant and last pairs of branches can grow without "exploding" the cut. My english is terrible but hope you got it.
Day 19 24 hours after topping, plant looks good and growing. The size of the leaves led me to think that she is gonna be above average size.
Update almost 3 weeks and she is already Big. If the branches grow enough I will put them on LST before flowering.

Its week 4 and the plant is now strong and in a good shape beforing flowering.
I think I have +/- 10 days before the
flowering kicks.
I might LST a few branches but not so much only to give her a better spot under the leds.
Day 24 did a bend just to make her stronger just for better harvest
Day 26 stressing is most likely done as early sign of flowering are showing.
Hello there ! Now we are into first week of flowering.
It hasnt really started yet, plant is healthy and will produce from just 4 colas so we will see how big these can get.
Will start bloom nute and will transfer her in the bloom room in a few days when the critical leaves a room.
Day 33 put her in the flo room so the stretch will begin Im happy with her shape not perfect because the lower branches did not grow as much as I thought but she is strong and fine, harvest should be correct.
Weeek 6 the stretch is on and it seems like its gonna be 3 main colas and a smaller one..
Im gonna feed her a little more this week and see how it goes.
Hi lads and lasses, this is Royal cheese flowering week 3 now
The plant is easy to grow, she is streching good and the pre buds are forming
The smell is appearing near the trunk and is wow real cheese reminding me some good old days in Netherlands.
Cant wait to taste this sweet lady.
Dear diary,
I am tasting some sweet Royal Critical as I wrote those lines and it feels like my head is in a washing machine.
Safe to say I m high as f so dont mind the style.
Yeah I cant believe its week 8 already, the buds are still forming and at the beginning stage I would say but Im not hurry I will harvest my purple soon and have a Quick drying so no big deal if this one need more time like real cheese.
I will cut one or two leaves but nothing more I guess.
Temperature is 21-22c the day and 19-20c by night
I feed her with
5ml Terra Bloom Plagron
1ml Sugar Royal Plagron
1ml Green sensation
For 1l of water every 2 days for now.
She smell good and looks fine, this is a good plant so far.
10/25 a made a cut of many leaves from all plants in the room in order to give more light to the buds.
Hi growers
Its the sixth week of flowering, she smells really good and as the typical cheese kind of shape many buds but not large.
Its good for me she has no problem and keep on growing nicely.
Ill keep on feeding her with Plagron's
Terra bloom 5ml/l
Sugar Royal 1ml/l
Green sensation 1ml/l
One liter every 2 days is still enough for her.

Another week and we are getting closer to the end now
No problem with her, she proved to be hyper résilient as another plant had threps and this one absolutely had zero problem.
Like her cheese smell repulsed them.
Good
This harvest doesnt seems like will be legendary but sometime it get thick by the end so we will see !
Week 10 and she will still need another week I believe.
It seems late but its all related to the stress applied, and in an attempt to enlarge the harvest.
So not surprised and I think the buds will fatten again.
I keep the feed and have an eye on trichomes.
On the morning of day 72 10% of them are ambered.
Day 77 25% ambered sure will chop her down in 2 days. Looking for a dark place to put her there but will be hard
Way bigger than expected.
The buds got very large by the end of flowering.
The smell is strong and delicious, the buds looks dense and are heavy.
Will update when dry.
Update 1 : I put 1/3 of the harvest into a water curing cycle. Five days changing water every day.
First time I tried, the water was clearly taking something out of the plant not sure what by now.
Made it dry yesterday all the water is gone already and now its about being really dry before storing it.
