11/29- Week 13...Here we go! The tent is getting ready to blow up in flowers! Watered all today with 1/2g each of de-chlorinated water with 5ml/g Botanicare Silica Blast added, then ph'd (Alchemist PH Down) to 6.4 @ 74 deg. All the girls are both looking fabulous and are building mass on their buds daily which are getting frosty already! The FastBuds Gelato has a week or less to go and all she's been getting, and will continue to get, is plain ph'd water to flush her. I've been checking her trichomes daily and currently they're 90% milky with just a couple of amber showing near the upper portion of her. I'll continue daily checks until they're all milky then stick her in the dark for 48hrs. with ice packs laid on the medium to chill it. (I've been doing this my last three harvests and have definitely noticed a marked increase in the trichome production since using this technique). The White Widow's and the Poochie Love's are all killin it, stackin buds and gettin frosty! The Peyote WIFI is a thirsty biatch and never seems to stop stretching. She's got a ton of bud sites and I can't wait for her to start stacking those flowers!
11/30- I let all the girls dry out today (lifting the pots to tell how wet they are). All I really had to do today was tuck a couple of shade leaves here and there and sing to my girls (which I hope they enjoy!).
12/1- Fed all today (with the exception of the Autoflower) with .75g de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms liquid/granular nutrients added (Tiger Bloom/Big Bloom/Grow Big/Bembe/Open Sesame) to achieve a final solution of 1600ppm's 3.0 EC @ 75 deg. , then ph'd to 6.4.
I gave the FastBuds Gelato auto 1g of de-chlorinated water with 10ml/g of Fox Farms Sledgehammer to help out her flush. I checked her trichomes again today and she still has a day or two left before going dark. The rest of the girls in the tent are doing awesome, stacking their buds and frosting up nicely! The Seedsman Peyote WIFI and Dutch Passion are the two thirstiest out of the bunch and they always seem to want a drink, especially the Peyote WIFI which literally wilts her lower leaves at the first sign of thirst!
12/2- I raised the HLG 650R's up as high as I could get them which puts them both @ 30-34" above canopy which, after doing some additional research, is going to give the best overall coverage of the entire tent. I also lowered both Hurricane 16" fans down a bit to clear the lights and adjusted the cold air ducting behind them. The changes have made a noticeable improvement in not only light coverage/avg. ppfd, but also in the average high temperature in the tent which is now maintaining 78 deg. with the AC Infinity Cloudline T6 controller set on '3' and the IdealAir 14K btu air conditioner set to Low Cool @ 70 deg. RH is 50-55% and the CO2 levels run between 1300-1500 ppm's. The ladies are LOVING it and it really shows in their vigorous growth and rapid flower development! No water today, tomorrow will be a 'flush' day for the FastBuds Gelato autoflower and the photo's will all get de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms Sledgehammer added ph'd to 6.4 @ 72-75 deg. with a 300 ppm 0.6-0.8 EC
12/4- Girl's had their water with Sledgehammer added yesterday (I also hit them with 5ml/g of Botanicare CalMag+) and are looking beautiful today...Lush and lovely! No water today, they'll get water with nutrients tomorrow. The HLG 650R lights are now at max height in the tent putting them 30-34" above the current canopy. *note to self: install the extension kit on the 4x8 before the next run! Light coverage from the pair of 650R's in the Gorilla 4x8 is absolutely phenomenal and the ladies are eating it up! They're all really forming super nice bud structures (especially the White Widows, Power Plants and Poochie Love's), stacking tightly, and starting to really get frosty with strong aroma's developing in all. They're stretch is just about over at this point and all their energy is going into bulking up! The FastBuds Gelato Autoflower went dark last night (after a Christmas photo shoot!)๐ and will remain in cozy 44% RH 65 deg. darkness until the evening of the 6th when she'll get chopped and hung.
12/5- Fed the ladies today with .75g each of de-chlorinated water with Fox Farms nutrients added (Grow Big/Tiger Bloom/Big Bloom/Bembe/Beastie Bloomz) for a final solution strength of 1750 ppm's / 3.4 EC / 74 deg. with a final ph of 6.4. they are continuing to stack their flowers nicely and have a decent amount of 'frost' forming as well making them very sticky ladies! They've spread out nicely in the trellis and have pretty much filled it out. The Dutch Passion Meringue continues to exploit her corner of the 4x8 in all her bushy glory! Her shade leaves and stems are turning a pinkish/purple shade on them with the center portions of the leaves remaining a healthy green for a beautiful contrast of color. I believe the coloration is genetic as opposed to being deficiency related as she is growing vigorously and appears extremely healthy. The White Widow's and Poochie Love's continue to impress with their beautiful flower structure and abundant trichome production. Seedsman's Peyote WiFi is growing well although she will be the first to let you know that she's thirsty by quickly wilting her lower leaves, which perk up within 5 minutes of receiving water (she's always been a extremely thirsty girl!). Her flowers have a unique appearance with the leaves being very thin and spidery. Her trichome production is not as plentiful as the other ladies but being a 10-12 week finisher has plenty of time to get sticky! The next few weeks will be so much fun with the holiday's upon us and the ladies will be really bulking up, gaining weight and getting prettier by the day....Stay tuned for all the action! ๐๐
What can I say bro, an oldie, but a good one! ๐ Lovely to see the Meringue and White Widow turn out that nice. And it's like you say with the Power Plant, super unique terps, spicy, floral, with hints of vanille, a terp profile to remember! ๐ Much respect and love, Antonio ๐
@DutchPassion_Official, Thank you for you kind words Antonio๐โค๏ธ, it's always an absolute pleasure cultivating these three cultivars from DP!๐ฅ
@TheCannaProphet, No Problem Im Fairly new to Growing but I like it. Can You Believe I am not a Smoker? I believe in its medicinal purposes. I will harvest in several weeks and guess what I have to try it. I like to learn from growers like you.

Hi brother,
Very very excellent work you've delivered here, its my first time commenting on something cause I couldnt hold back from complimenting you! After looking to a lot of diaries from strains Im growing/will grow next run, to get information as Im busy with my first grow now. How you document everything is fine as hell, thank you so much. You're tha man, perfect work. Im growing the Dutch Passion WhiteWidow alongside afghan kush and skywalker haze. Next run I'll be looking for Runtz Muffin, Gorilla Zkittlez, Mimosa x Orange Punch, Runtz Auto, Watermelon Zkittlez Auto. Do you have any tips/knowledge on these strains? Thank you so much, again.
All the best!
