Looking good so far man 👍 I think your water temps may be a bit to high though and that’s why there looking all droopy and like there over watered. If your water temps are in the 24 Celsius range your roots will not be able to get the oxygen they need from the water. You wanna try and get it in the 18-20 Celsius range or as close as you can. This is one of the biggest hurdles in DWC in my opinion, it is absolutely crucial for the water temps to be in the proper range or all kinds of funky stuff will start to happen, but mainly your plant slowly suffocates and drowns. I know water chillers are expensive, but there are a few diy hacks to help. #1- your buckets are black and are absorbing the heat from your light all day long. You need to either paint them white to not absorb light or even better, wrap them in foil insulation to reflect the light and insulate the water in the buckets to keep the water cool inside. #2 moving water naturally cools itself. You can buy an inexpensive low powered pond pump and simply put it in your reservoir or DWC bucket and pump the water up and let it fall back into the bucket. Whatever way you can think to get the water temps down is crucial. I am also currently working on a DIY build for a YouTube project involving a home built water cooled thermoelectric peltier water cooler I have been working on and tweaking over the past few months to cool my RDWC reservoir. I should have the diy video finished soon along with some other videos for DIY projects for growing. I’m gonna link it all to my profile here once we have it all up and working. Come check it out some time probably beginning of next month. Cheers 💨

@VanillaGorilla, if you look at my Banana Bomb diary in week 3 I believe I posted a video showing of one of my earlier version builds, pretty close to my final one. Not sure how practical it would be for someone running DWC without a Reservoir though.

@russrahl, wow thanks for this advice, yes my temps run high but please please please send the link to that water chiller video once you perfect it. It sounds amazing.
