D35: The Zkittlez Glue is rolling along nicely. I set up the ScrOG net on D31 and flattened out the plant as much as I could. She didn't really get as branchy as I hoped she would after FIMing her so I took one more top and FIMed two others. I also took away a few big fan leaves that were eclipsing some of the new tops that were coming up from underneath (there was also quite a bit of moisture between some of the big leaves that were coming together and overlapping along the top of the canopy). She bounced back from the ScrOG experience nicely within a couple of days and I folded her up a bit more on D34.
No big PH swings this week; she drinks about 2 litres/day and always with some nutes. She's a hungry beast.
Switching lights to 12/12 tonight as I send her into flower.
Thanks for tuning in βοΈ
Looking good man. I was gonna mention it looks like she took a big ph swing, but you look like you got it on the mend. Nice job so far man, bushy af! Cheers π¨
@StunFlower, Indeed! I'm going to give a couple more days of swelling before chopping her down. I popped my last Acapulco Gold seed but I plan to take some clones to keep the train going π
I swear I just had the same problem with my grow and EC meters! I was using an old cheap one and burning my plants. I bought a bluelab EC pen and instead of feeding 650-700 PPMs it was 1100+ lol.. same scale and everything.
Your plants look great, lots of frost!
@Oozle, Thanks fort commiserating! It's so frustrating to 'think' you're making all the right moves only to have the technology fail you. I'm trying to get more tuned into my plants but I still need a crutch π Nice to have some reliable instruments now. Hopefully our troubles are behind us both π
@CannaScuzzyB, She sure is. She seems to be putting all that food/drink to good use though. I'm getting very excited seeing how well everything is stacking up. π
