A bit of a rough week for the Zkittles Glue. I noticed some yellowing leaf tips and spotting on a few of the leaves and became concerned when it started spreading - nutrient lockout.
My EC meter has been acting funny for a while (sometimes flashing multiple random readings) so I've been questioning it's accuracy - it's a cheap pen and has no calibration option. I was lucky enough to have Santa bring me a new Bluelab EC pen for Christmas and boy were the readings on my old pen ever off! An EC reading with old pen registered 1000 PPM while the new Bluelab pen registered a reading of 1500PPM! Decided hit the reset button on the poor girl and gave her a 24 flush with plain water and Dutch Nutrients Clear. Changed her rez again today and gave her a lighter dose of nutes - less than 2/3 of what she was getting previously.
Despite the troubles, she continue to fatten up and grow more fragrant with a thick layer of frost coating her buds. Hopefully, her troubles are behind her and she finishes strong.

@StunFlower, Indeed! I'm going to give a couple more days of swelling before chopping her down. I popped my last Acapulco Gold seed but I plan to take some clones to keep the train going π

I swear I just had the same problem with my grow and EC meters! I was using an old cheap one and burning my plants. I bought a bluelab EC pen and instead of feeding 650-700 PPMs it was 1100+ lol.. same scale and everything.
Your plants look great, lots of frost!

@Oozle, Thanks fort commiserating! It's so frustrating to 'think' you're making all the right moves only to have the technology fail you. I'm trying to get more tuned into my plants but I still need a crutch π Nice to have some reliable instruments now. Hopefully our troubles are behind us both π
