Hello Lovers! Fritz is back in the pot baby! Decided to go for a Royal Queen Auto Selection. Seeds were kept in the dark in the fridge for a week or so, then sprouted on kitchen roll between two plates. I only bought 4 seeds. 4 Seeds all sprouted. That's 100% Success there. Sprout image is after 48hrs. Same setup as last time. 450w of LED. Starting 24/0. This time I'm on distilled water plus nutes from the getgo, as I had some problems last time with the hard water here. New this time are Fabric Pots, 4 plants rather than 3 in the same 60cm sq indoor camping. Wish me luck.

So. All going pretty well. The Haze is off like a rocket! racing into the lead, I think it likes the heat that the others don't (Sativa genetics). A little bit of curling/spotting on the Kush. That plant was next to the bottom air inlet, so I'm thinking it was wind damage. Though this week (Next entry) I've had some upward side leaf curl on the cookies which seems to be heat damage. I think generally it's been too hot in there. So I've raised the lights a tiny bit and upped both the intake/outlet fans & the light fan over the canopy. Quite happy though. Fingers crossed.

Onwards. Blooms in sight. So these are quite a bit bigger after 3 weeks than my last grow. The haze especially. The kush isn't quite so happy. I think high temps are the problem so I’ve upped my air circulation again. Distinct smell starting to appear. Nothing dank, but enough to make me install my carbon filter and extractor, which has stopped the next room from noticing. The haze is showing some light discoloration of the older lower Fan leaves. Is that nutrient def? It is bigger and growing faster. Note: I’ve read many times that over feeding is common with beginners like me...so I’ve only been feeding 75% of the dose every other watering. Alternating with a light 1ml calmag+/ distilled water mix. It likes higher temps. The others lower. I think in all honesty 4 plants is too much in this space...and I think I’ve bitten off more than I can chew managing 4 different strains at once... especially mixing indict and sativa...I was really keen to get some variety though. Hope I‘ll be able to get all of them to harvest so that I can try these different treats. Stay safe everyone. Be well. ❤️🕊️🧤

Getting into preflower...and some massive growth...buuuut looks like I’ve got into Nitro toxicity...again ... well if I need to flush at least I have cloth pots to help them dry out quicker...I‘m stopping the nutrients for a while..Quite surprising...i haven’t gone mad with them. Never above 800ppm. There must be a build up in the soil that hasn’t been used? Hmmm. Too many nutrients not enough water...Haze is still growing at a pace...Northern lights not as bushy as the others. But all growing pretty well. 4 plants struggling for space in 0,6m2. Low stress training seems to be helping the other bud sites as it did last time. Next week or two will be interesting. To flush or not to flush.....

Into flowering we go. So I was worried about too many nutrients. This last week they were watered every day but only had feeds at the start and end. Otherwise simply distilled water. A sort of slow flush. My last feed I had to use pH-up. Distilled water with all the biobizz ended up as 5.2 or so. Bumped it up 1. Haze is still growing strong, and is taller than the others. It looks a little raggedy. Cookies has more spacious foliage, but doing very well. Northern Lights looks darker green than the rest, with fine beautiful, jagged leaves. Looks very healthy. Although it has a tiny bit of dry leaf tips showing. Kush is really a bit behind the others. Not sure what the problem is. Maybe nothing, only a timing thing? It seems to be stuck. A nutrient block? It seems pretty healthy though. In the last pictures you can see the difference between the Haze (Front left) and Kush (Front right)

All growing well. Dialed back the nutes again. Stuck at around 650ppm every other watering. This includes Calmag and all the biobizz. I’m pretty sure the 24hr light schedule has made this faster. Starting to struggle a little with temps and humidity. I’m running a mini dehumidifier in there. Temps in the tent vary from 25 to 29 degrees depending on the spot. I do air the room twice a day which drops the lower reading to 20 or so. Smell is getting stronger and escaping the tent despite the carbon filter...Cookies seems to be the main culprit...smells really sweet and nice though. Watering almost every other day/or every 36 hours with about 1.5L per plant. That’s what it takes to moisten the 11L cloth pots without total flooding. They are going to need more than this going forward. Hoping I can get this to harvest by week 10 or 11. 10 would be great because then they’d be in jars by Yule and have a basic curing by new year or so. Ooohhhh soooo exciting. Love and health and joy to all of you reading this...😀

Cookies and Haze are loving it some great things happening there... Kush and Lights are a little behind them. The Lights Auto is drinking less than the others. They get 1.5L every 36-48 hours. Dropped the nutrients a bit. I had the feeling they were getting enough and don’t want to lock them at this stage. If they seem happy, I will dial it back up again for the next 2 weeks. Then we should be approaching harvest in 9,10 or 11. Whee. Not a lot of defoliation. Just removed a few of the dying leaves. It’s really too crowded in there.

Haze & Cookies seem very happy as we head into the final phase. Northern Lights seems a little bit behind them but doing fine. The Kush Auto has a leaf blotch provkem (final pictures here)...not sure what it is. Seems like a deficiency? Potassium or Phosphorus ? I think N toxicity looks different. I haven’t been going crazy on the nutes... but I did give them two lots of 600ppm @. 6.2pH last week after another, was that too much, or not enough? The others seem fine. Any ideas would be welcome. I think the Haze and cookies will def be ready in the next two weeks.

Could someone look at the last few images of my Haze? Is this a deficiency? What should I do at this late stage? Otherwise it seems okay, other three Autos are doing great. Block would look different? Very crowded tent. Fairly warm 25-30c. Humid 55%. Feeds 600ppm. Cheers!

Looks like a K deficiency to me. You seem to have your bases covered with nutes and plenty of calmag so you may need to adjust your pH to allow better absorption of potassium.

Everything seems to be slowing down a bit. All quite healthy though. Almost certain the spotting on the leaves was a deficiency caused by pH imbalance. I was a bit lazy with measuring my non nute waterings. This time I used a very little Calmag to lower the pH a bit. I think those waterings were a touch high (6.5-7?). Well they all look happier. Thanks for the help @Scarecrow. The Northern light Auto is the slowcoach this week, and seems to be behind the others...The Haze is getting very close to harvest. I‘ll wait a few days, maybe a week r so. It has a a small number of amber heads. I may need to setup a drying box and have a staggered harvest. That could be a bit stressful in a stealth grow like this. The smell and humidity are getting very difficult to control. Even with a carbon filter and dehumidifier in the tent. Crazy crowded in there. Too much. 2 plants would be enough. Greedy creature? Mostly curious to try some other breeds and come flying out of lockdown baby! XLoveX

Update: added some trichome pics. I think they’re done. Don’t want to go mad on the amber. Harvest in 3 days? The main Cola on the haze is big shiny caramel toffee sugar. Omg a different level from last time. Amazing. I wish I could wait for the Lights to fatten up a bit more. Mmmm. Thoughts? Almost there or perhaps further? I think the Haze and Kush are done. They are both starting to nipple. They both have that phosphorous deficiency unfortunately, but both have a big fat sticky main cola. The cookies are really there too...the N.Lights could use a bit longer.... Not sure if I have time or space to split the harvest...maybe I should wait a few days. The lights have struggled for space a bit. Will try to upload some trichome pics tonight. All plants are on only water as of 2 days ago. Then I‘ll do the long night before harvest. Feels like I’ve ended up with more leaves than flowers, but I can’t complain. There’s a heap to be harvested here. Jars are waiting. Trichome are so hard to judge with a handheld scope...clear ones look cloudy when they‘re out of focus. Last time I just waited until I had a few orange. I don‘t want total couchlock. Prefer a more energetic high. So early would be better for me.... Let me know what you think...Love to you all.

This was the least productive of the 4 plants this time. I think it was crowded out by the others. My fault for trying to grow 4 plants in such a small space. Maybe more defoliation would have helped. Wet 140g. Dry with stems 35g. Dry 26g
