Hello Diary.
Fourth week of flowering. The first thing I will point out is the amazing fruity scent of Fat Banana. I literally run out of saliva from the smell, I can’t wait to try the flavor.😋
As can be seen in the photos, the brown spots from last week have turned into whole yellow leaves with brown spots. 😟
I’m not 100% sure what caused it, but what’s possible is that she got too many nutrients. (Overfeeding)
Considering the RQS pellets I put in the ground, and the amount of BioBizz I added, it’s still maybe too much for Fat Banana. 😳
If anyone is reading this post, feel free to comment on your opinion for the cause of such leaves.🙏
Since her roommates, Haze Berry Automatic, have the same treatment, and there are no such symptoms on them, I'm not 100% sure about overfeeding.
Although I don’t add BioBizz every time I water, but when I add it, I put it on schedule for that week. Perhaps the concentration of nutrients in such watering is too high for this strain.
Let’s take a look at what happened last week.
07/11/2020 - Day 44.
Watering. I preventively added 1ml / l CalMg and regulated p.H. at 6.3 with Plagron’s Lemon Kick.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.4 degrees and 44% humidity.
09/11/2020 - Day 46.
Watering. Since I noticed leaf decay, I watered like two days earlier just by adding CalMg and I regulated p.H. at 6.4
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 25.7 degrees and 44% humidity.
12/11/2020 - Day 49.
Photographing and watering. This time I added BioBizz as scheduled for the current flowering week.
Temp / Humidity on the farm - 24.8 degrees and 44% humidity.
Although Fat Banana shows yellow leaves and brown spots on some leaves, the flowers themselves have not been affected so far. We'll see how things go. See you soon. 🙌
Btw. I love it that you play around with the light placement. It really brings out the plant to shine! May you tell us what kind of light you're using for the shots? And do you really setup a black backdrop or is removed in post?
@ButterfliesLittleFarm you guys have real sense of aesthetics 👏. I love the videos and the photographs, I really appreciate them. I can clearly see that there is someone at work that knows how to handle hers/his dslr ;) great job again, keep inspiring us to do better! 🤙🏻
