Water ph at 6.5. Chemdog sprouted to life today. After a quick surgery with some tweezers to remove her shell, she spread out to the light nicely. OG should be popping up soon. Got a huge tap root during germ 12-2-20 She grew her first set of true leaves overnight.

The OG did not sprout. Oh well I’ll germinate another soon. The Chemdog seedling on the other hand is super happy. Transplanted her to a 6” square pot. Watered with 1ml/gal Calmag Plus and a few drops of Superthrive. She’s loving life. 👌

Every thing is going well. She’s coming along nicely. She’ll be transplanted into a 2gal fabric pot tomorrow. I just kicked the nutrient regimen up on her today. The seeds I planted last week (Grape Ape, White Widow, Wedding Cake) GCS genetics. Grape Ape was a dud, but white widow and Wedding Cake are loving life. Update: Transplanted to 2 gal container. Applied Neem oil to leaves (undersides of leave also). Every thing is still going good. I’ll be starting some LST next week. I wanna veg the heck outta this plant. So I can get as many clones as the plant will give me. Have a proper harvest.

Got her moved into my 2’ by 4’ grow tent. Chemdog#4 is vegging now under a Viparspectra P2500. I over fed her and had to flush. Growth was stunted for a bit while she was under the 4 T5 led’s. She’s back to thriving now. Did a little LST on her yesterday. She’s loving the new light. 2-3 more weeks and I’m probably going to start taking clones for my 5’ by 5’ AC Infinity Cloudlab grow tent where I will have 2 Electric Sky 300v3 in for flowering. Pre ordered the lights a couple of months back. The Green Sunshine Company will begin shipping them out in January. The other 2 plants are Wedding Cake and White Widow both from Growers Choice Seeds. They are very happy. Everything is coming together nicely. Till next week...Merry Christmas and Happy Growing Update 12-24-2020: I count 12 bud sites on the Chemdog#4 so far. She’s training very well. I’m gonna get quite a few cuttings from her a lot sooner than I thought. Applied Thrive Alive Grow via foliage spray. I then transplanted White Widow and Wedding Cake to 2gal fabric containers. I can tell Wedding Cake is going to be a winner. She is so genetically strong. She’s prays all day and night. That’s it for now. Merry Christmas!!!

Everything is going good. Training Chemdog is a pleasure. All the underneath (now exposed) bud sites are getting bigger by the day. There going to take off. She’s over stayed her welcome in her current 2gal pot. Going to move her to a 5gal fabric pot soon. No more Fox Farms potting soil. I believe by using FF soil (which is great stuff) I over fed her early on and caused nutrient shock/burn. Going with my own soil mix with Pro Mix HP M as the base. I’m gonna get my hands on some clones soon. That’s it for now. Happy New Year!!! Update Jan 2, 2021- Took 6 Clones from the Chemdog. Tomorrow all my plants are going in 5gal containers to veg for several more weeks

Day 44 Chemdog is just bursting with bud sites, she can’t wait to produce flowers and I can’t either. I have 9 clones from her. They are all in the rooting process now. As soon as the clones are ready for soil. I will put them all in the tent along with the 1 Wedding Cake and 1 White Widow for 2 weeks more of veg. Pull a screen across, and start the flowering process. Perfect timing because my new Electric Sky 300v3 will be here Monday.

I got my new Electric Sky 300v3 a few days ago. Put it in the tent immediately and the way and speed in which the plants perked up to it is amazing. Highly recommend the products from The Green Sunshine Company. I transplanted Chemdog to a 5gal container. Watered with Super Thrive to reduce transplant shock. Will defoliate in a few days. Don’t wanna stress her to much. The Chemdog clones are just starting to show roots in the rockwool cubes. I will put all 9 of those in the tent to veg for a couple weeks before flipping to flower. Chemdog mother will be moved to another small tent to veg under my Viparspectra p2500 while her offspring flowers along with the one Wedding Cake and 1 White Widow. All is going good. I’ll admit, this is my first grow since 2006. Getting back into the groove. I absolutely love this God given, life healing, natural medicine. Until next week my friends...Happy Growing! January 17 2021: Took 12 new cuttings this morning. 6 GCS White Widow, 2 GCS Wedding Cake, and 4 GCS Chemdog #4.

Another week, a lot of growth. Chemdog had to be defoliated twice this week. I am considering myself lucky to have a quality clone producing Mother from the first bean I cracked. I’m waiting on 12 more clones to root as of now. Clones are a mixture of all three strains...(Wedding Cake, White Widow and of course Chemdog#4. Because of space restraints I ordered online a small Mother/clone tent, and a 4” ventilation system. Carb filt, in-line fan, etc. I wanna free up as much space as I can for flowering. I have a feeling that very soon I’m gonna have a jungle of buds. I can’t wait!🤑. So the Chemdog mother and clone propagation will have there own space in a few short days. Then I can concentrate on just flowering the remaining plants in my 5 by 5, and 2’ by 4’ tents. Probably gonna be about 20-25 plants altogether. After I weed out the weakest cuttings. Well that’s it for now. Until next week my friends...Happy Growing!

Everything is still going good. I lost power for a week and the temps dropped to around 15-20F. They came thru stressed but ok. Canoe leaves. Lost 35 healthy rooted clones. My Chemdog has gotten Huge. 3 to 4 foot in diameter (new pics coming tonight). Beautiful plant. I’m going to take 30-40 cuttings off her tonight. Sorry I haven’t been updating lately. Stay tuned tho cause I’m documenting all. And I’ll post seed thru mother. And all harvest pics. Thanks for reading. Happy Growing!

The Chemdawg#4 mother was put in the flowering tent on March 6. She is really thriving. She has a big ol bush. I’ve been flushing her with Botanicare Clearex for a couple of days now. Leaching all those Veg Nutes and salts out before I start her on a high phosphorus nutrient regimen. 30 clones taken from CD4 are just now starting to root. They’ll be planted in soil within a couple of days. I have 5 CD4 clones that I took last month. Lost the others due to a storm that caused power failure and water loss due to my well being powered by an electric pump and they were cut lose. Those 5 are in the veg tent at about 8” tall now. Doing LST on them. They’ll be ready for flowering as soon as White Widow and Wedding Cake finish up flowering which is about 2 weeks. Well everything is still going great. Feels awesome to be growing pot again. After several years away. Happy Growing! Update March 12: I potted 7 more CD#4 clones. They are now vegging with they’re five 2 week older siblings. The big mom Chemdawg#4 has been in flower mode since March 6. The 6 CD#4 clones are flowering in 5” by 5” square pots since March 13. I’m experimenting with different size pots and mediums. I have one clone in a 6” by 6” Rockwool cube. All Chemdawg #4 clones in veg tent. Germinated 4 feminized seeds from Canuk Seeds. 3 Canuk Cookies and 1 Do Si Do. Been really really busy lately. I’ll update more ASAP

The stretch is over. The Chemdawg#4 coming along nicely. She’s been flowering a little over 30 days (March 6) I’d say at least 40 more to go I’m thinking. But for early to mid stage flowering her buds are super Frosty. I’ll post more next week. Thanks for reading

Everything is on autopilot right now. Today is Day 43 for CD#4 original seed I germinated back in November. Got a bunch of beautiful clones from her. The buds are on the smaller side but they are absolutely beautiful. So frosty! I can’t wait to harvest. I have 2 Canuk Cookies and 1 Do si Dos from Canuk seeds I germinated back in Late March. They are the 3 in the 3gal pots. Then every thing else in the veg tent is CD#4 clones in 1gal containers. 12 of them to be flower started by May 15. I also started an outdoor Grapefruit Fem from Female seeds in a 20gal container. Well a lot going on. It’s Spring. And time to get my hands in some soil. Thanks for reading. I will def post more soon.

I germinated this Chemdawg #4 fem seed from Growers Choice Seeds on Nov 25, 2020. My main goal was to grow her out for clones. And she did her job very well. I ended up with close to 70 clones. And she came back bushier than ever. She also trained very well. After taking enough cuttings to fill my tent on my next harvest and sending several out to some green thumbed friends using the clone shipper (Great product btw) I put her in to flower. Then I made one of three major mistakes during this grow. I put 6 clones in small 5” by 5” square pots in the tent boosted up on a cardboard box right next to her. It tricked her into Flowering along with the much much smaller clones. Cut my yield by a lot I’m sure. I have 12 very healthy very happy CD#4 clones ready to flower ASAP. They are all the same size and very uniform to each other. Mistake #2: Using a cheap trash ph meter. I was off by at least a point on my ph causing nutrient lockout through out most of flower. Replaced it with a Bluelab meter. The plants recovered really quickly once corrected ph. Mistake #3: I purchased a new led (ES300v3) from The Green Sunshine Company and received it in January 2021. This light is super powerful to only be pulling 330w from the wall. I always kept the light at least 16” from the plants. At full power they’re was a few days of light burn to the canopy. Next grow I will raise the light and dim it down a little. The Electric Sky 300 has blown me away. The tech in grow lighting has come so far since my last grow (2005-2006) using 1000w HPS and MH lights/heaters. I’ll add some more pics soon. Thanks for reading

When I started this grow my goal was to train a mother plant for clones. The Chemdawg#4 plant produced dozens of clones for me. After I gave some away, through process of elimination I selected the top twelve clones. And those 12 plants are really my harvest. I have 2 Canuk Cookies and 1 Do si dos in the veg tent now. And I’m just about in cloning mode again. The CD#4 smoke from Growers Choice Seeds is a very potent evening time smoke. The buds are very frosty. Taste gassy and chem. I harvested right around 3oz from the CD#4 mother plant. Thanks everyone for reading. I’ll upload pics of the final harvest in about 50 days. They’ve been flowery since May 1 Update: I added some pic of the (my real harvest) CD#4 clones. They have been flowering for 17 days now. I also switched from Botanicare and Fox Farms nutes to a completely organic dry amendment called “Earth Dust” by The Green Sunshine Company. I can’t say enough about TGSC. Theyre grow lights are unbelievable. Best light I have ever used Hands down. I will add more photos soon. Thanks for reading
