Things have been progressing well in Week 6. She's continuing to stretch and there's not a lot left me to do now but water and wait. I gave her 1 litre of RO water with enzymes to help root recovery on Day 38 - she's still showing signs of tip burn on some of the newer leaf growth and suspect there are still plenty of nutrients in the soil, so won't give any more of them until later in the week. Day 41 and she got another good 1 litre watering, this time with bloom nutrients and a touch of Magne-Cal+.

Grow Questions

When can I put her in a bigger pot? I realise now that I probably should have started her in the final, but hey-ho. Also, I started in a generic potting mix and read you should use something similar when transplanting. Planning to use BioBizz All-Mix. Think that'll work?

As you said planting straight into the final pot would have probably saved you the hassle of transplanting but now you learned for next time! One sure way to know your plant is ready to be transplanted is when the roots have started to grow out of the drain holes at the bottom of the pots. But if I needed to transplant, I'd transplant once the 2nd set of leaves starts growing which is just enough for the plant to grow a small but stable root system that can withstand the stress and to reduce the total amount of stress the plant suffers during the transition. The BioBizz "All-Mix" is a good option as potting soil because it has good aeration/drainage (perlite and coco mix) and has high nutrient absorbing capabilities (organic soil). Hope this helps! Good luck and happy growing :)

Think my plant's suffering from nitrogen toxicity because some of the leaves are clawing and have yellow tips. Must be the hot soil because I haven't fed her with any nutrients. Should I leave a few days and see what happens or is it worth flushing the soil?

I would wait and see what happens.. Flushing soil is not simple as Just dumping water until a bunch comes out of the bottom. There is a whole living, breathing environment inside your soil and root zone. And things are alive and learning to thrive on the conditions they are growing in. You strip the soil and your plant will be much worse for it. Because the balance she is working so hard to achieve will be thrown off.
